"They offer a shuttle service to Zhujiajian Pier, which operates at a fixed time of 8 AM. Remember to book it in advance! The bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm, and the cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast offered a great variety too. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, responded quickly, and were very polite. Their thoughtful service really added a lot to our trip."

"My stay at Angsana Zhoushan was an excellent experience. Nestled between the mountains and the sea, the hotel offers a tranquil setting. The lobby's design blends modern and Eastern aesthetics, creating a striking atmosphere.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with lush greenery outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding is soft, the amenities are comprehensive, and the attention to detail demonstrates quality. I particularly loved the outdoor hot spring, which blends seamlessly with the natural landscape and is truly relaxing.
The staff were enthusiastic, professional, and responsive. The butler-like service provided by the beautiful Xiaoyu was attentive and responsive, which was incredibly satisfying. I visited almost all the attractions she recommended, which was a delight. I also loved the unique hotel bead necklace Xiaoyu presented upon check-in. The Chinese restaurant serves exquisite Cantonese cuisine, especially the local specialties, which were truly memorable. The lobby bar manager was welcoming and even offered complimentary vanilla ice cream. During my free time, I enjoyed strolling through the hotel gardens, listening to the breeze and admiring the ocean, enjoying the tranquility of a retreat from the hustle and bustle.
Angsana is the ideal choice for a relaxing getaway and is highly recommended for travelers who value quality and a natural experience."

"It was a great experience. My husband also said it was the best hotel he had stayed in so far, with good service and environment. After staying for two nights, we stayed for another night. Considering that we had to leave in the middle of the night, we chose the cheaper Yuexiang Twin Room. We called to ask if we could not change rooms, and the counter readily agreed to upgrade the room for free. In the evening, we also provided eight-treasure porridge and hot milk for the children. Mineral water was also unlimited. The room was quiet and equipped with an air purifier. It was very convenient to go to various attractions. It was really great. Thumbs up 👍👍Highly recommended 👍"

"I went on vacation after the Lantern Festival. There were not many guests staying in the hotel, but the facilities were complete, the shuttle bus was very convenient, and the hot springs were great. I could soak in the hot springs by the sea, listen to the sound of the waves hitting the beach, and watch the sunset slowly disappear on the sea level. In the morning, you can watch the sunrise on the beach. I didn't go to the indoor swimming pool, but I swam in the infinity pool of the hot spring for a while. The water temperature is 30℃, so it doesn't feel cold to swim in winter. We also visited the Wushitang and Nansha scenic spots next to the hotel. There were not many people in winter and the amusement facilities were not open. You can climb down Baishan Mountain. The scenery at the top of the mountain is pretty good, but there is nothing else except the scenery.
I would like to give special praise to the hotel staff Xiao Liu and Xiao Qian. They did an amazing job and provided warm and attentive service. They deserve five-star praise!"

There was a lake park right in front, and there was a shopping mall and restaurant street right next to it.
There were so many delicious restaurants.
Maybe because it's a weekday, I was a little disappointed that the amusement park didn't open.
The room was kept clean, the breakfast was good, and everyone responded kindly.

GGuest UserThe most satisfying part of this trip to Mount Putuo was the accommodation! The guesthouse was close to the pier, just a few minutes by bus, and the butler picked us up on time; the service was very professional. Although it was a converted old residential building, the rooms had a completely modern Zen style. They were well-designed, incredibly clean, and the service was very professional. Overall, the experience was at least on par with a four-star hotel. It was spotless, fully equipped, and even a foot bath tub was provided. The herbal medicine packets were a custom formula, and I felt completely relaxed after soaking my feet. The owner even customized a Buddhist pilgrimage route for us based on our itinerary and reminded us of the dining hall's opening hours. The service was so meticulous it was truly touching; it deserves a five-star rating!

The front desk upgraded the room type for free.

The hotel does not look big, but it is very practical. There is a convenient place for washing clothes and drying equipment. GGuest UserI think it’s not worth the price. It’s a bit expensive. I’ve already paid for the room and still need to pay a deposit. There’s something wrong with the phone in the room. It beeps when I plug it in. I can only unplug it. The service is lacking. Please follow me when you check out. They said the car would drive out directly without a license plate, but it turned out that I had to scan the QR code to pay when I left. Although I was later told to refund it, it would take four or five days to refund it😅.

ZZhuzhuzhenkeaiOur stay at the Westin Zhujiajian was absolutely perfect. Chelsea at the front desk provided five-star, attentive service! During our stay, we wanted to adjust our travel plans, and Chelsea assisted us every step of the way, helping us book attraction tickets, arrange car services, and even thoughtfully reminding us about weather changes. Her professionalism and efficiency saved us a lot of hassle. The hotel's environmental hygiene control is very strict. The guest rooms had fresh, odor-free air, and bathtub liners and toilet seat covers were all provided. The bedding and linens were free of damage and stains. Public restrooms in common areas were cleaned promptly, odor-free, and well-stocked with toilet paper, hand soap, and lotion. The hotel's overall green environment is superb, with exquisite garden design; walking around felt like being in a park. The facilities also had many highlights. The hotel's charging stations for electric vehicles offered both fast and slow charging, with plenty of spots available, perfect for new energy vehicles. The Chinese restaurant served authentic Zhoushan specialty dishes. The drinks at the lobby bar were both visually appealing and delicious. Plus, the hotel is very close to Nansha Scenic Area and Daqingshan National Park, making travel incredibly convenient!
