"The rooms are clean, spacious and clean. Facilities are all available and very new. The family room is large and very characteristic. The service staff was very enthusiastic. The children's clothes were left in the restaurant. I thought I couldn't find them. Fortunately, the restaurant sister and the front desk lady were put away. The price is very soundproof and the surroundings are quiet. Rihasal Square is very close to the net red food street, and it is very convenient to refuel nearby. Very good value for money, it is recommended and praised!"

"I give a full five-point rating to the service here. I rarely write so many reviews. There are so many advantages. I was upgraded to a balcony room for free when I arrived. They helped me carry my luggage in the car in the rain when I checked in, delivered a disposable basket to the room, delivered peanut drinks for dinner, and sent souvenirs when I left. The waiter's sincere service attitude throughout the whole process can be said to be better than all the five-star hotel services I have seen. The chef of the restaurant on the 4th floor is very good. The Russian food in the evening is large. Three people ate two meals, and the breakfast is also rich."

"The experience of staying at this hotel was absolutely perfect. We drove up to the hotel and found it difficult to find a parking space. As soon as we arrived at the door, the staff approached us and enthusiastically guided us to a suitable spot. Their attentive guidance instantly alleviated our anxiety about parking. From check-in to every step, every process was a pleasant experience. The front desk was efficient, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the most thoughtful thing was the free laundry detergent, which made washing clothes while out and about much more convenient. The fragrance in the lobby was a real bonus, making it relaxing and cozy while waiting or resting. The attention to detail was remarkable. I had absolutely no complaints with this stay. "The hotel boasts a refined and tranquil atmosphere. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent; you can't hear any noise from the hallway or outside, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed stay.
The room was meticulously cleaned, with every corner spotless. The bedding and toiletries were fresh and tidy, and there wasn't any unpleasant odor throughout the room. The hygiene was clearly handled with great care.
I booked the Deluxe King Room with Bathtub, which was incredibly spacious and grand. The bathtub was huge, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of sightseeing. The large TV in the room supports screen mirroring for catching up on shows, and the smart toilet and other smart amenities were very convenient to use.
The staff were warm, polite, and provided thoughtful, attentive service, making check-in quick and easy. "Passing through Ergun, I chose this highly-rated guesthouse. Upon check-in, the room facilities were pretty much as depicted in the online photos. The room was very clean and comfortable, though it would be even better if there was a desk. The landlady was very welcoming; we had a lot of luggage, and she and her daughter even helped us move it during checkout. There's a vegetable garden out back with lots of produce, and she mentioned that the vegetables for breakfast come from there. Overall, highly recommended!"

"It was a surprise to come to Hulunbuir to play this Guna Zuimei Hotel!
The hotel building looked clean and tidy, and the front desk in the lobby was cleaned up. The staff was gentle, the check-out prompt was clear, and the check-in was quick and worry-free. There is also a whole row of color swings in the backyard. If you live with children, the baby can play for a long time. The yard is spacious and it is particularly comfortable to rest and walk.
The room hardware is in place, the air conditioning is complete, and the beds are clean. The location is convenient, the surrounding environment is clean, the breakfast time is also clearly marked, and the price is full! I will stay here next time I come here again. I really recommend friends who drive and travel with parents and children to choose it!"

"This hotel far exceeded my expectations! Upon entering the lobby, I was immediately struck by its exquisite and elegant ambiance and attentive, professional service. The bed was large, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. We had a very comfortable stay, and the facilities were complete. There's even a laundry room!

