"OMG, this hotel is a solid 100/100! My best friend and I stayed here, and honestly, I've always been a bit skeptical about booking hotels online. But after experiencing this one today, I'm a complete convert! The value for money is absolutely incredible. We'd just finished our college entrance exams and didn't have much money, but this hotel made us feel like we were getting five-star service without the five-star price tag! It really reminded me of a hotel I stayed at in Sanya – it even has its own pool, and the views are absolutely stunning. We ordered a coffee and just spent the whole afternoon there. It honestly felt on par with hotels in major big cities. I loved it so much! If I ever get the chance, my best friend and I are definitely coming back here. Five stars, five stars, five stars! I seriously recommend everyone to come and experience it!"

"Overall, it was quite good. The front desk even upgraded us to an upper floor free of charge. The room was well-equipped and had its own air conditioner. Besides the usual breakfast items, they also offered boiled noodles and rice noodles, which were delicious. For lunch, the front desk recommended the local specialty tofu rice, which was tender and chewy. 👍👍 The hotel is centrally located, making travel very convenient. Highly recommended."

"This hotel is truly unique and intimate, perfectly blending in with the cliffs and caves, offering a hidden and quiet retreat. The staff are all incredibly patient, warm, and attentive, with most of them being local residents. They even provide thoughtful amenities like contact lens solution and disposable underwear for children. We stayed in the cave section, and while the room was a bit damp, which is to be expected with the local climate and cave environment, there were drying facilities available. Dinner was excellent with generous portions, and the breakfast selection was exquisite! It was an unforgettable experience for both us and our children!"

"This hotel is located in the heart of Chishui city and appears to be quite new. Parking is very convenient and free of charge, which is a huge plus. The facilities and linens are all new and fresh. There was a slight new-construction smell, but it wasn't overwhelming. Initially, the air conditioning in our first room wasn't working properly and wouldn't cool down. After contacting the front desk, the staff member whose WeChat name was 'Yiyi' (一 一) was incredibly helpful. She quickly arranged for us to move to a room on the third floor. What's more, a staff member went ahead to the new room to turn on the AC and pre-cool it for us – excellent service! The new room had an outdoor balcony, which was perfect for smoking and enjoying the street view. It was also surprisingly quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. One minor issue was that in the bathroom, only the overhead shower worked; the handheld shower attachment had no water flow. This might be something worth checking. The bathroom itself was a little on the narrow side. The hotel's location is great for exploring local eateries, easily accessible by foot or taxi. On a side note, when booking, I highly recommend choosing the package that includes complimentary tickets. It's incredibly cost-effective! Individual tickets for the Great Waterfall and Yanziyan are quite expensive, so getting two tickets to these main attractions included with each room is a fantastic deal. The breakfast wasn't particularly impressive. We went around 9 AM, and some dishes were already gone with no replenishment. However, upon check-out, 'Yiyi' from the front desk thoughtfully gave us a souvenir, which was a very kind and personal touch. Overall, the facilities are relatively new."

"I have been in Guizhou for a month and have basically traveled all over Guizhou. In general, the accommodation conditions here are relatively low, which is probably related to the overall accommodation environment of Chishui and the low autonomy of the hotel management team due to the management model. If conditions permit, you can try a better hotel. The advice for hotel shareholders is to fully empower the hotel management team, market-oriented competition and incentives. Facilities: The facilities are old and it is recommended to repair or upgrade them thoroughly. For example 1. The gap in the wardrobe is so big that it cannot be closed effectively. For example 2. The air conditioner is humming, and it is still very loud even when it is turned down to the lowest air volume. There is really no way to fall asleep at night. For example 3. The water volume in the bathroom is a bit low. The water volume is a bit small when washing hands and bathing, and it takes a long time when it is hot. For example 4. The elevator has a rattling sound. It is recommended to add more lubricating oil during maintenance, at least there should be no rattling chain sound. Hygiene: The guest room should be OK, it may be due to the old-fashioned decoration, it looks darker. The restaurant is worse, it feels messy and the efficiency is very low. According to the government's announcement, the food hygiene and safety level is C. In fact, it doesn't cost much.
