"Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a suite. The room was spacious with two beds, enough for a family of four. The underfloor heating was very warm, almost too warm at times; we often had to open the windows because it got too hot 🥵. The windows were so small that we initially couldn't find them when we entered the room, thinking it was a windowless room. One wall of the room was separated by glass, overlooking a hallway. We checked in at night, and the dark hallway was a bit creepy. Also, the toilet and shower room were separate, but I'm not sure why the large towel was placed inside the toilet room, specifically above the toilet. This is quite unhygienic because if you flush the toilet without closing the lid, the air currents can spray impurities onto the towel. I hope this can be improved."
