"This is the fourth time my family and I stayed in this hotel. This time we felt a bit disappointed because of the drainage blockage which led to flooding in the bathroom. Although the drainage blockage was repaired next day, however we felt rather inconvenient. The pillows and bed are moderately soft. The hand towers were somewhat wet which seemed be used but not replaced by the new ones. Pricing of the hotel was gone up, nevertheless the services were deteriorating."

"I won't comment on the good or bad, just the actual situation. The hotel is in a good location, with a shopping center downstairs offering everything from food and drinks to entertainment. The parking lot is large, but there's a 10 yuan overnight parking fee, which is a bit confusing. There's also a deposit for accommodation, which feels a bit like a throwback to the old days. Regarding the amenities, the room lacks a wardrobe, bathroom fixtures, or an internal phone. The good thing is that the outlets have USB ports, so you can charge your phone with your own charging cable. The bathroom doesn't have a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water comes from a separate 40-liter electric water heater. The room has a small sink, which is convenient for daily use. I won't go into detail about the other services; just don't expect too much. The hotel opened in 2022, making it relatively new in the area."

Even more surprising was how well-equipped it was! The hot stone slab bath uses natural hot spring water for heating, and lying on it felt so warm and comforting. Many facilities in the hot spring area are made with wooden structures, perfectly complementing the natural ambiance. Every corner was spotless, and even the bluestone paths were non-slip and free of standing water.
The staff here were like garden guides, softly directing the way and thoughtfully offering warming tea. This feeling of being gently embraced by nature is just intoxicating. We definitely have to come back with my wife during the National Day holiday to just relax!"

However, the hotel's facility maintenance needs improvement. This includes aging doors and windows, and the exterior walls. Room hygiene was average, and there was a lot of trash in the green belt next to the balcony. The exterior walls were also covered in snails and snail droppings. Additionally, the facilities at Na Jin Gu are old and poorly maintained.
