The hot water is very good. The location in Minhou is far from the city, about half an hour's drive to various attractions, saving money on price. There is Wanjia Square not far away, and a night market next to it. Breakfast is from 7 to 10 o'clock."

"An excellent experience! The service was professional, and Bella at the front desk was very competent and friendly. The environment was elegant with unique decor. It was clean and tidied promptly. "They should be more transparent about the room amenities. This hotel location has several levels of room comfort. The previous time I was there the room was premium grade - extremely comfortable and well equipped. This time, with no clue that it might be different, I checked in only to experience a more ordinary room.

"We stayed for two consecutive nights. Despite our late arrival on the first day, the front desk proactively contacted us, had a welcome fruit platter waiting, and ensured the air conditioning in our room was already on. Noticing we were traveling with children, they thoughtfully upgraded our room type, which was much appreciated. The laundry room, equipped with washing machines and dryers, was an added convenience that greatly enhanced our stay. While the breakfast spread was extensive, replenishment of items could be a bit slow during peak dining hours, and seating often became limited. We will certainly choose Hampton by Hilton again on our next visit to Fuzhou; we truly value the comfort and peace of mind it offers."

"I originally stayed at Meiyuan Hotel with the mentality of giving it a try, but I didn't expect that it was really low-priced and high-service. The front desk clerk Xiao Jin was warm and friendly. The room had a strong smell of books. I liked the decoration style very much. There were also care packages in the room, which was very considerate. They were all robot services. "The room looks exactly like the official pictures, and the hotel service is decent. The only downside is the disposable slippers – their quality is pretty poor 😓, they really only last a day. During the Chinese New Year period, the park had a full schedule of activities every day, but the evening water show required an extra ticket. For families with kids, they might want to consider a few things: perhaps slightly larger rooms, and a ticket package for 2 adults and 1 child (or 2 children). I saw several families having to pay extra for their children's tickets during check-in, which was a bit annoying. Staying at a hotel inside the scenic area is really convenient, especially in the mornings when it's much quieter before the outside visitors arrive."

"The weather is particularly sunny today. There are large clouds outside the window. The sunshine shines into my room. I feel it quietly on the bed. The whole room was extremely quiet, as if isolated from the world. The bustle outside the window and door had nothing to do with me. This is what I particularly like about the hotel. The scenery is beautiful and the room is quiet. What's also worth boasting about is the equipment in the room, which is the best experience I've had in countless hotels. Fully intelligent thermostatic toilet, high-definition TV, and latex mattress with excellent experience. Green is a hotel I will choose again next time."

Friendly front desk, perfect location and clean. The breakfast is also ideal with both western and chinese style cuisine. The hotel is sure a value for the money. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserI rarely commented back. I didn’t have a good impression of this hotel. The corridor lights suddenly flashed in the middle of the night after falling asleep. The video was proof. From 12 am to 1:30, I called the front desk 2 times to repair. I woke up and found it difficult to fall asleep. It affected the itinerary of the next day. The hotel did not care about it the next day. Instead, I took the initiative to go to the front desk to ask the waitress. Because of the hotel, the guests did not rest well. How did they deal with it? The waiter said that they could delay the check-out by 2 hours. I proposed that it take 4 hours. Not only did I not rest well, but also affected the itinerary, and I didn't ask for a room change at the time. I hope I can understand each other. The customer service said that I would apply with my superior and asked me to wait for the notification. Later, I was notified by phone that I could delay it for 4 hours, but there was never an apology.
Facilities: Hotel does not have shower cap
Environment: There is always a sound from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The maintenance staff said that it is hot and cold, and there is no sense of security.

GGuest UserThe hot springs were excellent, but the room felt a bit dated. The breakfast was a major disappointment; the dining area felt quite empty, there was very little variety, and the taste was mediocre. To top it off, the coffee served was instant. The coffee at the ground floor coffee bar, priced at ¥9.9 a cup, was absolutely undrinkable – I've never had such terrible coffee. The server there was also a bit stubborn and inflexible. And considering I paid 68 RMB for breakfast, it definitely wasn't worth the price. Next time, I'll definitely just visit for the hot springs and skip staying at the hotel.

I recommend turning it down a bit. I had luggage that needed weighing. I asked the front desk for assistance, but they said they couldn't. I don't understand this; customer service requires thoughtful attention, not just evasiveness. Breakfast was always light, healthy, and delicious, though occasionally a raw tomato would go bad, which was unhygienic. I hope the hotel will address this.

XXiaoyaoniniThe facilities are rather old, and as some netizens have mentioned, it is indeed a bit noisy, especially the room doors, which have no door cushioning, making a loud noise every time you step out. The hallway is also completely uninsulated. I especially want to complain about breakfast. The breakfast was supposed to be at 9:30, but when I arrived at 9:00, the staff loudly announced they were closing up shop. They started clearing away many plates, completely disregarding the guests still seated. This was the first time I'd encountered such service.
