"I think this price during the National Day holiday was incredibly good value, much better than other chain hotels. The beds are huge; two can be pushed together, making it very comfortable for everyone. There's also a wide variety of pillows to choose from, with special pillows for children and cervical pillows for those with neck problems. Every pillow was comfortable to sleep on, not too high, which is a big plus. The breakfast was also very rich and offered many choices. We had stayed at another hotel for the first two days, but after having breakfast at Pullman, my child immediately said the previous hotel wasn't good. The only issue was that on the morning of the 5th, between 8:30 and 9:30 AM, there were so many people eating breakfast that we couldn't find a seat. However, on the morning of the 6th, the crowd significantly thinned out. Areas for improvement include the lack of children's toothbrushes and toothpaste; you have to call customer service to have them delivered, as well as things like bathtub liners and other small items. At other hotels we've stayed at before, they usually provide a small bag at the front desk with children's slippers and toothbrushes, which eliminates the need to call customer service. We visited the outdoor swimming pool, which looked great, but it was too cold during the National Day holiday, and it rained on a few days, so we didn't get to use it. The hotel also doesn't have an indoor pool, so on the 4th, when it rained, everyone felt a bit bored and didn't know what to do at the hotel. We had afternoon tea in the lobby, and the desserts were a little bitter; I'm not sure if it was the sauce, but we weren't really used to the taste. The customer service representative, whose name I don't know, had a great attitude. She sent me check-in information in advance, and there was no parking fee during our stay, nor did we need to register our license plate. Dining options nearby are very convenient. We initially drove to Putuo Tiandi for meals but later realized it was within walking distance. Plus, there's a new beach nearby called Lianhua Bay, which I think is great because it's free, and it's easy to wash your feet there. It's also very close to the hotel, and for younger children, it's much better than going to Zhangzhou Bay or other places."

"On the last day of the National Day holiday, I took my 91-year-old mother on a off-peak road trip and booked this hotel. Before check-in, the butler Yomi learned that my elderly mother had mobility issues and immediately arranged a room with a direct ocean-view balcony, while also informing us that wheelchairs were available. This made us feel so warmly cared for. On the day of check-in, my mother was overjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sea, and we felt completely at ease. The hotel environment is lovely, with an inner garden pleasant for a stroll. In particular, the entrance to the complimentary Dongsha Scenic Area is super close, making it extremely convenient to take an elderly person over for a visit. All in all, my mother had a wonderful time on this Zhujiajian trip. She was satisfied with the hotel service and even more so with the butler Yomi. A truly worthwhile trip!"

"I stayed in the lake view room. There was a lake park right in front, and there was a shopping mall and restaurant street right next to it. There were so many delicious restaurants. Maybe because it's a weekday, I was a little disappointed that the amusement park didn't open. The room was kept clean, the breakfast was good, and everyone responded kindly. Is it because it's been a while since it opened? The amenities recently produced in the room have not been applied."

"This is an established hotel, and the room facilities are quite good. The bed is large with a soft mattress, and you can choose between a soft or firm pillow. The room itself is also spacious, with a sofa by the window. The window can be opened, providing good ventilation. The hotel's location is excellent; it's only a 10-minute drive to Mount Putuo. There are many great restaurants nearby, and ordering takeout is convenient as it can be delivered right to your room door. Zhoushan feels like a very laid-back city. I'll consider staying here again next time I visit Zhoushan."

"The hotel is nestled halfway up Wujian Mountain, surrounded by lush forests, offering expansive views. Its overall design exudes an island-zen aesthetic. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with comprehensive amenities. The public hot spring area boasts an elegant ambiance, making for a wonderfully relaxing soak. It's also very convenient for self-driving to Mount Putuo and Wugongzhi Pier. I particularly want to commend the front desk staff. Their demeanor during check-in was gentle and professional. They patiently and thoroughly explained routes, attractions, and hotel facilities when we inquired, offering practical suggestions and responding promptly to our requests. The entire reception process was calm, thoughtful, and incredibly detail-oriented, allowing us to shed our travel fatigue as soon as we arrived. The hotel's overall service struck a perfect balance – warm without being intrusive. This Zhoushan vacation was significantly enhanced by the attentive service from the front desk, making it a truly healing stay. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a getaway to Putuo."

"The hotel is quite beautiful. The restaurant is decent, not amazing but not bad either. The waitress was very thoughtful, asking if I had tried raw seafood before and if I was okay with it. The hotel has a beach, perfect for kids to spend an afternoon. The bathtub in the room is also nice, with no issues except for a slight dripping sound from the internal pipes. It's also great for photoshoots, and there are areas for kids to play. Crucially, it's very close to the ferry terminal, only a 17-minute drive, so we made it for the first ferry to Putuo. This trip was a bit rushed. The hotel even offers complimentary travel photography sessions, and you can also take beautiful pictures around the hotel itself. The tea at the hotel's tea bar is quite good, and the small drinks are also fine. It's suitable for a relaxing vacation, and many spots around Daqingshan are also stunning."

"We came for a relaxing staycation. The location is good, close to a shopping mall within walking distance. There are restaurants and cafes downstairs. The room is spacious, the air conditioning is cool and comfortable, and it's clean."

I also appreciated the charging stations and car wash in the underground parking garage. The hotel is huge, and the shuttle bus stops on demand. There's a swimming pool, a beach, a kids' playground, and so much more. The four themed courtyards are very well-designed and perfect for photos!"

"This stay truly exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, the bedding and bathroom were clean and fresh without any strange odors. The front desk staff were very kind and efficient with both check-in and check-out. The location is convenient with easy access to transportation, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores downstairs. The soundproofing in the room was also excellent, allowing for a very quiet and peaceful night's sleep. Absolutely great value for money, I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in town."
