Renshou Hotels with Bars

"Service: Trip.com is definitely my top choice for booking hotels. I've booked this Club Med through various channels before, including directly with them, but none compared to the experience I had with Trip.com. The butler contacted me a day in advance, and even though the hotel was fully booked for Qingming Festival, I was able to check in at 1 PM (official check-in is 3 PM). All services were promptly attended to, and I want to give a special shout-out to Irene. Room: There's absolutely no lingering smell anymore. After staying at InterContinental, Club Med rooms actually look much better to me now. If you love the water park, I recommend choosing Building 2. It's right downstairs, and odd-numbered rooms in Building 2 offer a direct view of where they set off fireworks (though they didn't have any this time 😭 my only regret). Environment: The hygiene is excellent, and the environment is fantastic – a natural oxygen bar. Just a heads-up, there are still a lot of small insects, so make sure to bring insect repellent. Family-friendly: The water park can keep kids entertained for an entire afternoon. Although the indoor kids' club is relatively small, children can still spend a few hours there. They also recently added an outdoor non-powered play area. The outdoor pool isn't open yet, but it's sure to be even more fun once it is. While I'm not trying to be critical, among the hotels in Heilongtan, other than the InterContinental's pool being slightly better in the summer, I would always choose Club Med at any other time."

"The experience of staying at Renwen Huadian Hotel this time was great! As soon as I entered the lobby, the decoration style of Oriental aesthetics instantly attracted me. The overall environment was clean and tidy, and the details showed the quality. The front desk staff was very good at serving, the check-in was quick and intimate, and they patiently introduced me to the fun places and delicious restaurants around. The rooms are spacious and bright, with all the facilities and equipment. The whole house is intelligent voice control and the bedding is soft and comfortable, so that I can sleep at ease every night. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hot water comes quickly and steadily, and the quality of toiletries is also good. The breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, and the taste is great. The staff of the restaurant will also take the initiative to ask about the dining needs and the service is very thoughtful."

The tranquil and elegant grounds feel like a natural oxygen bar hidden amidst the scenic landscape. The rooms are spacious and bright, many featuring scenic balconies. The lake-view rooms boast an unparalleled vista, especially at sunset when the sky meets the lake, creating an incredibly atmospheric scene. It's a paradise for kids! With a children's playground, water park, indoor and outdoor pools, and children's wading pools of varying depths, there's year-round fun to be had. Plus, there are plenty of family-friendly activities like lakeside cycling, fishing, and DIY workshops, ensuring both adults can relax and kids can play to their heart's content. The service is top-notch, truly five-star, with dedicated butlers like Dou Dou who are quick to respond and efficient in resolving any issues. The staff are warm and attentive, proactively reminding guests about activities and helping with itinerary planning. During the off-season, it offers great value for money, with packages including breakfast and hot spring/park tickets for an incredibly worthwhile experience. The buffet breakfast is extensive, featuring both Chinese and Western options, with the noodle station and desserts being particular favorites. Facilities like the indoor hot springs, sauna, outdoor infinity pool, and tennis courts are all well-maintained and in excellent condition. Overall, it's a quiet and comfortable retreat, perfect for family or couple weekend getaways."

"We participated in the Renshou Marathon's family run, and because there were no rooms available in the city center, we were forced to choose this place. Unexpectedly, the environment here is tranquil, adjacent to Heilongtan (Black Dragon Pool), with the elegant charm of a manor villa – a great place to escape the summer tax rush. The only drawback is that the rooms are a bit small, although the balcony is large. The hot water supply in the bathroom was problematic; there was no hot water after 10 PM, and we waited for two hours without being able to shower. The hot water supply system needs improvement!"

"This time I stayed at the Indigo Hotel Heilongtan Global Sunac, the experience was directly full! You must name and praise the guest relations director Light! Before check-in, we took the initiative to add WeChat, intimately informed the breakfast time, the water park opening time, and also sent a super detailed map of the park activities, so that we can see the itinerary at a glance. The next day I wanted to go to Happy Farm to play, Light returned to help call the shuttle bus; when I checked out, I asked if I could delay it, but I directly helped us postpone it to 16:00 in the afternoon. I was not in a hurry. I took the baby to have fun and then left! The most moving thing is that after leaving the store, I found that the clothes were left behind. Light not only found the confirmation at the first time, but also took the initiative to help express the delivery back, and the whole communication was efficient and warm. From check-in care, itinerary assistance to value-added services after leaving the store, Light really achieves the four words ”guest relationship” - not mechanical service, but thinking for you like a friend. This feeling of being taken seriously is the most precious memory of the journey. The hotel environment and service team are great, but Light's intentions make this holiday experience directly sublimate. Next time I come to Heilongtan, I will choose Indigo and look for Light! ❤️❤️❤️"