I traveled alone with my 3 year old daughter and we had a fantastic stay! The owner was very kind to upgrade us to the largest king size bed room which was very spacious for my kid to run around. Unfortunately she didn’t realize we booked 2 nights and made us move the second night but still gave us an upgraded room! She made up for it by helping me move and watch my child while I settled into the second room. She and the restaurant chef were so kind with allowing us to eat a late breakfast because my child was too tired and could not wake up in time before breakfast ended. The chef made us a delicious fried rice with some tomato/eggs and hot Mongolian milk te which was the best meal we’ve had in Inner Mongolia because we are tired of eating lamb. Everyone treated us so well and loved my outgoing daughter. We sang karaoke at night and my daughter sat on the swings and ran around in the courtyard playing. I loved that the light to the AC turns off when the room lights turn off but the AC is still working. It makes sleep so much better to not have a light shining on you. The rooms are very new and there’s lots of cabinet space. Parking is available. Bottled water, slippers, shampoos/body wash are all provided. We also got free tickets to the grassland which we unfortunately could not make it to but appreciated. Thank you to the owner and the staff for making our stay so comfortable! We will definitely come back and stay again!

Guest UserAll the staff were incredibly polite and had excellent attitudes. We went horseback riding at the stable recommended by the hostess, and it was a fantastic two-hour experience. We also tried the owner's restaurant for dinner, which was delicious. This was my first time staying in a yurt, and it exceeded my expectations—it had hot water for showering and was very clean. In the evening, we joined a bonfire party, where everyone danced together, and the owner and hostess presented us with Hada scarves. Even late at night, the staff helped us dry our clothes. They even gave us a souvenir when we left; everyone was so incredibly kind. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to experience staying in a yurt. It was a very satisfying experience. Thank you.

The room was meticulously clean, spotless in every corner, and very well-ventilated, with no unpleasant odors inside. The log cabin design was very thoughtful, retaining its unique rustic wooden style, making it cozy and full of local charm. The toiletries provided were all high-quality, showing great attention to detail.
I stayed at several accommodations along the way, and this one had the best hygiene by far. The owner was warm and attentive, promptly responding to any requests. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, transportation is convenient, and the stay was quiet and comfortable. Located at the entrance of Ergun Wetland Scenic Area, it has an excellent location. If I have a chance I will come again in the summer and stay here again. I recommend it to everyone. It's really great!

Guest UserWe booked this accommodation on short notice in the afternoon, and it turned out to be a treasure trove that exceeded our expectations. When we arrived, we saw a double rainbow from upstairs – the view was absolutely stunning. The cottages are all in a log cabin style, and the entire area has a novel and unique design, perfect for children to play and take photos. The indoor facilities are impeccably clean and top-notch, with underfloor heating, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a projector, and a smart toilet – everything you could need. The owner even upgraded us to a free room; the detached villa could easily accommodate a large family. What's even more amazing about this guesthouse is the incredibly delicious stew in an iron pot. Perhaps it was my first time trying it, but the beef stew was absolutely divine! The beef was incredibly fragrant, and the stewed vegetables were all perfectly seasoned, especially the potatoes and glass noodles. Most importantly, the price was very reasonable, just like normal prices. The grilled lamb skewers were also delicious 😋, and the breakfast was plentiful. The owners, including the auntie working there, were all incredibly polite and friendly. I hope the owner's business continues to thrive and prosper!

After watching the sunrise in Linjiang, I found that the camera battery box fell in the room. At first, the boss did not find it. We told the boss not to find it. We bought one again if things were not expensive. We walked halfway through the boss called and said to help us find the battery box in the trash can. I was moved and embarrassed. I must praise it. I am so touched!

Guest UserI was most impressed by coming to the prairie with my family to play in Heishantou. It was beautiful to watch the sunset while riding a horse. The bonfire party at night was also very lively. At the same time, I also felt the hospitality of the people in the prairie. The young lady recommended horseback riding and feeding. The sheep experience is very good and the price is affordable. Her yurt is also quite good. You can see the Milky Way when you come out in the middle of the night. The room windows depict the Ha'er River, birch forests, pastures, Wolong Mountain, and the Milky Way, and often feature the daily lives of various animals. You frequently hear ”tap, tap, tap” and ”thump, thump, thump” footsteps, which you might mistake for children running around, but are actually adorable chicks and sheep. Slow down, relax; everything here can slow down. Get to know the people gradually. There's no need to rush to be enthusiastic or get to know them. Feeling safe and comfortable in nature's embrace naturally opens your heart, allowing you to feel the warmth and belonging of home. Thank you to everyone I met in Enhe and Enhe.
