"Before booking this resort, I honestly didn't know much about it. But when I mentioned it to friends, it turned out everyone knew it and had great things to say, which immediately raised my expectations. On the way there, the road leading up to the resort was quite dark and remote, making me a little nervous. However, the moment I stepped inside, all my worries disappeared.
The environment is truly exceptional. Surrounded by mountains and tea plantations, the air is incredibly fresh, and lush greenery is everywhere. It's so quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The service is also very attentive. There are always shuttle carts available within the resort, and even for a short walk of just a few minutes, the staff will proactively offer to drive you, making getting around completely hassle-free.
The resort's facilities are also quite comprehensive, with a museum, hot springs, and restaurants, covering all basic needs. The hot springs are outdoors; while there aren't many pools, they are very comfortable to soak in. The only minor inconvenience is the lack of other dining options nearby; you'd probably have to drive about 10 kilometers to find a restaurant.
Overall, its strengths lie in its tranquil environment, stunning scenery, and excellent service. It's ideal for quietly unwinding, enjoying the views, and having a leisurely vacation with a high level of comfort."

The front desk would give us a cup of black tea as soon as possible. It felt very comfortable. The dust arrived at the hotel and the heart was warm. "This May Day holiday, I brought my family to Anji for tea picking, mountain hiking, and a relaxing getaway. We once again chose a Marriott-branded hotel, which I've always loved. The hotel's unique manor-style architecture was absolutely stunning, with its castle-like buildings and retro connecting corridors – it truly set a fantastic mood.
Upon checking in, I was pleasantly surprised. Even with the May Day rush, the hotel still provided personalized butler service. Our attentive butler, Christina Song, always responded to all our requests immediately, from an extra bed and an eye-protection desk lamp for my child's homework, to sleep earplugs. She was incredibly responsive and resolved everything perfectly. We also encountered a minor issue during our stay, which she handled smoothly and completely, even thoughtfully upgrading us to a room with a balcony overlooking the golf course. The view from the window was lush green, offering expansive and therapeutic scenery.
During our stay, we mostly had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Both meals featured fresh and abundant ingredients, with dishes that were delightful in terms of color, aroma, and taste, including authentic local specialties. The hotel's garden landscape was exquisite and elegant, with winding paths leading to secluded spots. Every step from our room to the lobby and restaurant offered beautiful scenery, with little surprises hidden everywhere.

"We specifically brought our child to visit Anji Sky City and stayed at this Narada Resort Hotel, and the overall experience was excellent. We booked a family room, which was spacious and cozy, equipped with a small tent and a stuffed animal sofa, which our child absolutely loved. The room's floor-to-ceiling windows offered a fantastic view directly overlooking the lake and mountains. The environment was quiet and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hotel's family-friendly facilities were very thoughtful. The kids' play area and gym were adjacent, allowing parents to easily work out while keeping an eye on their children without disturbing each other. There's also a public laundry room with a dryer, which is incredibly convenient for washing clothes while traveling – full marks for attention to detail. The hotel staff were warm and friendly. On a sunny day, we enjoyed a scenic boat ride on the lake, which was beautiful and a great experience. Although the Sky City amusement park wasn't open yet, the hotel itself was high-quality and offered great value for money. It's an excellent choice for families with young children in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai area, and definitely worth revisiting."

Whenever we approached the front desk for inquiries, no matter the time, Junjun and Xiaoling would promptly stand up to assist us! The breakfast was very rich, with fresh items like prawns and asparagus. Upon check-in, we received a welcoming gift of fruit and candy, and a farewell gift upon check-out, which felt very thoughtful. They offer free use of a washing machine and dryer, but the drying time is quite long and needs improvement."

Perched halfway up the mountain, our room directly overlooked the tea plantations. It had rained a few days before we arrived, so the mist was swirling, and the air was filled with a refreshing scent of grass and trees – truly therapeutic. The entire hotel seamlessly blends with the natural forest.
🎉 **So many free activities, you can't do them all!**
We stayed for two days and enjoyed all these without spending a dime:
✅ Lunch
✔️ Hot spring (so relaxing after a soak!)
✔️ Boating (a small wooden boat where you paddle yourself – such a great experience!)
✔️ Kids' club (both indoor and outdoor)
✔️ Petting zoo (the little ones loved it)
✔️ Gourd-shaped outdoor playground (digging in the sand was a favorite)
✔️ Hanfu photoshoot (didn't get to try it with the kids)
✔️ Tea picking and bamboo shoot digging (we came a bit too early, so it wasn't open yet, which was a shame. I recommend coming two weeks later.)

