"We had a great stay. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful — always ready with a solution whenever we had a question. For example, when we asked about transportation to nearby cities, they quickly made a call and helped us arrange everything with ease. We were also lucky that the owner checked in with us about needing a quiet room (subject to availability), which we appreciated. The room and bed were clean and comfortable, with basic amenities like a small hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, and toothbrush provided. The beds seem to have a heating mattress for winter. The location is also very convenient: there are restaurants just downstairs, the bus station to other cities is right around the corner, and it’s only a 10-minute walk to the monasteries. Recommended for a simple, pleasant, and well-located stay!"

"I was a little disappointed when I arrived at the location following the navigation; the storefront was very small, and I wondered if I had chosen the wrong place! The guest rooms were upstairs, and once I entered the room, I realized I hadn't made a mistake! 😜 The room was very clean, the bed was large, and the mattress was indeed comfortable. The electric water heater was a bit slow; it wasn't enough for washing long hair, and the water flow dropped very quickly. I didn't take any pictures of the room. The next morning, I had breakfast in the owner's room. I still remember the yak milk; it was very fragrant and even had a skin formed. The porridge was also homemade. The owner's family was very kind and simple."

The hotel is decorated according to high standards, the public areas and guest rooms are arranged with great care, and the hardware facilities are perfect. The room was clean and odor-free, with stable 24-hour hot water, and electric blankets and heaters provided, ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep. The back window overlooks the river, offering amazing views of the sunset in the evening and stargazing at night. The owner was incredibly thoughtful, not only providing free pick-up and drop-off but also kindly reminding us about altitude sickness precautions. The breakfast was plentiful and satisfying. For those driving with elderly or children, staying here offers peace of mind and convenience!"

We went during the National Day holiday and encountered heavy rain and hail at night, but thankfully we found this warm hotel. The room facilities were new and very clean. We were very satisfied.
