"The original intention of checking in was because I was curious about the attentive service of a hotel with more than a thousand reviews and a 4.9 rating, so I booked this hotel to experience it, and then I found that it was really weird👍 Hygiene: Very clean and tidy Environment: Many delicious restaurants nearby can be reached on foot, which is great. I like the scenery at the elevator entrance. There is a pot of green plants next to the glass window. Service: The service is very timely and thoughtful. What impressed me most was that when I came back and entered the lobby, the PA aunt who was doing hygiene in the lobby said hello to me. She was really enthusiastic. The waiters in the breakfast room were also very enthusiastic. Facilities: There are yoga rooms, gyms, self-service laundry rooms, tea bars, and chess and card rooms. "Our entire stay, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly smooth. We've stayed at Club Med in Lijiang before, and this experience at Heilongtan was a bit different. When our car arrived at the hotel entrance, there were no bellhops to assist with luggage, and the lobby felt rather disorganized with no one to greet us. This might have been due to it being a weekend and our late arrival around 10 PM. However, it still felt a bit lacking and forced. That said, it doesn't detract from an otherwise excellent review. Apart from that one point, everything else was practically perfect. There's nothing to complain about. This trip was for two adults and one child, focused on spending quality time with our little one, so we didn't arrange for childcare. The facilities were very comprehensive, and our child had an absolute blast. We even caught a fireworks show the night before we left, which was a nice stroke of luck. Breakfast was quite varied, and there was plenty of seating. Despite the weekend crowd, everything was well-organized with no chaos. We stayed for two short days and will definitely bring our child back to play again. Vivi from Guest Relations provided attentive care throughout our stay, making our family feel very at ease and ensuring all our requests were met – absolutely fantastic! The Happy Farm allows you to feed adorable animals and pick fruits and vegetables, which is a wonderfully meaningful way to connect with nature. On weekends, there's even a bubble party, with kids chasing and playing amidst a sky full of bubbles, creating an incredible atmosphere. The service details were also incredibly thoughtful. Before check-in, a butler contacted us in advance to address our needs. The family room was equipped with bed rails, a small toilet, children's toiletries, and a small tent – attention to detail was impeccable. The dining options were extensive; the buffet breakfast catered to everyone's tastes, and dinner even included special interactive activities for children, allowing parents to enjoy their meal in peace. Here, children can fully expend their energy, while parents can cycle around the lake and relax, immersing themselves in the beautiful lake and mountain scenery and quality family time. This is the top choice for parent-child holidays near Chengdu, highly recommended for families with kids. I'm already looking forward to coming back again!"
