The room is very design-conscious, with a bit of Chinese retro style. The breakfast is very exquisite. The view from the room is very wide, and the surrounding area is very quiet. The manager Zhao Rui at the front desk is very friendly. She helped me make an appointment for an aromatherapy balance SPA. The masseuse is very professional and I feel very relieved after the treatment. In short, it was an experience that exceeded my expectations. I look forward to going there again next time!

The facilities are great! The room was very clean, and the gym was super convenient with lots of equipment. They also have a kids' play area and a swimming pool. The pool used to open at 6:00, but lately, I've been going later and it's been open until 7:00. The front desk service was excellent; they even went out of their way to let me use the gym for an extra hour when I arrived late. The restaurant is good too, and breakfast was delicious. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

It offered a refreshing, natural escape during our vacation. Before we even checked in, a hotel staff member added us on WeChat to understand our needs, patiently and thoroughly explaining the hotel's activities and other details. Everywhere we went, the staff were friendly and greeted us warmly. The hotel offers a great variety of activities, and our butler, Flora, received unanimous praise from both of us for her professionalism. @Flora's service was attentive, and she promptly responded to all our requests! The recommended 'Xiao Wan Travel Photography' is also super perfect for sisters who love to snap photos. In the evening, there are sunset activities on the beach, creating an absolutely amazing vibe for pictures. There are many dining options; the Food Gallery breakfast serves freshly made omelets and Cantonese dim sum, and the Thai food at Mi Yan is definitely worth trying, with its rich curry aroma. The room was clean and elegant, and opening the window revealed a large garden. We spent our free time strolling on the beach, enjoying the sea breeze at a leisurely pace – perfect for escaping the city and relaxing with friends.

The room design was very new, with excellent wet/dry separation, and the double vanity sink was incredibly convenient for two people. I chose a room with a private hot spring, and soaking in the hot spring on the balcony while watching the sunset in the evening was truly delightful. The hotel also offers a free 'Little Sailor's Club' for kids, giving parents a much-needed break. The hot springs, petting zoo, and non-powered amusement park within the resort are all perfect for families with children, and there's a shuttle bus from the hotel, so transportation isn't an issue. If the room's ventilation could be a bit better, it would be perfect; it was slightly damp when I first entered, but the air conditioning quickly resolved that. Overall, it was a very comfortable vacation, and I'll definitely come back again! The hotel opened in 2023, so the facilities are brand new, with a modern and high-quality design. I booked a sea-view room, and soaking in the hot spring while watching the sunset in the evening was a perfect experience. The room's wet/dry separation and double vanity sink show thoughtful attention to detail. For families with kids, I recommend the family duplex room type, which has a slide that kids absolutely love. The free childcare at the 'Little Sailor's Club' is a huge bonus! The resort facilities are comprehensive, with hot springs, a petting zoo, and a non-powered amusement park all accessible by shuttle bus. My only small suggestion would be to optimize the room's ventilation; there was a slight damp smell upon entry, but it dissipated quickly with the air conditioning. This stay at Angsana Zhuhai Hengqin was, to start, impressive in terms of its facilities. The hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped, with picturesque views at every turn. The room type we stayed in was incredibly spacious, featuring an elegant new Chinese design with a large viewing balcony offering expansive vistas. There's also a big circular bathtub in the room, and the overall decor quality is top-notch. The indoor heated pool was also a pleasant experience. The hotel organizes a rich variety of daily parent-child crafts and leisure activities, which are great for entertaining kids. However, the promotional package for this stay felt quite misleading and left a bad taste. First, the location is relatively remote, with very few amenities nearby, so you need to plan your transportation in advance. Additionally, the hot springs require an extra fee. The complimentary vouchers included in the package aren't direct deductions either: the 20 RMB beverage voucher is only a minimum spend voucher. A coffee, for example, is priced at 38 RMB, so after using the voucher, the actual price is almost the same as what you'd pay through a group purchase platform, offering no extra discount. Then there's the 288 RMB spa voucher, which has a very high threshold, requiring you to choose a treatment of 60 minutes or more to use it. For instance, a 60-minute massage costs 688 RMB; after deducting 288 RMB, you still have to pay 400 RMB. The actual discount is quite minimal, and it's easy to overlook these restrictions before booking. Purely in terms of the hotel environment and the room's living experience, it's perfectly adequate. If you're booking, definitely make sure to read all the terms and conditions for each voucher in the package and clarify any thresholds, so you aren't misled by the promotions for complimentary benefits.

The road conditions on my drive to Zhuhai were complex and unpredictable🚙, making it difficult to pinpoint an exact arrival time. Throughout the multiple communications to adjust my arrival, Lacey remained patient and gentle, without a hint of impatience. Check-in upon arrival at the hotel was seamless. Opening the door to my room, I was immediately struck by the breathtaking high-altitude view🌆. The room itself was spacious and airy with excellent natural light, the soft furnishings were simple yet elegant, and the cleanliness was impeccable, with exquisite and complete toiletries. The hotel's butler service was on-call and responsive, quickly addressing any needs. The overall service felt just right – warm without being intrusive to personal space.
