"Good location, convenient transportation, good service, timely arrival, good environment, clean and hygienic. The only drawback is the toilet, which needs to be flushed all the time to flush cleanly, and the wardrobe door squeaks when opening and closing, but it's not a big deal, so I give it five points. I would like to especially mention that the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and body lotion smell very good and are very easy to use. "The front desk lady was very considerate. Seeing that I was alone, she upgraded me to an executive river view room for free. The room was spacious and bright, and the super-large bed looked very comfortable. I went out for a walk and came back to find that local yogurt and fruit were put in, which was a little surprise. Seeing that I drank a lot of water, she took the initiative to put 2 more bottles of water, and said that if I needed it, I could contact her at any time to deliver it. It was very considerate. It was very convenient to go shopping around. Turn right when you go out, and you will see Huaishang Wanda across the community. Opposite is the Haiyun Supermarket. There are many snacks in the alley. There is a night market opposite Wanda, which is quite depressed.
The only shortcoming is that the hotel closes the breakfast stall at 9 o'clock. I went there at 9:30 on the first day😱, and got up a little after 8 o'clock on the second day. I heard a little sister shouting that she saw a little sister putting yogurt into her bag, several bottles, and said that she would not put yogurt anymore. I guess she was a foreman, and she kept her word😁. What I want to say is that the yogurt is not valuable. She can take it if she wants. As long as she doesn't waste it, it's just advertising Bengbu Heping Yogurt. It's the best of both worlds!"

"We stopped for a month and then extended for another half a month. The location is magnificent, quiet in the neighborhood, not far from the business area, and close to an incredibly beautiful park. The staff was nice. Breakfast is simple and not much different from day to day. There is a gym. We really liked the room.
What we did not like is that there is a lot of smoking in the corridors and other public places. This is a typical issue in China."

MMikaP9292The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Downstairs, on the first floor there's a coffee shop (Cotti Coffee) which was very convenient for a coffee lover like myself. I'm quite pleased with the overall experience at this hotel.

The service was good and staff members were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. My check-in and check-out were smooth, and the concierge provided helpful recommendations for exploring the area.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered various Chinese and Western options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The hotel’s location within the Wanda Plaza complex is also convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.
The only slight drawback was that the room did not have a minibar, which was a bit inconvenient. However, this did not take away from my overall positive experience.
I would highly recommend Bengbu Wanda Yue Hotel for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, great service, and a convenient location.
Would definitely stay here again!

On the way home, we received a call from Xiao Chang from the hotel, telling us that our backpacks were left in the hotel. We only found out that we had left more than 100 kilometers away, so we were very anxious at the time. Miss Xiao Chang immediately helped us contact the courier and sent it directly home for us, which made us feel at ease. We were very moved and grateful for her actions! I sincerely say here: Thank you Miss Xiao Chang! At the same time, it also made me feel the effect of the daily work management of Vienna Hotel (Bengbu Wanda Branch), and cultivating excellent employees is the best proof.
