"The hotel service was very good. When they saw that we had done laundry, they left a clothes drying rack and laundry detergent when they cleaned the room. This thoughtfulness was truly unique among the many hotels we have stayed in. I am very grateful~~~ It completely made up for the minor shortcomings of the hotel's hardware (such as no coffee machine, no refrigerator, etc.). The sanitary conditions are also very good. Different small fruits are thoughtfully prepared every night. If there is any need for assistance, the customer service will do their best to arrange it properly, which is very heartwarming.
The hotel is in a good location, should it be considered the city center? ! There are big supermarkets and shopping malls nearby, and the city government is across the street. The big square in front of the gate is full of singing and dancing at night, which is very lively. I was worried that it would be a bit noisy, but they went to bed on time around 9 or 10 o'clock in the evening, which did not affect my sleep at all. Room is a bit small than expected we stayed there one night, but on the night we stayed, outside temperature was about 9c, we switched on aircon in cold mode of lowest 16c, but the whole night the room was so warm and we woke up and panel shows the room is 33c, we need to open the windows and curtain to sleep, yet there is a club next to hotel and was noisy at night..."

"Came to Chenzhou with friends, and we chose this hotel because it offered parking and breakfast. Once we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised! "Booked this hotel for my family. This Holiday Inn Express turned out to be better than I expected. Being a new hotel and part of an international chain, I generally wasn't worried about any unpleasant surprises. The breakfast spread was ample and delicious; the noodles and pastries (like croissants), in particular, exceeded my expectations.
**Location:** The hotel is a bit removed from the main attractions, which I actually prefer as hotels right by scenic spots can often be overpriced and lack quality. It's about a 20-minute drive to Feitianshan, half an hour to Gaoyiling, and approximately an hour to Dongjiang Lake.
**Facilities:** Everything felt very new and well-maintained. Opting for a recently opened hotel certainly contributes to a much better experience.
**Cleanliness:** Satisfactory, I didn't encounter any issues during my stay.
**Ambiance:** The lobby is very spacious and grand. While I can't quite pinpoint the specific style, it definitely feels high-quality and upscale.
Overall, Chenzhou, with its beautiful lakes, unique Danxia landscapes, and grasslands, is a really pleasant place to visit with family on weekends or during leisure time."

MM11840****第一次遇到性價比這麼好的民宿，在這裏不得不説民宿的Boss真的是難得一遇的好老闆，他的貼心和無微不至能夠體現在任何的細節，尤其是的對待孩子，甚至超越我們做父母的耐性。由於國慶高鐵票緊張，我們一直無法搶到合適的票，去郴州的計劃變得很侷促，不管是下高鐵去民宿還是第二天回程去高鐵的問題，讓我很是焦慮，但是民宿的老闆想得非常周到，提前聯繫我們，瞭解我們的情況並且給予我們最好的服務安排。第一天下高鐵，湖南的天氣很炎熱，我們一家四口在高鐵站等車好久，導致孩子差點中暑，我難免開始心情煩躁，聯繫了民宿老闆後，及時為我們一家四口調整了安排，讓司機多安撫我們心情，幸好路上沒有堵車，能夠一直開到民宿（因為國慶仰天湖有一段路是交通限制需要坐公交車進去），不敢想象要是沒有老闆的細心安排，我們一家四口還真不知道怎麼進去。一個小時的路程到了民宿，終於見到老闆，熱心準備了午餐（食材是民宿老闆菜園親自種植，而且還親自幫我們準備好房間，告訴我們行程安排和去往仰天湖的來回都是老闆親自接送，吃完飯老闆還帶我們小孩到處觀光，讓孩子接觸到大自然。午休後親自送我們去仰天湖，還貼心告訴我們遊玩結束後告訴他來接我們，還告訴我們注意事項。雖然衹是短短的一天遊玩，但是老闆服務太太周到了，100分，包辦我們全家的所有吃飯問題，還特意給孩子們燃放了煙花（因為仰天湖太晚放了）所以老闆為了不讓孩子們失望，很是給力哦！太感動了！第二天我們要甘7：00的高鐵票，老闆特意5：00起來為我們做早餐和送我們去高鐵站，路上擔心我們吃不好還買了湖南的早點，情緒價值拉的滿滿的，還一路告訴我們湖南的景點特色，我們以後一定會再來的。來郴州的孩子們，放心沖，老闆真的很好。值得一提，民宿房間超級乾淨，我有潔癖，他家連拖鞋都是一次性的塑膠拖鞋，絕對不是循環再用，還有小童拖鞋。民宿的周邊還有河流小溪可以玩耍，樓下還有零食購買，非常方便。由於時間倉促，沒有仔細拍房間，但是超級棒的房間。

Breakfast buffet in the morning was a good spread was Western and Chinese cuisine. There are several restaurants around the Hotel. But there is a small restaurant situated in a Buidling on the left of the hotel as you walk out and it serves the most delicious Chinese food and very affordable. Overall Hotel experience is excellent.

The hotel has a good location and is about 15 minutes away from the high-speed rail station. Dido's service is warm, the check-in procedure is fast, the room bedding is comfortable, and the key is clean and hygienic, and there is no odor in the room. It is suitable for business travel or family travel, free parking, and there are charging piles nearby, which is very convenient for self-driving. The breakfast products are also rich, and the food is replenished quickly, which is very good!

AAnonymous UserThe homestay is located at the foot of Mangshan Mountain, and the surrounding environment is very quiet and elegant. As soon as I arrived at the homestay, I saw the carefully managed courtyard terrace, shaded by bamboo, sitting in the forest. The fresh air came, the room was clean and simple, the facilities were complete, the large floor-to-ceiling windows were transparent, and the beautiful scenery of Mangshan could be seen on the bed. Soaking in a natural hot spring in the room made people instantly forget the fatigue of the journey. The terrace also has some simple tables and chairs for guests to relax and chat, and barbecue here is also perfect. Here you can enjoy your leisure time, watch the sunset and feel the beauty of nature. The owner of the homestay is particularly hospitable and the service details are thoughtful. Will come again if there is a chance!

GGuest UserThe biggest plus for this hotel is that it is just 850 meters from the tourist attraction for which we came. The GaoYi Ridge, also known as Feitianshan (飞天山高椅岭景区) Scenic Spot. This is a small family run hotel which does not have an elevator. But the owners help you to carry the luggage up. The room is small but adequate, the furniture and bathroom fittings well appointed. The toilet kit was standard, though I normally do not use the disposable toiletries. There is a restaurant a stone's throw away from the hotel, which served us adequate food even late at night.
The biggest disadvantage for this hotel is that it is about an hour's drive from the Chenzhou West Railway Station. But that did not deter us because our purpose was to go sightseeing for the GaoYi Ridge Danxia Landform.
