"Our stay in Ledong started badly.
We were first told by the lady at the front counter that we could not stay in since we had passports from another country. It was a hotel rule. After arguing that we already made a reservation, she still told us to get an hotel elsewhere. After telling her many times to call her boss, one very helpful lady came to help and found our reservation and could let us in.
Please train your employee better, or better select them.

I was worried that it would be too dirty and I didn't want to deal with it. Unexpectedly, not only did she not dislike it, I even let me hold the baby and rest on the sofa while she handled it by herself. I hope the hotel can install a fan, because it is still a bit hot in the first half of the night. The most unacceptable thing is that there are people having barbecues and sleeping in tents outside, making noise until 3 or 4 o'clock in the middle of the night, and they can't close the windows, so they can't rest at all.
