"I booked the airport hotel for my layover in Chengdu. It's super convenient to get to the terminal, and they have express baggage drop-off and first-class entrances (though unfortunately, this didn't work for my Longhao Airlines flight 😆). It's a really handy hotel, and you can even order takeout. The bedding was very comfortable. The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate. Breakfast was simple, but they did have local dishes like 'chaoshou' (dumplings), noodles, and rice vermicelli. I arrived at the hotel in the evening, and they even had braised snacks for sale at the front desk, which was a real craving satisfier ❤️ Very good. Overall, I'd definitely recommend it for a layover."

"Best location closer to the airport. They have 1-time only free airport pick up or drop off, you may schedule in advance. Best service, I'm not a native speaker, but there was one gentleman who can converse clearly in English when I called over the phone and left a message to my husband who will stay in the hotel, they updated me as well of details when I needed. Best experience ever. My husband was very happy as well of the hotel service and amenities. Thank you very much. Will highly recommend this place."

"Woo... an absolutely fantastic stay at the upscale Joyhub Air Hotel! On April 20th, 2026, check-in was a breeze – quick, no deposit required, just a passport registration. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, and the room was spotless with a cozy duvet on the bed – everything I could ask for. The room itself was very spacious, offering a relaxing garden view outside, which I captured in many photos. After settling in, I explored the hotel's facilities, which were also stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet dinner; there was a huge variety of delicious food. I paid CNY 298 / RM 178 (for 2 people) in cash, as Alipay wasn't accepted. There weren't many tourists dining, and every dish was incredibly tasty. The next day, April 21st, I tidied up my room before checking out. I left the room at 4:45 AM and returned my key card at the reception, and check-out was also quick. It's about a 10-minute leisurely walk from the hotel to the airport terminal – you just cross a bridge to enter the airport. At the airport, female customs officers scan you before entry. The hotel is directly opposite Terminal 1. I would happily recommend this place to my family and friends. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were efficient. The facilities are well-maintained, and the environment is quiet and elegant, offering great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance, and I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"We stayed at this hotel with our family for one night before our flight. We booked two rooms, and they were exactly the same — clean, well-organized, and comfortable, with cozy beds. Each room had everything needed to get ready smoothly in the morning: a shower, kettle, ironing board, and hairdryer. It’s clearly set up with travelers in mind — simple, practical, and comfortable. Breakfast is normally provided at the hotel, but since our flight was very early, they kindly prepared takeaway breakfast boxes for us, which was very thoughtful. There was also a free airport shuttle that picked us up on time and brought us to the airport. The driver went above and beyond — he helped us figure out whether we needed Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 and made sure we got to the right place. He even stayed with us until he was certain we wouldn’t get lost. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, as well as many shops where you can buy souvenirs, local sweets, and even pick up another panda as a keepsake. There is also plenty of local street food nearby. Right next to the hotel, a hot pot restaurant hosts the famous face-changing mask show twice a day. We attended the evening performance from 7:00 to 8:00 PM, which was a wonderful experience — enjoying a delicious meal while watching such a beautiful and iconic show before our departure."

"An unexpectedly great stay! The room was much more spacious than it appeared in the pictures, with a simple yet tasteful decor. The toiletries were mild and effective, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing body lotion and conditioner. There were plenty of charging ports by the bed, and the internet was stable and fast. The windows were even electric – I just had to call out to ”Xiao Du” (the smart assistant) to open them. On a sunny day, watching the ocean from the room was incredibly therapeutic and perfect for photos too!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, nestled in a lush, green and less crowded neighborhood. There are restaurants and supermarkets, as well as specialty shops for souvenirs. The lamb soup restaurant just a few minutes' walk from the hotel is delicious! The community is quite large and perfect for a stroll. The infrastructure is well-maintained. However, there were some drawbacks. Perhaps because it wasn't yet summer, the air conditioning hadn't been cleaned; as soon as I turned it on, there was a musty odor. I had no choice but to turn off the AC and sleep with the window open. Also, the water pressure in the shower was a bit low. Overall, it's pretty good value for the price."

Service attitude is also very good. Going out is a comfortable picture. Hotel health can give 95 points. Stayed in many hotels, their home is a very good one, the price is very high. The price of more than 100, the service is very good, although the room is not very big, overall it is very good. Maybe my sleep quality is OK, I heard the sound of the shuttle bus in the morning, and it was quite quiet at other times."

"This is my second stay at Tianfu International Hotel, and the overall experience was particularly satisfying. I especially want to commend the hotel's guest services team. My itinerary was quite complex, and many things were a bit troublesome. I was initially worried about being overwhelmed, but thankfully, the guest services team and other hotel staff patiently helped and carefully coordinated everything throughout my stay. They properly resolved many trivial issues, making the entire trip much smoother and more pleasant. From being guided upon arrival and checking in, to addressing subsequent needs, no matter what I asked or what help I needed, they were always enthusiastic, polite, and patient in their answers, actively handling everything without any perfunctory attitude. Their responses were quick, and their efficiency was high; every detail was meticulously handled. The staff members consistently wore smiles, demonstrating professionalism and attentiveness, truly making me feel a warm sense of home away from home. The hotel itself is clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The gym is excellent, and the breakfast is plentiful. Coupled with such high-quality and heartfelt service, my impression of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. I'm very grateful for the dedicated efforts of the guest services team. This stay was exceptionally pleasant, offering great value for money and an excellent experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it and will definitely prioritize choosing this hotel for my next trip!"

"Returning from an overseas business trip, I booked a by-the-hour room. My flight landed in China at 5 AM, and check-in was supposed to be at 8 AM. The hotel offered a free airport pickup, and we arrived around 6 AM. The front desk lady saw it was a bit chilly that morning and allowed us to check in early. She also extended our check-out by an hour, and we got complimentary breakfast. The room was spotlessly clean and very spacious. What's more, it even had an electric blanket, which was a lifesaver for someone like me who's always cold! I've stayed in many hotels, but this was truly an amazing experience. A fantastic hotel, highly recommend!"
