"The front desk lady did not care about the requirements of the hotel. In the afternoon, there were still many vacancies, but the front desk issued the room card in accordance with the order of the room. All the requirements were no room, but I heard the next lady saying ”Follow this card.” Hotel facilities are very new and large. I thought the lake in front was beautiful, but the water was dry, the scenery was average, the price was slightly higher, and the service and environment could not support it. Luocheng attractions are also general. In addition to the cliff bookstore at night, Cotton Tiankeng can take pictures. The books that can be read are not as many as the city roadside stalls. Most of them do not remove the book film. Many books are fake 😅. You have to light up at night to take a photo. I didn’t look at it during the day. I integrated the Tiankeng vegetation to cover it well. The air is not fresh and cool. The tourists on the road out of the pit say that this attraction is the worst and not good at all."

"We stopped for one night after visiting the Cotton Sinkhole. The room size was okay, but the soundproofing was so-so. The location was easy to find, with many restaurants nearby. However, the cleanliness was really subpar. I suggest the hotel provide more training for its staff on hygiene. Isn't cleanliness the most basic requirement for a budget hotel? I checked three rooms and all had the same problem."

"This is a very unique hotel, truly built on the edge of a sinkhole cliff. The rooms are quite large, with a classic, antique feel, and the cleanliness is acceptable, except for one pillowcase with yellowed stains and hair. Staying in Building 5 offers a direct view of the sinkhole's ceiling, but getting from the parking lot to the room requires walking down two or three flights of stairs. The staff helped with luggage during check-in and check-out, and several staff members I encountered were very friendly. The Ctrip package includes Changsheng Cave (an underground karst cave), which is worth seeing. However, the entire scenic area involves going up and down stairs, making it unsuitable for tourists with mobility issues."
