"It was my first time to come to Tongcheng Hot Springs and I felt very comfortable staying here. I have been to so many hot spring hotels and still think this one is really great. The best thing here is that the service level is really considerate and comparable to that of peers. This time, my friend was not feeling well, and Xiao Wen at the front desk helped prepare brown sugar ginger water and delivered it directly to our room. I was very hungry after taking a hot spring bath at night, so the takeaway I ordered was delivered to my room.
We were helped with our luggage during check-in and check-out, and we were asked if we needed a late check-out. The whole stay experience was really good.
The hotel breakfast is also good, with a wide variety, especially the rice noodles are delicious.
Although the room is decorated in a retro style, the bed is big and very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the hot spring, on the first floor of the building where we live, so it's no problem even if the weather is cold.
We will definitely stay here next time we visit!"

"The lobby manager was enthusiastic and took the initiative to add WeChat to facilitate problem solving. The welcome fruit was so small that two people had to discuss who would eat bananas and who would eat cucumbers. The room design and facilities are really high-end, but there may not be any guests staying there yet, so there are some small facility problems, and it seems that they have not been carefully inspected. For example, when I was getting ready to go to bed at night, I found that the bedside background light could not be turned off, which alarmed the two managers. They kept apologizing and asked me to change rooms. Considering that the luggage was completely scattered, I just needed to turn off the light before going to bed. I really didn't want to bother. In the end, it was the electrician who handled it. A cute gift was also given as an apology when I checked out. The breakfast was quite rich and there were not many people.
