"Very nice hotel with friendly front desk staff and neat room with super comfy king size bed! Location not in Changchun downtown centre but easy access to anywhere by DiDi car ride. Quite many restaurants around the hotel but quality was just the local-okay ones. Personal favorite was 王記醬骨頭館 which is 15mins away by car, their Shandong food was superb and good price, we love it! Hotel breakfast was great in the varieties and taste! Yet one of the remarks to the hotel is, the shower gel bottle was totally empty when we checked in the room so my recommendation is if the housekeeping quality can be enhanced it would be a perfect hotel for holiday that we enjoyed so much! It was a good value choice indeed 👍"

"The room was excellent! First off, it was very clean. When I first walked in, the scent was pleasant and not overwhelmingly sweet. The laundry service was also fantastic. Every time I went to the laundry room, as soon as I was about to start, an employee would come over to help me. After the clothes were washed and dried, they'd be hung on my doorknob, so I'd have clean clothes the next day. The front desk service was good too. When I went for late-night congee, the staff were very welcoming and even told me they had dumplings and steamed buns in addition to the congee! 👍"

"The hotel boasts a fantastic central location, within easy reach of shopping streets and attractions. There's a bus stop and subway station right next door, making it super convenient for dining and exploring. They also have their own private parking, which is a huge plus if you're driving. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and attentive. The rooms are spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable, offering great value for money. Definitely a recommended choice!"

"I stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott Changchun Chaoyang for three nights over two days, and overall, my experience was pretty good. The hotel's facilities are excellent, with all the essential amenities readily available. The room was clean and well-equipped. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around by taxi or public transport, which is perfect for business travelers. The only significant drawback is that all king-bed rooms face the main road. If you open the window, the traffic noise from the street is very noticeable. At night, you have to keep the windows tightly shut to get any sleep, which really impacts the ventilation experience."

"First time visiting Changchun, and having stayed at Vienna Hotels in other cities before, this was my top choice. The location is excellent, right above Wanda Plaza and Zhuozhan Shopping Center. It's also a short taxi ride to shopping areas like Hongqi Road. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time. The environment is pretty good, though some areas seem a bit worn and could use an update. The service, however, is great. Whatever you need, just call the front desk and a robot will deliver it to your room."

"It’s a good hotel and also foreign friendly. Checking in was smooth and easy . They upgraded our room for free . I booked a double bed room but they upgraded to family room. It was spacious and my daughter was happy to have her own room ☺️. Location is also good . It’s just close to the mall , so you won’t struggle to find a place to eat ."

"Absolutely satisfied! First off, the location is truly excellent, right at the exit of both the subway and high-speed rail. You step out of the high-speed rail and you're there, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere, which is a huge plus. Secondly, when I arrived, they told me the room I booked wasn't ready yet, so the front desk staff upgraded my room type! I'm really grateful for that! What a pleasant surprise! Thank you again! The room was clean and spacious, and I really appreciated how warm it felt every time I came back from outside. The staff were also very enthusiastic and patient. The self-service laundry is another bonus; I often choose Atour hotels just for this feature! I also loved the complimentary black tea and biscuits in the room. I'll definitely stay at Atour again if I have the chance."

"I stayed at this hotel in Changchun for several days, and overall, the experience exceeded my expectations – I was very satisfied. During check-in, a gentleman at the front desk arranged a non-smoking and quiet room for me, and the process was very smooth. The guest room was well-maintained, and the daily housekeeping service on the eighth floor was also satisfactory. Over the four consecutive days, the breakfast offerings were relatively fresh and tasted quite good. Although the hotel isn't in the city center and there aren't many dining options nearby, taxis and ride-sharing services in Changchun are inexpensive, and the hotel was close to where I needed to be, making transportation quite convenient. The park directly across from the hotel provides a pleasant environment, perfect for walks and morning exercises. The downside was the hotel's dinner buffet, which was a bit disappointing, with even fewer options than breakfast. Additionally, during breakfast hours, some staff occasionally chatted amongst themselves, which seemed a bit unprofessional. Overall, the hotel is still very good. If you're conducting business nearby, I would recommend staying here."
