"This hotel left a deep impression on me. It was very clean and even had little robots. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offered a great view, which was very pleasant. The bedding was soft, just like home. The shower had excellent water pressure, leaving me feeling refreshed. Breakfast included freshly ground soy milk, pancakes, and made-to-order noodles with a perfect poached egg – it really hit the spot. The service was warm and friendly, definitely a thumbs up. Staying here was great for recharging. The room had good soundproofing, so I slept soundly. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too hard. Breakfast had noodles and congee, perfect for an energy boost. Parking was convenient. Next time I'm visiting Ninghai, I'll definitely stay here again; the experience exceeded my expectations. "We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and the front desk upgraded our room type😄. We can see Tianming Lake from the room. The lighting in the room is very good☀️Clean and transparent! The hotel's breakfast has many varieties, including fruits, pastries, side dishes, and drinks. I especially like their tofu curd and beef noodles🍜, and the portions are just right. The overall decoration of the hotel is in a modern new Chinese style. There are many scenes where you can take photos and check in, and the atmosphere is full."

"Must be bad! 1. The TV in the room could not be adjusted out of the live broadcast program and the mobile phone projection screen. The waiter was very impatient when he came up. The result was that he gave a remote control less; 2. The breakfast hygiene was worrying. See the waiter clean up the dishes after the guests have finished breakfast and put the cakes that the guests have not finished eating back into the tray of food, and then take them directly with your hands when adding the cake, instead of using chopsticks or wearing disposable gloves; 3. The bath water is hot and cold, not hot and iced; 4. The stew cooked separately for the guests, the waiter used the dumplings to know what was clipped from the bowl, and then served to the guests; 5. GGuest UserThe location of the B&B is very good. It is a renovation of an old house. The proprietress is very welcoming. She waited at the gate in advance and helped with the luggage. She treated us like relatives visiting during the Chinese New Year. It felt like home.
It is best to stay overnight in the ancient town. It is especially good to visit in the morning and evening.

GGuest UserStaying at the Sheraton Ninghai this time, I felt a sense of home from the moment I walked in, and I particularly want to commend the front desk service.
Brisa made an excellent first impression during check-in. She maintained a bright smile throughout, was very efficient, and not only completed the procedures quickly but also proactively introduced me to the hotel's facilities and breakfast times. The whole process was both efficient and friendly.
Yumiko demonstrated the front desk's attentiveness and thoughtfulness. When I inquired about nearby attractions in the lobby, she not only answered patiently but also provided a map, instantly giving me a sense of direction as a first-time visitor.
Daisy's service was equally impressive. During check-out, she meticulously reviewed the bill, proactively asked if I had driven and helped register my license plate, and didn't forget to remind me about the changing weather and to stay safe as I left.
The front desk, with their genuine smiles and professional service, truly made me feel right at home. The hardware facilities are on par with a high-quality new hotel, but what truly touched me was such a warm service team. Next time I'm in Ninghai, this will definitely still be my first choice!

GGuest UserFacilities: Everything was great, except for the faucets on the double vanity in the bedroom – they were placed on the side, which made them really inconvenient to use. They all seemed to be Kohler, though.
Cleanliness: Overall, the cleanliness was acceptable, especially considering it's in the mountains and has a natural, rustic vibe. However, there were several stink bugs? or flying insects? in the room. I squashed a few, and there were some dried-up ones on the floor 😭.
Environment: The environment was generally good, but the road was too narrow. It was quite easy for two cars going in opposite directions to collide – we actually had a minor bump 😳.
Service: There was a butler, and we connected on WeChat a day in advance. However, they seemed quite busy, and there was a delay in their responses. The nighttime snacks were a bit stingy, and the bar snacks were far inferior to those at Amanfayun Thousand Island Lake. Amanfayun had delicious paper walnuts and peanut candy, and their late-night dessert was always a different congee, like eight-treasure congee!
Dining: Many people said the breakfast selection was too small, but my travel companion and I both agreed that the breakfast at any Amanfayun is excellent. While the variety isn't huge, everything they offer is high-quality and delicious. They always feature regional specialties. After all, even with a massive variety, how much can you eat for one breakfast? Quality over quantity is key!
I've now successfully visited three Amanfayun properties. My favorite is Amanfayun Thousand Island Lake; although it's a bit older, it's very clean, has the best service, and the most beautiful environment. Amanfayun Xinchang comes in second. I've been to Amanfayun Thousand Island Lake three times, and each time I've perfectly missed the two rows of cherry blossoms blooming by the entrance. I'll have to go back again next April! 😃😃😃

There was hot spring water in the room, making my face and body feel smooth after washing – it was genuine hot spring water. It's very close to the forest hot springs, and there's a hotel shuttle bus, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserAfter checking in at the lobby, you'll need to hike a short distance up the mountain. The housekeeper will meet you at the intersection. She's very friendly, helping with your luggage and greeting you warmly every time you see her in the morning. The cabins are quite unique, with a great mountain environment. At night, you'll find small geckos and large spiders in your room, and in the morning, you'll see all sorts of insects. Those who enjoy nature can choose the cabins, while those who aren't accustomed to staying in the mountains can opt for the hotel rooms up the mountain. They're all shared, and breakfast is served on the first floor. The hot springs are also very clean, with different types of pools, and very relaxing.
