"Everything else was fine, but the front desk was very slow in issuing the invoice and bank slip when I checked out. I reminded them that I needed to catch the high-speed train again, and asked them to issue the bank slip first, and that the invoice could be sent directly via WeChat or email. However, after waiting a long time, they issued the invoice first, and then said the bank slip didn't have a stamp. As a result, I missed my train. The front desk staff seemed unfamiliar with the procedures and didn't seem to have received professional training."

"Vienna Hotel is a decent hotel. There is a nice park next to it, but not many places to eat around. I arrived in Ningxiang late, and wanted to find a place to eat supper, so I walked for a long time. It is not far from the high-speed rail station, and the hotel has a free shuttle bus to the high-speed rail station, which is quite convenient. The hotel is not a whole office building, but shared with other companies. The hotel has its own elevator, and the other two elevators are for foot bath and KTV, right? It feels complicated for people to come in and out. Other things are OK, and the attitude of the service staff is also good. One of the rooms in the gym was changed to be smaller. I worked out for an hour and the experience was not bad. No problem for business travel."
