"First off, it's absolutely beautiful, especially the public areas. We stayed in the Bamboo Grove room, not the Rock room, and the Bamboo Grove room truly felt like an oxygen bar nestled in the mountains. Even getting ready, you're surrounded by bamboo, it felt like I could live longer if I stayed there for a few extra days. Secondly, the service was incredibly thoughtful. As soon as we arrived, a bellhop helped us with our luggage. The hotel grounds have a lot of uphill and downhill paths, and since the Bamboo Grove rooms don't have elevators, the bellhop carried our luggage all the way up. All the staff greeted us whenever they passed by, and the butler's online responses were very prompt. And finally, the sweet potato candy they gave us when we checked out was delicious. My only suggestions would be to improve the breakfast a bit and to add some railings or handrails along the path to the Bamboo Grove rooms, as it can get quite slippery when it rains. Other than that, there weren't any major issues, and it's definitely worth experiencing."

"My friend told me about this hotel yesterday, and my boyfriend and I checked in today – we're really impressed! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and there's a lovely coffee shop right when you enter, which is a nice touch. Plus, the outdoor pool was open, and my boyfriend and I even went for a swim last night. The room was spotlessly clean, and they even have their own restaurant where we got to try some local Chishui delicacies like 'zhuerba' (pig's ear pastry) and a full bamboo feast. If I ever bring my parents here in the future, I'll definitely choose this hotel again – full marks, highly recommend it to everyone! Parking is also a breeze; they have a two-story parking garage, so no worries there. You can take the elevator directly to the lobby for check-in, and from the parking lot, you can go straight to your room, which saves a lot of time. It's fantastic."

The waterfall flows 365 days a year, with no dry season, and its white noise is easily ignorable, making for a quiet and pleasant stay. 2. **Luxurious enough**: The design is simple, elegant, and subtly zen. It boasts huge floor-to-ceiling windows, high-end amenities and products, impeccable cleanliness, attentive service, delicious food, and a rich breakfast that's served until 1 PM. 3. **Plenty to do**: It's the most conveniently located hotel in Chishui, with many attractions nearby. At the hotel, I tried bamboo weaving, tasted Pu'er tea, and enjoyed activities like flashing flowers and paper planes. 4. **Great views**: The scenery is picturesque without even leaving the hotel, perfect for photos. The hotel also offered complimentary drone photography and even made a video for me, which I really appreciate. 5. **Excellent quality**: Great value for money, spacious rooms, and top-notch bedding and amenities. Although it's inside the scenic area and requires walking up a flight of stairs to get there, the ladies and guys were very helpful with our luggage, which was fantastic. Located at the beginning of an ancient town, it's truly an ancient town, very pristine and not overly commercialized. It was very comfortable. I recommend it to those who enjoy quiet and have high standards for accommodations, not just those who want to check in with influencers. This is truly the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The lobby is warm and inviting, and smells wonderful. The owner said it's a specially blended aromatherapy diffuser, and there's also some in the hallways, spraying at set times. The whole lobby is beautiful and elegant. Takeout and other items are delivered by smart robots. It seems this is the only hotel in Chishui with robots, which greatly improves safety and also makes it quieter so ordering takeout doesn't disturb other guests. The facilities are complete and convenient. There are special slippers and toothbrushes for children, a washing machine, laundry detergent, and a dryer—everything you need, even a garment steamer. There's also a gym for working out. The rooms have a smart speaker, Xiaodu, which is very convenient for turning off lights, closing curtains, and turning on the TV. The toilet is also smart. The front desk staff are very welcoming and polite, providing attentive service. There's a fruit platter and complimentary snacks in the room, which are especially delicious. The bed is large and soft, making for a very comfortable sleep. The hotel is also very clean. Most importantly, the hotel has a great location; it's surrounded by a street full of food stalls and many local restaurants, making it the most convenient place to stay for tourists. The hotel has a restaurant with a buffet breakfast; you can eat as much as you want. The selection is plentiful and the food is delicious, including yogurt, sausages, stir-fries, noodles, steamed buns, dumplings, and even a noodle auntie who cooks several varieties, catering to everyone's preferences – very thoughtful! Considering the cold weather, the owner provides both warm and cold water. If you don't want cold water, you can ask for it in the insulated box, which is very convenient for women, as they don't have to wait for water to boil during special times – so considerate! Each room also has a mini-fridge, so you can chill food and adjust the temperature yourself. They can also accommodate those who need to control the temperature for certain medications – so thoughtful! The service is truly impeccable. The owner was incredibly kind. We hadn't paid attention to our booking dates, and the receptionist, who arrived the day after our scheduled check-in, readily let us check in. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, and we slept very well. The hotel is run by the family, and the cleaning was meticulous and thorough. The food was delicious; it's a long-established local restaurant with fresh ingredients. The fish was even caught by eye, and the portions were generous. We were very satisfied with our stay and dining here. It's great value for money, with clean, spacious rooms and complete facilities—more comfortable than many chain hotels. Choosing this place is definitely a safe bet.

