1. Service: All the staff at the hotel provided very thoughtful, meticulous, and attentive service. Everyone had a sunny smile on their face and was able to respond to our needs immediately at any time.
2. Facilities: The hotel room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the toiletries in the bathroom were also of good quality. The TV had many channels, and the KTV added another layer of fun for us.
3. Breakfast: It was incredibly rich and very delicious; we still can't stop thinking about it.
I will definitely bring my family to stay here again next time!"

"A beautiful, historic homestay near the port with excellent service. High-quality bedding and comfortable beds. Walking in and hearing Celine Dion made it even more quaint 😂
Jack was super helpful with information about the ferry tickets, and even made an extra trip back to the port because I Ieft my umbrella behind. And his mom was very kind and welcoming too.
A note to those who may be sensitive: there was a faint musty smell, which I’ve found common to many hotels and guest houses in humid climates like Taiwan. Earplugs are recommended for light sleepers, since you can hear courtyard and street noise in the room. Plan ahead for cash: nearby restaurants are cash-only, and the nearest atm is at 7-11, about a 20 minute walk away."

":( The location is a bit far from the city center. The door only has a chain lock; there's no regular lock to close it securely. The mattress and pillows are rather soft. The entire building is open-plan; anyone can come and go (but there are full security cameras). The kitchen lacks a microwave.
:) The entire building and the room are clean and tidy. The surrounding environment is sparsely populated and quiet. There's a bus stop nearby, a three-minute walk away. The bathroom has strong hot water. The kitchen has an induction cooker, cookware, tableware, a refrigerator, etc., making it convenient to cook. There are two open-air courtyards, one large and one small, which are great for relaxing and chatting.
Overall, it's good and suitable for group bookings."

Different from hotels in China, maybe they advocate simplicity and environmental protection, so the cups for brushing teeth and the cups in the breakfast room are disposable cups. At present, there are no hotels in China that use keys to open the door, but they still use keys to open the door, which is a bit uncomfortable. I forgot to lock the door before going out several times, and ran back to lock the door. The sound insulation is not good, and the guests outside can hear the conversation clearly. The washbasin only has a basin, no table. The dry and wet separation of the bathroom is only a curtain, not separated by glass. The view outside the window is good and feels great."

The plants in the homestay are carefully designed and planted by the boss himself. The breakfast provided is also quite exquisite and rich in local characteristics. A wonderful stay experience! SSightsee BugWhen we were looking for accommodation in Kinmen, I wasn't sure I wanted to book a B&B. Looking at the accommodation available in Kinmen, it seems the majority are B&B and homestays. After having stayed at Zhu Shan Gandee, we finally realised that a good number of the traditional buildings in many of the ”villages” have been converted into accommodation. This one was in the Zhu Shan village where there are other B&Bs. There are no shops or restaurants in this village but downtown Jincheng is only a short drive away. This village is really nice and quiet (as would others I am guessing) and Zhu Shan Park is just a short stroll behind the house from which a top view of the village can be seen. Strolling around the village, this house stands out as more modern and attractive and the nicest in presentation (in my humble opinion). Inside, the common areas are excellent, well presented and homely. There are 2 courtyards to relax in and their atmospheres are so welcoming. We were out most of the time so didn't really spend too much time indoors enjoying what was on offer. Our room was a tad small but we love having a bidet to use. The bed was comfortable. A simple bread and jam breakfast is available if you choose to have it. There is plenty of ”help yourself” bottled and packet drinks in the fridge and in boxes on the floor if you don't want to drink them cold along with make yourself tea and coffee. There are no cooking facilities but there is a microwave. Finally, the lady host is really helpful and awesome. We rented a car so didn't need to be picked up. But she would go out of her way to ensure your stay is most comfortable and enjoyable. That hospitality personified.

It was my first time traveling alone, and I was a little worried about feeling lonely. But the owner was like an older brother, offering me all sorts of help; I felt a familial bond with him. If any friends ever visit Kinmen, I will definitely recommend this guesthouse!

PPang JStaying at Jingcheng Home Stay was perfect for us. Since Kinmen is a very small town and our family went there especially to experience its historic heritage. The wife of the owner of Jingcheng, Ms Xie was extremely helpful on our first day as she took us around town for a short tour and helped us to ascertain the local tour bus routes. This saved us a lot of time and hassles in the following day. And she helped us to call a taxi ahead of time for our departure to the ferry pier. I recommend Jingcheng very much for those who do not mind home stay.

The owner went above and beyond by personally driving me to a money changer, as Kinmen is not yet fully cashless—most merchants and taxis still rely on cash transactions, with limited card payment options. The property itself is spotless, well-maintained, and offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal place for a comfortable and restful stay. I strongly recommend this place for visitors who need a quiet n clean place to stay on your vacation here in Kinmen.

Tumbler Travel is located in Jinning Township, not right in the busy center but close enough to key spots like Kinmen National Park and the airport — it’s only a short ride away, which was super convenient. Some reviewers said the area isn’t super lively with restaurants right outside, but it’s peaceful and a good base for exploring by bike or scooter. 
Cleanliness & facilities:
Guests generally mention that the rooms are clean and comfortable, with free Wi-Fi and basic amenities like air-conditioning, a fridge, and reliable water. It’s not a luxury place — think simple yet functional. 
One recommended feature is that it offers free airport transfer (with prior notice), which is handy if you’re flying into Kinmen.

GGuest UserSuper cost-effective! Located in the city center, there are restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets downstairs. The living space is large, and it is very comfortable for one person or three people. There is a small balcony. There is a refrigerator and two sinks. The hot water for bathing is very stable. The corridor looks like a school dormitory. I miss school. It is quiet and I didn't hear anyone passing by outside the house.
