"Absolutely satisfied! First off, the location is truly excellent, right at the exit of both the subway and high-speed rail. You step out of the high-speed rail and you're there, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere, which is a huge plus. Secondly, when I arrived, they told me the room I booked wasn't ready yet, so the front desk staff upgraded my room type! I'm really grateful for that! What a pleasant surprise! Thank you again! The room was clean and spacious, and I really appreciated how warm it felt every time I came back from outside. The staff were also very enthusiastic and patient. The self-service laundry is another bonus; I often choose Atour hotels just for this feature! I also loved the complimentary black tea and biscuits in the room. I'll definitely stay at Atour again if I have the chance."

From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the high-quality environment and professional service. "The room was excellent! First off, it was very clean. When I first walked in, the scent was pleasant and not overwhelmingly sweet. The laundry service was also fantastic. Every time I went to the laundry room, as soon as I was about to start, an employee would come over to help me. After the clothes were washed and dried, they'd be hung on my doorknob, so I'd have clean clothes the next day. The front desk service was good too. When I went for late-night congee, the staff were very welcoming and even told me they had dumplings and steamed buns in addition to the congee! 👍"

"Facilities: Arrived quite late, and the lovely lady at the front desk gave me a free upgrade to the Presidential Suite, which had all the amenities one could wish for. Cleanliness: The entire floor was carpeted, and everything was meticulously clean; I couldn't spot a single speck of dirt. Environment: The hotel is conveniently located right by the roadside. Ride-sharing apps pinpointed it perfectly, and my driver was very friendly, even reminding me, 'It's on your right,' as I got out. Service: When you're in a new place, you often stumble upon these little pleasant surprises. The kind lady at the front desk even gave me a complimentary breakfast. Even though I woke up past 9 AM the next morning and missed it, I'm still incredibly grateful 🙏. This was my first day in Changchun, my first night's stay, and I encountered so much warmth and hospitality. Thank you to all the kind people I've yet to meet."

"Stumbled upon 'Zheyoushan She' during a layover in Changchun, and it was simply stunning! The guesthouse rooms are nestled within Changchun's 'Zheyoushan' complex, making it incredibly convenient to explore and dine without even leaving the building. Despite being in a bustling area, the room design is elegantly tranquil, and the environment is peaceful and spotless, truly like a secluded paradise. The front desk even upgraded our room for free, which made the stay even more exceptional. My only regret is that our time there was too short. I highly recommend that anyone planning a family trip to Changchun include a two-day, one-night stay at 'Zheyoushan' and 'Zheyoushan She'!"

"Very nice hotel with friendly front desk staff and neat room with super comfy king size bed! Location not in Changchun downtown centre but easy access to anywhere by DiDi car ride. Quite many restaurants around the hotel but quality was just the local-okay ones. Personal favorite was 王記醬骨頭館 which is 15mins away by car, their Shandong food was superb and good price, we love it! Hotel breakfast was great in the varieties and taste! Yet one of the remarks to the hotel is, the shower gel bottle was totally empty when we checked in the room so my recommendation is if the housekeeping quality can be enhanced it would be a perfect hotel for holiday that we enjoyed so much! It was a good value choice indeed 👍"

"The room was very clean. I've always liked Metropark; it's an older hotel, but very well-maintained, and the price was excellent. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service in all areas was excellent. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful. The housekeeping staff were also very efficient, attentive, and kind, which made our stay very comfortable. The restaurant service was especially impressive. My husband is American and is not used to using chopsticks, so we truly appreciated that the staff thoughtfully provided him with a knife and fork every morning without us even needing to ask. It made him feel very comfortable and well cared for. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. The restaurant manager was very attentive and asked about our food preferences. On our last day, we mentioned that we would like to try sweet and sour pork, and the manager kindly arranged it for us. We were very touched by such thoughtful and warm service. Overall, we are very grateful for the kindness and excellent service. It truly made our stay memorable.

We stayed in this hotel during the Golden Week and booked a basic double room...you can imagine our surprise when we were upgraded for free in a beautiful and spacious suite! The room had 1 full bathroom with bathtub and another smaller bathroom with only the toilet and sink, a big living room with sofa, table and mini fridge, an office corner and a second room with bed, table, an ottoman and an amazing view!! The bed was extremely comfortable, even if a little small. The room also provided tea, coffee, several bottles of water and toiletries. We also had breakfast included and I was pleasantly surprised by the choice of both Chinese food and some Western (croissants, small waffles, banana bread, fruits, yogurt, juice, jams and butter). The location is pretty central but also far from crowds and noisy areas. There are 2 metros not too far away and the beautiful park Nan hu. All in all a very nice stay!

This is a renovated hotel, converted from an old one. The photos look great, but in reality, the decor and environment inside the scenic area still strongly reflect the old, dated renovation. The hotel itself, including the elevator, is quite old. The elevator and hotel share space with other apartments and office buildings, so I really don't recommend the facilities. However, the cleanliness was decent. Some of the staff lacked emotional intelligence, though the staff on our last day, when we were checking out, were particularly friendly. This is my honest experience.

The staff were overall very polite and hospitable during our stay. For instance, they helped fixed our room’s defective thermostat and promptly delivered us additional toiletries to our room by request. The breakfast area had a large selection of foods to choose from, allowing guests to customize their own plates to their liking. There was also a professional chef present to cook up additional dishes, such as fried eggs and noodles - both of which were excellently made. The room we were given, however, did not have a good ventilation system as there were multiple instances where the smell of cigarettes flooded into our room. Consequently, this forced us to open our window to air out the room. Our bathroom door also could not lock - let alone close at all. We hope that only our room was affected. With all said, our overall experience at this hotel was pleasant and we would recommend anyone visiting Changchun to come stay at this hotel.