First of all, I still like the hotel environment very much. On the top of the mountain, the road is still easy to open. There is a slope all the way up. The hotel has an elevator. It is not easy. It is Guizhou that there are too many mosquitoes and they are too poisonous. I bite very badly. The homestay can eat. When we went to the restaurant to eat, the boss gave us the menu. We wanted to eat freshwater fish. I asked what tastes were there. The boss was a bit fierce. He didn't answer. He turned his head and left. I was stunned. I don't know if he didn't understand or what. I said to myself: Ah? Why don't you ignore it, what's the situation? Then the boss's wife took the baby and took a look at me. Later, he came out again, and I asked again, and he replied. In short, this point makes me very embarrassed and I have never encountered this situation. There is another female boss, she is still better, the day I left the suitcase at the front desk forgot to take it, I went to Chishui City to think of it, and then contacted her, the next day she found the ride driver to help me send it down, thank the female boss. In short, the environment is very good, and I like to live in the mountains. Our home in Chishui is also relatively close. I just hope to improve the service.

This hotel is located in the heart of Chishui city and appears to be quite new. Parking is very convenient and free of charge, which is a huge plus. The facilities and linens are all new and fresh. There was a slight new-construction smell, but it wasn't overwhelming. Initially, the air conditioning in our first room wasn't working properly and wouldn't cool down. After contacting the front desk, the staff member whose WeChat name was 'Yiyi' (一 一) was incredibly helpful. She quickly arranged for us to move to a room on the third floor. What's more, a staff member went ahead to the new room to turn on the AC and pre-cool it for us – excellent service! The new room had an outdoor balcony, which was perfect for smoking and enjoying the street view. It was also surprisingly quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. One minor issue was that in the bathroom, only the overhead shower worked; the handheld shower attachment had no water flow. This might be something worth checking. The bathroom itself was a little on the narrow side. The hotel's location is great for exploring local eateries, easily accessible by foot or taxi. On a side note, when booking, I highly recommend choosing the package that includes complimentary tickets. It's incredibly cost-effective! Individual tickets for the Great Waterfall and Yanziyan are quite expensive, so getting two tickets to these main attractions included with each room is a fantastic deal. The breakfast wasn't particularly impressive. We went around 9 AM, and some dishes were already gone with no replenishment. However, upon check-out, 'Yiyi' from the front desk thoughtfully gave us a souvenir, which was a very kind and personal touch. Overall, the facilities are relatively new.

The hotel is located at the intersection of Red Army Road. It is not convenient to travel. There is also a market on Red Army Road at the entrance of the hotel. There are many stalls on the 700-meter street selling fresh vegetables and fruits. There is also a Meredo supermarket 100 meters on the right side of the hotel. It is a supermarket in Chishui. Shopping is convenient. The front desk service was enthusiastic, not only recommended delicious bean curd, but also told us the route, group report or  bus travel method  for the tour of Chishui Danxia Scenic Area.

Overall it's good, but the hotel's breakfast seems to be outsourced, and nothing is added until it's gone. The landscaping is very good, but there are mosquitoes on the first floor and the light is not good.

This store is really special. There is a small garden with a waterfall in the garden. It is especially pleasant to sit here and drink tea at night. There are a few dogs and a cat in the store. The cat is super cute and not afraid of people at all. The boss is very enthusiastic and helped me plan the tourist route. The cooking is also delicious. I will come again next time I have a chance!
