"It was a great experience. My husband also said it was the best hotel he had stayed in so far, with good service and environment. After staying for two nights, we stayed for another night. Considering that we had to leave in the middle of the night, we chose the cheaper Yuexiang Twin Room. The bedding is soft, the amenities are comprehensive, and the attention to detail demonstrates quality. I particularly loved the outdoor hot spring, which blends seamlessly with the natural landscape and is truly relaxing. The staff were enthusiastic, professional, and responsive. The butler-like service provided by the beautiful Xiaoyu was attentive and responsive, which was incredibly satisfying. I visited almost all the attractions she recommended, which was a delight. I also loved the unique hotel bead necklace Xiaoyu presented upon check-in. The Chinese restaurant serves exquisite Cantonese cuisine, especially the local specialties, which were truly memorable. "I went on vacation after the Lantern Festival. There were not many guests staying in the hotel, but the facilities were complete, the shuttle bus was very convenient, and the hot springs were great. I could soak in the hot springs by the sea, listen to the sound of the waves hitting the beach, and watch the sunset slowly disappear on the sea level. In the morning, you can watch the sunrise on the beach. I didn't go to the indoor swimming pool, but I swam in the infinity pool of the hot spring for a while. The water temperature is 30℃, so it doesn't feel cold to swim in winter. We also visited the Wushitang and Nansha scenic spots next to the hotel. There were not many people in winter and the amusement facilities were not open. You can climb down Baishan Mountain. The scenery at the top of the mountain is pretty good, but there is nothing else except the scenery. I would like to give special praise to the hotel staff Xiao Liu and Xiao Qian. "The Westin in Zhoushan is a very large resort style property. We had a warm welcome from the front desk staff named Franky. He explained to us details about the hotel and how to visit the beach. The room was large and clean. Housekeeping staff did a good job cleaning it and bringing extra water and towels for our children. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast food. Most of the food was bland and lacked a true western style breakfast. The coffee tasted bad and some of the food items were empty. The service in the café was fine, no complaints about the service. I recommend this hotel to someone wanting a weekend getaway. There are many local seafood restaurants next to the hotel."

"民宿在普陀山島內最大民宿區域，進島下船檢票後，就馬上有公交車過去，5分鐘就到。下車會有管家來迎接，幫忙提行李，很貼心，管家服務態度很好。民宿周邊配套有早餐店，飯店，便利店，葯店等，比較完善。 民宿距離普陀山第一大寺“普濟寺”步行大概15分鐘。民宿附近有公交車站，早上可以直接坐車到索道，也可以坐車去普濟寺（等車排隊可能久，不如直接走過去）。車站全天都可以坐車到碼頭，然後轉車到各個寺廟，也很方便。 民宿雖然是居民樓改造的，但是房間裝修的很好。有設計感，超級乾淨，服務很專業。設施設備很齊全，個人覺得至少四星級酒店的標準。提供的用品也很齊全，甚至免費提供足浴桶和泡腳葯包，走了一天泡一下腳很舒適。老闆還會提供詳細的禮佛路線和攻略，能感受到老闆的用心。強烈5星推薦，會介紹給朋友，越來越好，下次再來～"
