"The hotel is generally good, but the service is terrible. On the day of check-in, we couldn't park in the hotel parking lot because of the night market, so we parked on the roadside to check in. During check-in, they acted like I owed them a lot of money. When I asked about parking, they told me I could park in the neighborhood behind. When I asked again, they said there was a spot, but when I drove in, I found the parking lot next door at Xi'an. The big lion is still there, the May Day auditorium has been rebuilt, the familiar courtyard, the friendly local accent, and the enthusiastic service. I have two children and a pile of clothes. The customer service staff thoughtfully sent me a lot of hangers. They also gave me an extra breakfast and told me how to eat rice dumplings. Thank you hometown and thank you Poyang Hotel.