Special thanks to Xiao Wu! He provided transportation throughout our stay, was always on call, and was incredibly patient with the kids. He promptly attended to all our needs.
Finally, a minor point: when we booked, we were told bamboo shoot digging was available, but it wasn't open when we arrived, which was a bit disappointing. It would be better if this information was clarified during booking."

Whatever we were missing, we asked the landlady to help us, and she would meet our requirements one by one. Ask him anything at nine o'clock in the evening and he will reply promptly. Later, when I left, I forgot my hat to help us deliver the goods. Later, when I was cleaning up the room, I discovered that there was a plug for the charger, and I took the trouble to ask us again. It's really good. I will choose his home again when I go to Anji in the future.

From the moment I arrived, I knew this camping retreat was going to be something special. I was lucky enough to get a room right next to the lake, and waking up to the sound of gentle waves and birdsong was absolutely serene. The view alone was worth the trip!
What truly stood out was the incredible chauffeur service—punctual, professional, and friendly. It made moving around the large camping area effortless and enjoyable.
The team on-site were beyond accommodating. Whether it was a last-minute change or a special request, they handled everything with warmth and a smile. I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout my stay.
The experiences offered were the cherry on top! I got to enjoy a free photoshoot with the lake as my backdrop, which left me with beautiful memories captured forever. The horseback ride was both relaxing and thrilling, and paddle boarding on the calm waters was a peaceful yet fun workout.
One of the most unique and soul-soothing moments was the sound bowl healing therapy—a truly calming and grounding experience. And to wrap up the day, the music bonfire under the stars was magical. Great vibes, great company, and a perfect way to end each night.

GGuest UserIt is a very lovely place for a short and relaxing trip. It make you feel homely with the sweetness and kindness of the owners. It is like a “ming shu” stay instead of a hotel stay.
Our stay was upgraded as the boss noticed we have a bit of luggage. The room was great. We had fun playing with the “xiaodu” , watching movies with the projector and small cute duckie and giraffe chair. The tissue holder is so cute too.
Breakfast is lovely. We had porridge with little small dishes as you would have at home. As we were there during the non peak season, we had a chance of noodles soup as breakfast too. It is a such a sweet thought for us to try different breakfast for the next day.
Renting of ski clothes is easy too. We just need to click a WeChat link sent by the lady boss and it is delivered. Although we choose the wrong size. Lady boss helped us to contact the rental company to change out for us. They came back with the right size and even gave us a free ride to the ski transport place.
Meals are readily available around. Just need to walk out a bit and feel free to ask lady boss.
After a day of fun, we had a lovely treat from the hotel A hot pot of tea with some snacks to go along. We even get to wash some our laundry and before we left, we have some bamboo shoots backs as souvenirs. The sweetness was overwhelming! This is really a lovely place to stay for a short getaway.

Children like it very much, but I feel it is more suitable for couples because the design of the bathroom is a bit inconvenient for parent-child families. There is also a bathroom on the first floor, but there is no shower. Parents of the opposite sex have to take a shower in advance. Other than that, it is almost full marks. The service is very, very, very good. The brothers are very handsome and the sisters are also very beautiful. They have a strong sense of service. The housekeeper is responsive to every request. A care package is provided every day, which is a canvas cosmetic bag that can be taken away. The toiletries are lelabo, and there are enough drinks. The restaurant is not big, so make reservations in advance. The food is very delicate and the taste is good. Afternoon tea and hot spring bath are also provided. It is very, very, very comfortable!

JJuliaFI literally hate when I book a room looking at the picture and get something different in reality. I’m a fan of hotsprings , and when I planned this little getaway with my husband, the room with a private outdoor soaking tub caught my eye. According to the photos on Trip.com , the room had a spacious terrace and a cozy corner soaking tub. When we arrived , they gave us some middle room and the soaking tub was right next to neighbors’ one, separated by a short see-through fence, as if we were supposed to bathe all together. When my husband pointed this out to the front desk , they made up some excuse how all the rooms have the same photo on the website and how they can’t change our room saying someone already booked that better room. I can’t confirm but I had a feeling they were lying because I never saw anyone on the terrace of that room.
This unpleasant experience aside, the hotel territory is lovely , they have a glamping area and the swimming pool. Very suitable for families to enjoy . We had a dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious . The Chinese traditional breakfast was included in the room price , it was very fresh and good as well. So in the end I’d still recommend this hotel but if you have a choice better not come during national holidays .

GGuest UserIt is beautiful! An oasis of peace! We really enjoyed it with our children! The houses are well equipped, beautiful and clean. The staff are very helpful and very friendly! The breakfast offers a delicious variety. In the afternoon there is fruit, cake and drinks for free. And in the evening you can either eat in the restaurant or order BBQ and enjoy your meal in the cosy outdoor dining area. Another positive point is that it doesn't feel overcrowded. You can really relax!

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
