"Great hotel. I liked everything from the room to the attitude of the staff. The room is very spacious, with a modern interior.
Everything is new and functional (without getting out of bed, you can turn on the air conditioner or close the curtains by pressing a couple of buttons). The room has a large bed with a warm blanket, a table with a sofa and panoramic windows overlooking the city.
The breakfast is delicious and hearty, the choice of dishes is quite large (I am not very good at using chopsticks, so I was pleased with the presence of forks, this is the only hotel out of ten hotels in China in which I lived, which provided them).
The staff is very helpful. The sociable and friendly hotel manager, with whom we had a very pleasant conversation. Thanks to the girls at the reception who helped me call a taxi to the train station and find a taxi in the parking lot. I arrived at the hotel at eight in the morning and was immediately checked in, which is a huge plus for the hotel (in many cases, you have to wait for the check-in time).
There are suggestions: make a towel hook in the shower or next to it. When you go to the shower, you have nowhere to put a towel except on the toilet. And there are sockets in the room only for Chinese standard plugs, but not for European ones, do this at the reception so that the adapters are sold or you can rent them"

"This stay truly exceeded all expectations! The moment I stepped into the room, I was captivated by the natural wood-style decor. The solid wood floors and warm yellow lighting created such a cozy, home-like atmosphere, and everything was picture-perfect. What really impressed me, though, was the scent in the lobby – a subtle woody and citrus blend, fresh and not overpowering, making even breathing feel therapeutic. The cleanliness was impeccable; the bedding was spotless and odor-free, and every corner of the bathroom was perfectly scrubbed, with soft towels and bath towels. The breakfast spread was incredibly diverse, offering a full range of hot dishes, desserts, and fruits, all delicious and satisfying. "The last time I was in Xinxiang on a business trip was in 2021. I asked the front desk today, and they said it opened in 2024. The service was excellent. This morning, before leaving for work, I asked the front desk if the housekeeping could take my running clothes to the laundry room, and they readily agreed. When I returned in the afternoon, they were already hanging on the door. I was very pleased.
The hotel breakfast was also good, and the mini-fridge had unlimited drinks. Great service! Highly recommended!"

"This stay experience is particularly satisfactory! The hotel service is intimate and thoughtful, the staff is warm and responsive, and the demand is very fast. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by the minimalist yet stylish design, and the warm lighting instantly made me feel relaxed. During check-in, the front desk staff member was incredibly efficient and had a very welcoming smile. She also thoughtfully provided information on nearby dining options and parking. The attention to detail was impeccable.
The room itself was an even greater surprise: spotlessly clean, with bedding so soft and comfortable I never wanted to get out of bed. The soundproofing was excellent too, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom featured a well-designed wet and dry separation, hot water came quickly, and the toiletries had a fresh, subtle scent, making them very pleasant to use.
What I found most thoughtful were the clear signposts in the corridors and the quick-responding elevators. In the morning, I even enjoyed complimentary hot tea in the lobby before heading out. Staff members consistently offered polite greetings, making the entire experience incredibly pleasant.

The room was very nice, well-equipped, soundproofed, and clean. There was no odor in the entire room. The service was excellent. The front desk staff upgraded the room type free of charge because I had a child with me. In short, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Making Stuff, Going Places on YouTubeA fantastic stay! The hotel is very new and in excellent condition. One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in in China. Electric curtains, projector and electronic toilet were really nice touches, particularly for the price.
I booked a ground floor room at a low price but they upgraded me to the best room in the hotel with amazing view through 2 huge windows to the mountains. By far the best location I've stayed in so far. Room 666 is the pick of the hotel.
The township is small and quiet, but has enough restaurants and small shops for your needs. The hotel is on the northern end of town and only a 10 min walk to the Baoquan tourist entrance.
The family running the hotel were amazing. Very welcoming and ready to satisfy all your needs. I regret not trying more of their food in house. I had one lunch with them and it was the best food I had during my stay.

PJHNLGreat hotel with good value for money. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. All sights are within walking distance if you don't mind a good walk ;). You get what the pictures show. The owners are incredibly helpful and are willing to take the extra step. They even helped me arrange a very early bus pick-up to get to my next destination and drove me to the pick-up spot at 5:30 in the morning! I definitely recommend this hotel.

XinzongzhuanshuThis was my first time in Xinxiang, and I came specifically for Pang Dong Lai. The hotel's location is quite close to Pang Dong Lai, within walking distance, which is very convenient. Before arriving, I considered many other hotels, but ultimately chose this one because it had recently opened. What truly surprised me, and in the best way, was the service and the genuine character of the staff. I've stayed in hotels in many cities (including Hanting and many under Huazhu Group), and even the most luxurious ones don't compare. I feel like their service isn't just about doing their job; it's about genuinely connecting with people. This applies to everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. They made my stay incredibly comfortable, and I really enjoyed interacting with them. I consider myself quite particular about cleanliness and hygiene, but for the first time, staying here allowed me to truly relax and feel at ease. Hotel management and service undoubtedly have standards, and many are now looking to learn from Brother Dong Lai's quality. I believe learning is one aspect, but dedicated employees are another. Even the strongest management can't compare to a group of self-motivated employees, and they've achieved that. I even think they do a better job than what I experienced at Pang Dong Lai. Management should really commend every single one of them, because their excellence isn't just a result of being managed; it stems from their own inherent qualities. (Good reviews are what they prefer to see, and this heartfelt review is what I personally want them to have for what they do.) Thank you to every 'fairy' who helped me over these three days, the 23rd, 24th, and 25th. I will definitely visit again if I have the chance.

The room is clean and the towels have packaging bags. The room is well ventilated and odorless. There is hand sanitizer in the toilet. We were upgraded. The hotel restaurant is convenient for dining. Contact in advance to inform the hotel of the precautions for entering the scenic area and introduce the method of visiting the scenic area. Enthusiastic and thoughtful. Worth recommending.

Guest UserThis hotel can be called the fat east of the hotel industry. The service wife is very good and left a deep impression on our trip to Henan. Especially Master Yuan, I have to give a big praise, drive us to Erfat, and then pick us up to Sanfat, and take the initiative to help us return the things bought by Erfat to the hotel, free of our burden, and go to Sanfat to pick us up very late at night, especially touched! ! ! The car is very new and very clean! There were too many things to buy at Sanfat Supermarket, and the little girl at the front desk helped us upstairs.
As soon as I went out this morning, the hotel staff was helping each car with sunscreen, and the details reflected the quality of service.
The hotel has a large parking lot and a charging pile, which is very friendly to self-driving. There are small convenience stores, snack bars downstairs, many choices for takeaways, or robots for food delivery.
There is a 24-hour tea and coffee supply in the lobby. Breakfast also gave me a big surprise. This price is very cost-effective! Next time I come to Xinxiang to play, I will choose this hotel!

HonggezixiaoniukouAfter a three-day hike in the Southern Taihang Mountains, we booked a guesthouse in Guoliang Village. Located in an old village on the cliffside road, the stone rooms had a lovely atmosphere, and the owners were fantastic! The rooms were comfortable, very clean, with separate wet and dry areas, and no smell of smoke! The landlady also cooked with great care! Overall, I would give it a 10-star rating!

I must appreciate the hotel. They have a nice and courteous staff at their disposal. I was getting late for my train from east station in the morning. Was not able to get a taxi for 10 minutes or so. The lady at the reception personally dropped me to the station in get car which was about 5km away. I really appreciate the generous courtesy given to me by the lady at the reception desk. Would definitely stay again at this hotel
