"A truly wonderful experience!
1. This Century Star Hotel includes three meals a day. The breakfast was plentiful, and while lunch and dinner were simple, they were filling and delicious, with cold and hot dishes, staple foods, and millet porridge. The freshly made beef offal noodles and dumplings were especially excellent.
2. The location is great. It's a few hundred meters from Huazhou Academy and Baihua Lake Scenic Area, and also within walking distance of Fusheng Temple Pagoda.
3. The young men and women at the front desk were very friendly, and the two ladies in the restaurant were particularly kind. It truly felt like coming home.
4. The hotel rooms were spacious, and the facilities and cleanliness were excellent. The housekeeping staff were also very helpful.
5. The hotel had a small dog, which was very friendly."

"I was surprised by the excellent service at the Ji Hotel in Dengzhou, a county-level city, on my first visit. It was far better than other Ji Hotels I've stayed at in other cities; perhaps it's influenced by the service at Pang Donglai Hotel in Henan. Initially, there was no welcome fruit, but after mentioning that it was usually provided, they brought it to me. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of choices to satisfy different needs. The breakfast staff were particularly attentive and friendly, recommending which dishes were good and what flavors were available, all with smiles and polite greetings. They even gave us a lot of desserts and fruits to take home when we heard we were going to work in a remote area at noon, which we appreciated if we didn't have lunch. Today, it started raining heavily. I hadn't brought an umbrella, but after mentioning it at the front desk, they arranged for someone to hold an umbrella for me and escort me to a taxi at the door – very thoughtful. With such service awareness and actions, I believe this Ji Hotel in Dengzhou will only get better and better. Keep it up!"

"The location is excellent, right across from the bustling food street with tons of delicious options.
The receptionist at counter #2 was exceptionally helpful; check-in was quick, and they even upgraded my room for free. They thoughtfully recommended nearby restaurants; the receptionist was particularly kind and beautiful.
The breakfast selection was quite extensive, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was good, satisfying different palates. I especially want to praise the pancake – it was incredibly delicious! They even gave me a complimentary foot bath before I left.
In short, it's incredibly good value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area. I've already recommended it to my friends – highly recommended!"

- As soon as I entered the door, I was amazed! The sheets and quilts were just changed, and they were super comfortable to feel slippery, like sleeping on the clouds.
- The bathroom is very dry and wet, the mirror is polished, and even the floor drain is clean and there is no smell. The details control means that a book is satisfied!

"The room is comfortable and the price is very high. Breakfast should be considered good in this price hotel. The taste and selection are not bad. The only bad thing is that the noise of the air conditioner is a bit loud. Turn off the air conditioner in our room and you can still hear a lot of noise. It should be in the next room. There is a parking lot at the entrance of the hotel for free parking. The room facilities are clean and tidy, and the bathroom is not separated from wet and dry. The front desk service is warm. There are restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel, and it is convenient for dining and shopping. It is about 1.7 kilometers away from the ancient city of Dengzhou, a little far away.

The full score is not because there are no shortcomings here, but because it is indeed beyond expectations. The price in the early 100s thought it was an ordinary hotel. It is the supporting facilities here, there is a laundry room, and it is equipped with a dryer. The gym, children's play area, the venue is quite large. The hotel at this price can have this package, I really feel that it is beyond expectations.
Facilities: equipped, all quite complete.
Hygiene: It is possible if you are not very picky. I can accept it.
Service: I really want to praise this, especially the front desk lady and the breakfast room aunt. The aunt in the breakfast room has always been greeted with smiles, like a spring breeze, giving people a very kind and very good feeling.
The only downside is that the door switch in the room I stayed in was particularly important and it was very hard to open.
