"Very good accommodation experience, the room is very new. When we checked in, Ms. Lin at the front desk was very attentive. She found that we needed a family room more, so she changed it for us to the executive floor, which was very quiet and comfortable. When we checked out, Mr. Jin helped arrange a driver to take us to the pier, which was also very touching. The hotel has a fixed shuttle bus to the bus station, airport and pier, and you need to contact the hotel one hour in advance. The breakfast is very rich. Next to it is Kaihong Plaza, which is a one-stop shop for eating, drinking and shopping. There is also a RT-Mart supermarket, which is very convenient for buying snacks, drinks and yogurt"

"Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately soothed by the lovely fragrance – subtle yet comforting. My mom particularly loved the scent; it instantly made us all feel relaxed. The manager at check-in was incredibly thoughtful and spontaneously upgraded us to a room with a private hot spring, which was a wonderful surprise that put everyone in a great mood. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Both the indoor and outdoor private hot springs were fantastic, with fast and ample water flow. Soaking in the warm water melted away all our fatigue; it was incredibly private, allowing our family to quietly enjoy some slow-paced relaxation. We were so comfortable we didn't want to get out! The afternoon tea desserts were our family's absolute favorite – visually appealing and delicious, sweet but not cloying, leaving us feeling completely satisfied. Even when we returned late, the hotel thoughtfully packed them up and delivered them to our room; the service was truly exceptional. Breakfast exceeded all expectations, with such a wide variety that we were spoiled for choice: Chinese and Western options, hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and drinks were all fresh and tasty. The coffee was rich and aromatic, and just one cup energized us for the whole day. Every corner of the hotel was well-designed, clean, and elegant. The staff were all gentle, polite, and paid great attention to detail. This hotel is perfect for both family trips and vacations. We had a comfortable stay, delicious food, and a wonderfully relaxing time. It's definitely a hotel in Zhoushan worth revisiting. I've already recommended it to my friends, and we'll choose it again next time we're in Zhoushan!"

"I stayed in the lake view room. There was a lake park right in front, and there was a shopping mall and restaurant street right next to it. There were so many delicious restaurants. Maybe because it's a weekday, I was a little disappointed that the amusement park didn't open. The room was kept clean, the breakfast was good, and everyone responded kindly. Is it because it's been a while since it opened? The amenities recently produced in the room have not been applied."

"I am very pleased with my recent stay in PullMan Zhoushan Seaside from 3-7 April 2026. The check in was fuss free and the overall experience was fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and didn’t show a single bit of impatient. The housekeeper lady was very very helpful and even she knows I didn’t want to have my room cleaned, she still offer to give me my shortage of amenities eg water, toilet roll and etc. the hotel even have a shuttle service to the ferry terminal and leave the hotel right on time, the driver - however was not very patient and throughout the whole journey to the ferry, he was horning non stop and drove the shuttle bus like as if he’s driving a F1. Regardless, I had a very pleasant and super experience staying here and will not hesitate for anyone to stay in this hotel if visiting Zhoushan. Thank you to all staff for their friendly service, this actually warmth and helped travelers like me, rest and stay in peace and happiness."

"The room was spotless, you couldn't tell it was an older hotel at all, definitely five-star standard. It was also very spacious and baby-friendly – all the furniture corners were rounded, and they even provided a playpen. A suggestion for families with babies: plug protectors would be a great addition! We got a free upgrade to a true ocean-view room, which really lived up to the 'facing the sea, spring blossoms' ideal. They also gave us complimentary afternoon tea; the chicken nuggets were still warm since we picked them up early, and my baby absolutely loved fried chicken for the first time, finishing them all! 😄 The hotel grounds are huge too; just taking photos on the lawn was enough for some great shots. The beach isn't far either, a paradise for babies to dig in the sand. I'd recommend renting a canopy though, or it gets quite sunny. Just a friendly heads-up: the photography service the hotel partners with does charge a fee, but I really loved the photos! 💕"

"This is a warm hotel with a good location. It is close to the shopping mall and Putuo Tiandi, and not far from the beach. It is very comfortable to enjoy the evening breeze and watch the citizens doing aerobics. The room has been upgraded, which is a little less ”luxurious” than imagined, but it is affordable. The room is rectangular, with only one bedside table and a simple small table on the other side, which is a bit low; the bathroom is better to separate wet and dry areas, and it would be perfect if the trash can was bigger. The service is good. I accompanied you to see the room before checking in, and I opened it if I was satisfied."

"The hotel is great. The manager at the front desk even upgraded the room to a sea view room. Because it was a marathon that day, there were a lot of people in the buffet restaurant, and the seafood was very good. It would be better if the bathroom was separated into three sections. A partition should be added to the smart toilet area. The design and decoration of the room is very good and I like it very much. The bed is just the right hardness. The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym. Although it is not open, it is a standard five-star hotel, which is enough to show the cost-effectiveness of the hotel."

"This is a awesome hotel! Very clean and the amenities are good! Just that it is not as advance or high tech as some of the boutique hotels that were build in the recent years. It is a kids friendly and family oriented hotel. It has games and stuff for kids and spa, gym, swimming facilities - very resort. The hotel is made up of various theme rooms and located at different area. Free buggy rides from 1 area to another and access to private beach The staff are friendly and helpful and flexible to making changes. I would love to come here again if i ever visit zhoushan!"

"This wasn't my first time in Zhoushan, but it was my first time staying at the Silk Road. I was incredibly satisfied, and especially grateful to the Silk Road staff, including Xiaolu at the Silk Road front desk and Wang Lin and Zhang Mingju at the Haitiantai. We booked a family room this time, which had high ceilings and was very comfortable. The only downside was that there wasn't much to sit on besides the bed. The chair was a little uncomfortable, but it would have been perfect if there were two comfortable single sofas. The dinner buffet was also very good, with a wide variety, so even if you didn't like something, you could find something else. The price of 198 is not bad, and children are free if you spend 120 or less. We also received complimentary hot spring tickets to the Haitiantai. Every staff member was proactive and enthusiastic. No matter what the problem was, they would first comfort us and then resolve it. After two days, I switched to Kaiyuan Senbo for my children's playtime. I regret it now; the Silk Road was my only choice. Facilities: There was less room for children to play. Cleanliness: The lobby seemed cleaned regularly. I wiped the table outside with a wet wipe, and it wasn't stained at all, indicating it had been cleaned recently. Service: Most of the staff were excellent. Dongsha Scenic Area Tour: Very convenient for watching the sunrise in the morning. Warm hot spring tickets for two: Excellent."
