"Traveling in the off-season is really nice! The hotel is in a good location, convenient for watching the sunrise. Especially the corner room, with two floor-to-ceiling windows and electric curtains, it is so healing to open them in the morning! Maybe it is the off-season, some things in the hotel room are not equipped, such as the tatami tea seat, and no tea! Overall it is very good, the lighthouse museum is opposite the hotel! "Huge thanks to the hotel for their incredibly attentive service during our stay, especially for going above and beyond for my child's birthday. They were always responsive and met our every request promptly. Although the hotel has been open for less than a year, and the breakfast service can feel a bit overwhelmed when it's busy, everything takes time to perfect, and you can really see how much effort everyone is putting in. On our last day, our return flight was delayed repeatedly, and the entire hotel staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating, allowing us to check out for free at 10 PM! You read that right, 10 PM! From noon until late evening, they essentially covered the cost of our airline's mistakes, and more importantly, ensured my family was as comfortable and rested as possible during that long, unreliable wait. Thank you again! ❤️ A special shout-out to the chicken porridge and scallion pancakes at breakfast – they were amazing!"

"I haven't been here for several years, but I feel like I'm home when I arrive at Haizhongzhou. I feel that many details are better than before. First of all, when the vehicle enters the underground garage, I see a security guard in the security booth, which is difficult for many international chain underground parking lots. Many times, there is no security guard in such a large parking lot. After entering the room, I found that there were 4 bottles of water on the table, which is very generous. Generally, there are only two bottles. There is an air purifier in the room, and a disposable alcohol wipe and a disposable toilet mat are placed in the bathroom, which are full of details. Especially the faucet and other hardware, which are polished to a bright shine. I even found bath slippers at the head of the bed. Although we brought them ourselves, I still have to give a thumbs up to the hotel. The hotel's breakfast is still as rich as ever, but there is a suggestion that when there are many people in the noodle stall, it is easy for the meal ordered by the previous guest to be taken away directly by other guests. It is recommended to refer to other hotels, issue number plates, and pick up meals according to the corresponding number plates, so that it will be very orderly."

"This wasn't my first time in Zhoushan, but it was my first time staying at the Silk Road. I was incredibly satisfied, and especially grateful to the Silk Road staff, including Xiaolu at the Silk Road front desk and Wang Lin and Zhang Mingju at the Haitiantai. We booked a family room this time, which had high ceilings and was very comfortable. The only downside was that there wasn't much to sit on besides the bed. The chair was a little uncomfortable, but it would have been perfect if there were two comfortable single sofas. The dinner buffet was also very good, with a wide variety, so even if you didn't like something, you could find something else. The price of 198 is not bad, and children are free if you spend 120 or less. We also received complimentary hot spring tickets to the Haitiantai. Every staff member was proactive and enthusiastic. No matter what the problem was, they would first comfort us and then resolve it. After two days, I switched to Kaiyuan Senbo for my children's playtime. I regret it now; the Silk Road was my only choice.
Facilities: There was less room for children to play.
Cleanliness: The lobby seemed cleaned regularly. I wiped the table outside with a wet wipe, and it wasn't stained at all, indicating it had been cleaned recently.
Service: Most of the staff were excellent.
Dongsha Scenic Area Tour: Very convenient for watching the sunrise in the morning.
Warm hot spring tickets for two: Excellent."

"This is a warm hotel with a good location. It is close to the shopping mall and Putuo Tiandi, and not far from the beach. It is very comfortable to enjoy the evening breeze and watch the citizens doing aerobics.
The room has been upgraded, which is a little less ”luxurious” than imagined, but it is affordable. The room is rectangular, with only one bedside table and a simple small table on the other side, which is a bit low; the bathroom is better to separate wet and dry areas, and it would be perfect if the trash can was bigger.
The service is good. I accompanied you to see the room before checking in, and I opened it if I was satisfied."

"I make it a point to visit Mount Putuo every year, and usually stay in Zhoushan. After an trail run, I also take the opportunity to explore Mount Putuo. This year, due to a change in the starting point, I booked the Pullman. Just like other Pullman hotels I've stayed at in other cities, the service and standards were excellent, and the location was fantastic. This time, I upgraded to a Deluxe Seaview room, and the view from the higher floor was incredible – I could directly see the race happening below. The linens and amenities were also of great quality. When you're traveling, having a clean and dry bed to rest on is the most reassuring and practical comfort."

"The location is perfect, right next to Zhujiajian's Dongsha Beach. The Zhujiajian sea is a deep green under the sun.
The service is excellent, pretty much on par with a typical five-star hotel.
The sea view from the terrace is truly stunning. There's no difference between the front and side views. The front view offers no crowds, just the ocean, which is still quite beautiful. The side view faces the bathing beach, which detracts from the view, but the price doesn't change.
The facilities are a bit dated, but Crocs are provided. The bathroom is small, but laundry and hand soap are provided, which is very convenient. There's also a folding clothes drying rack.
The minibar is free once, and there's hot soup for two and breakfast for two.
The weekend is peak season, and the price is quite reasonable for a nice sea view room in Sanya.
Given the proximity to Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, it's worth a visit."

There was a lake park right in front, and there was a shopping mall and restaurant street right next to it.
There were so many delicious restaurants.
Maybe because it's a weekday, I was a little disappointed that the amusement park didn't open.
The room was kept clean, the breakfast was good, and everyone responded kindly.

"Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel is large and beautiful with excellent facilities. It's close to Dongsha Scenic Area, and you can get free entry just by showing your ID. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a double vanity and a bathtub. The hotel also has a swimming pool, gym, and both dry and wet saunas. The staff were all very friendly. I'll definitely be back again. A special shout-out to Trip.com for their consistently great service too! The hotel package I booked offered great value for money and even included afternoon tea."

MMandyhhmI have always liked to live in Meihao Hotel. Their service here is in place, so this time I came to Zhoushan to stay in Meihao in Donggang. The hotel has an underground parking lot for convenient parking. There are hypermarkets and Kaihong Square nearby. There are many foods; the traffic to Putuo Mountain and Zhujiajian is also very convenient. The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the stay was convenient and warm. There are not many varieties of buffet breakfast, but the taste of the dishes is still OK.

GGuest UserI think it’s not worth the price. It’s a bit expensive. I’ve already paid for the room and still need to pay a deposit. There’s something wrong with the phone in the room. It beeps when I plug it in. I can only unplug it. The service is lacking. Please follow me when you check out. They said the car would drive out directly without a license plate, but it turned out that I had to scan the QR code to pay when I left. Although I was later told to refund it, it would take four or five days to refund it😅.

Unexpectedly, the price-performance ratio is really high. The room is large, well-equipped, and the hygiene is great. The breakfast is rich and the waiters are very friendly.
