"The best decision I made on this trip to Ergune was staying at the Guna Youan Resort Villas! It completely changed my perception of local accommodation, and I absolutely have to give it a perfect score! The hotel's design is incredibly stylish and chic, with standalone villa houses. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and the views outside – the sunset and starry sky – are absolutely breathtaking! From booking to check-in, the staff were all incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. The front desk lady even gave me a super cute hand-drawn map of the area. Plus, they have a laundry room and a gym, which is a huge bonus. Here, I truly experienced the joy of 'slow living.' The sunset is a little later here than on the 'left bank,' giving you ample time to catch the falling stars. Next time I'm in Ergune, this will definitely be my top choice. I highly recommend it to all my friends visiting Hulunbuir!"

The room was clean and tidy, with everything you need, except that the sound insulation is a little poor and the shower water is small. "I accidentally set up a treasure hotel, the environment is good, very new homestay, the area is also large, the room is comfortable, very friendly to children, will prepare washing sets and slippers! "Facilities: The room has a smart guest control system, and the toilet is also smart. The wet and dry areas are separated, which I was very satisfied with. Disposable toilet seat covers are provided, which is a nice touch. The pillows are comfortable. There's a sink right by the entrance, and the lights in the sink and toilet areas are motion-sensor lights, quiet and not disturbing at night. Cons: The toilet area lacks ventilation, so odor dissipation is slow. 😂 The hotel elevator requires a room card, which ensures security to some extent. I had acute gastroenteritis on the day of check-in and had to go to the hospital for an IV drip 😅. I didn't return until late at night, and no one was at the door, but a light was left on. Cleanliness: Satisfactory. The bedding is clean, and disposable toiletries and shaving supplies are provided, which is friendly to men. There are no disposable toiletries in the shower. Service: Warm and attentive, patient in answering questions. Environment: See photos; I really like the overall style of the room. The room window faces a building very close to the opposite building, and the curtains are single-layered without a sheer layer, making it feel a bit lacking in privacy during the day. The last picture is taken from the corridor window. The hallway lights were quite unique; I took a video. I found this hotel while driving through Ergun on my way to the grasslands. I booked it on a whim, and it was surprisingly good! The facilities were all quite new; it's only been open for about six months since 2025, although the rooms still had a slight odor. The service was excellent. Breakfast was on the first floor, and the selection was quite extensive, but unfortunately, I didn't get to eat much, haha. Overall, it was a very good experience."

"When visiting the grassland in the off-season, I chose this hotel to stay at Heishantou. The hotel is next to the port, with endless grassland in front and behind it. It’s so vast! We chose to stay in the yurt that we have always longed for. It has very ethnic characteristics. The room is very comfortable and the decoration is very thoughtful. The yurt and the facilities inside are all brand new. The room is very clean and feels very comfortable. You can also order afternoon tea and barbecue outside the hotel, including Mongolian-style pot tea and fruit snacks. It’s really great to enjoy the food under the canopy while enjoying the breeze! There are also some other entertainment facilities. You can feed the lambs and play with the lambs for free and take pictures. You can also play with swings, a star and the moon, which is really considerate for girls. It is really worth Amway for my sisters to come and play. It is the best resort nearby. I really want to stay and look forward to having another chance to play."

"We stayed one night in Ergune and chose the Qiuguo Hotel. The service was excellent. The front desk staff was very friendly and even from the same hometown! Anything we needed was promptly delivered by a robot. The bathroom also provided what looked like very nice slippers, though I didn't use them. My only suggestion for improvement would be the lack of milk at breakfast. Many children, adults, and seniors typically drink milk, so I hope they can add it. The red date soy milk was good, though. And it was nice that they had noodles and wontons."

"This was our first time staying in a yurt with the kids, and it turned out to be our favorite part of the trip. The yurt was beautifully decorated inside, and the little ones were fascinated by everything. We were pleasantly surprised to find a small slide and trampoline at the hotel, which the kids absolutely loved. The bonfire party was an even bigger hit with the children; they even got to light some small fireworks themselves – they had an absolute blast!"
