"Upon arrival, the butler immediately helped me with my luggage and even carried it to my room after check-in – so warm and thoughtful! I stayed in a lake-view room, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning views of Lugu Lake. The scenery was absolutely beautiful! They also provided a lovely afternoon tea, and for a late-night snack, there was a sweet white fungus soup. Breakfast was also very generous and well-balanced. The complimentary travel photos turned out amazing; I loved every single one! (＾▽＾)"

"It truly exceeded my already high expectations. 📍Butler Service⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Several young butlers handled everything from breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea to evening sweet soup. They responded promptly to any requests in the group chat. Breakfast was a daily selection with different options (Picture 13), very plentiful and delicious; I was very full every morning. Afternoon tea (Picture 6) was also great 👍🏻. The guesthouse has its own kitchen, and the food was exceptionally delicious. Perhaps because the owner is from Sichuan, I, a spicy food lover, thoroughly enjoyed it (Pictures 9, 10, 11). Evening sweet soup was delivered to my room every night at 9 pm. 📍Guesthouse Facilities and View⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed three nights, experiencing both the family room and the double room. Both had 2-meter beds and outdoor balconies with stunning lake views (Pictures 1, 3, 4, 5, 8, 14, 15). Although it rained every day, staying at the guesthouse was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The guesthouse lobby (Figures 7, 8, and 12) is decorated in a style that young people love—very fancy and pet-friendly (Figure 2). There's also free pet food available in the lobby. The front desk has coffee, various types of wine, and complimentary Yunnan tea. My three-day stay was truly a very comfortable experience. If you come to Lugu Lake, I wholeheartedly recommend this guesthouse. For someone like me who has always dreamed of opening a guesthouse, it was truly a dream come true!"

"This lakeside room at the end of Daluoshui Village is only 3 meters from the lake. Open the window and you're greeted with unparalleled lake and mountain views. The pure white Santorini-style design, especially the picture-frame window in the public area, is perfect for photos, and the cave room offers an incredible ambiance. The convenient location and attentive service truly elevate the holiday experience – you won't want to leave once you've checked in!"

"I stayed in the parent-child room with my grandma!!! I booked blindly after reading the comments! The joy of opening the blind box is that it is so worth it! There is not much introduction to the room. In addition to what they said, there are also hairbands, independent makeup removal wipes, etc., full of details! It was cloudy when I came, so I didn’t take pictures of the yard. The real picture is as shown~ The room service is also very considerate. "This hotel, opening in 2025, is well-equipped. I especially loved their scenic balcony with its full-panel, retractable glass – the views are absolutely stunning! The complimentary afternoon tea and evening desserts were also a nice touch, and they varied daily. The hotel is situated right in the heart of the scenic area, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The staff are all quite young, which made communication easy and their service very welcoming. I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance."

"I wasn't originally planning to stay at this hotel in Lugu Lake. The previous one didn't have adequate heating, so I quickly searched for another place on Trip.com, and to my surprise, I stumbled upon a real gem. The service was absolutely impeccable. The staff directly helped me transfer my luggage from the previous hotel, saving me a significant amount of time and making my trip incredibly smooth. Knowing I get cold easily, they turned on the heating for me while I was out, and returning to a warm room was genuinely heartwarming. What moved me even more was that a staff member, even after their shift ended late at night, was willing to help me dry my clothes. The next morning, they thoughtfully delivered breakfast to my room. After checking out, I realized I had left something in my room, and they promptly brought it to me. To receive this level of service at this price point, I honestly wanted to tip them. To every staff member who assisted me, you all worked so hard, and I'm truly grateful for such a wonderful stay. The room itself was also outstanding. The previous hotel, which was even more expensive, didn't have facilities as complete as this one. The value for money here is truly first-class; the heating is incredibly effective. I could wear just a T-shirt and shorts in the room at night and still feel perfectly warm. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a very reassuring stay. If any friends come to Lugu Lake in the future, I will undoubtedly recommend they stay here!"

"Our brief Lugu Lake trip with three adults and one child. The loft room was a bit small for four people, especially the bathroom area, which was tiny. There was barely any space around the sink to put anything, making it feel very cramped. However, the guesthouse still left a wonderful impression on me. The housekeepers and the young ladies at the front desk were all incredibly warm and friendly, taking care of every little detail, which made us feel very cared for. This was definitely a 100% plus point. Our room offered direct views of Lugu Lake, and if we had woken up early enough, we might have even seen the morning mist... (But we're not early risers at all!) The on-site restaurant also served excellent food. While breakfast wasn't a buffet, for a set breakfast, it was incredibly rich and comprehensive. It included congee, sandwiches (or corn cakes), fruit, yogurt, milk/coffee/soy milk, and even a small pot of rice noodles. In the evenings, they even delivered complimentary sweet tremella soup, and there were fresh flower cakes in the room... The owner clearly puts a lot of thought into everything. On the day we checked out, we had a small moment of unexpected joy: we saw messages left by other guests in the room. It suddenly made me feel that this is what a beautiful life is all about."

"The room's ambiance is fantastic, nestled right at the foot of Mount Gemu Goddess, and just about 3 kilometers from Lugu Lake, making transportation incredibly convenient. The hotel's facilities are also superb; the room has a dispersed oxygen machine, which really helps with sleep. There's a small lake within the hotel grounds with two black swans – the ecological environment is simply amazing! The hotel's dinner is also delicious and quite unique. Especially Cherry, our butler, was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous with all arrangements; you could ask her anything. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely stay here again on my next visit!"

"Stepping into the room, I was immediately greeted by a delightful fragrance, perfectly setting the mood. The amenities were incredibly comprehensive; given how dry Lijiang's weather can be, the hotel thoughtfully provided a large Xiaomi humidifier and even makeup remover wipes – they really understand what women need! I had originally booked a standard double room, but the staff kindly upgraded me to a 270° panoramic double room free of charge. The view was absolutely stunning, and the scenery was incredibly beautiful and perfect for photos 📸. They also included complimentary pick-up and drop-off service, and the staff were warm, attentive, and responsive to every request. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and there was even afternoon tea. The fruit tarts and coffee completely won me over ☕. I truly adored the meticulous service, down to every detail. This hotel is definitely on my list for a second visit – I'll be back!"

"We stayed here for 2 nights and it was so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. This time we stayed with my family and everyone was very happy. We were very touched by many aspects of this hotel. We really did not choose the wrong accommodation. First of all, the service of the team was very considerate. They would try their best to arrange some of our needs. They also have a pick-up service to Luoshui Village, which is very convenient for going out for dinner and shopping. The room was very comfortable and the scenery was really great. On the morning of the first day, my family went out, and I didn't want to go out. I stayed in the room while watching Lugu Lake and reading a book. It was very comfortable. We saw the fire clouds and rainbows from the room. We were so happy this time! There are many thoughtful details in the room, such as a small box next to the bed for things that may be needed for sleeping, such as earplugs, steam eye masks, and mosquito coils. Especially considerate consideration 👍 The rice noodles for breakfast are very delicious, very similar to the taste of my childhood, we all like it. There is also afternoon tea, which is delicious. The hotel also gave us a gift before we left, which was very touching🙏 Overall, it was a very good accommodation experience, the service was very good, very good 👍 Special thanks to everyone in the team, Xiaoqiang, Xiaofeng, and a male waiter (I don’t know his name), the big sister who cleaned the room, and the big sister who made breakfast, everyone was very attentive, we felt very warm and touched.
