"Excellent! We were on a road trip and passed through Shuozhou. At first, my friend was getting a little upset because she couldn't find the hotel. We called the receptionist, and she patiently gave us directions. Her gentle and humorous manner calmed my friend down. Even though it was a cold night, she went out to help us with our luggage. As soon as we entered, she offered us hot tea and pastries. She was incredibly friendly and professional. When she saw we wanted to go out for dinner, she recommended a restaurant based on our preferences. We tried it, and it was indeed very good! Although the hotel is newly opened, you can tell the service training is excellent. I saw her name tagโshe's the service manager! Great job! Thumbs up! ๐ Her every smile and gesture is an industry benchmark. She soothed our travel fatigue. It truly lives up to its name as a Ji Hotel. Having this stop on our road trip was the icing on the cake. Hope she continues to maintain this standard; we'll definitely come back again!"

"Xiao Zhu at the front desk was very welcoming. The room was clean and tidy, the blankets were very comfortable, and I slept very well. Breakfast was provided upon check-in, and they asked about my room type preferences as requested. I'm a long-time customer of Huazhu Hotels, and Hanting Hotels have rarely disappointed me; their standards are consistent, and everything is always very clean.
Please ignore the fact that I just left my clothes lying around. ๐ The room itself was very tidy. ๐"

"Advantages: 1. Great surrounding environment! Large parking lot โ convenient for vehicles. The room windows are huge and beautiful. 2. Excellent front desk and room service! Super fast response time! They even thoughtfully provided water upon check-out. 3. Comfortable bedding. 4. Comfortable room temperature, not overly hot. 5. The room lighting is scientifically designed, not overly complicated, and can be completely dark โ very comfortable.
Cleanliness: There were red oil spots on the blankets; the front desk and room staff promptly and politely helped replace them.
Facilities: The overhead shower only had half water flow; the water flow was very weak for such a high showerhead, making it uncomfortable for those used to overhead showers. The toilet didn't have a heater, and the toilet seat wasn't very comfortable.
Environment: When there were many guests, the soundproofing between rooms was average.
As a 4-star hotel, there were no smart devices, and only two bottles of water were provided in the room.
Compared to other hotels of the same type, it's slightly inferior.
The breakfast was pretty good."

YujianshaouThis hotel, tucked away in a residential area, was a wonderful surprise. The room was much more spacious than I expected, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout, complete with a kitchen, tea room, living room, and dining area. A washing machine and refrigerator were also provided. Stepping into the room felt like coming home; it was incredibly welcoming.
The restaurant was also quite unique, offering complimentary coffee and tea. It was very comfortable to sit down and enjoy a hot drink. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always greeting me with a smile and responding promptly to any requests.
Of all the hotels I stayed at during my 7-day trip, this was the most satisfying. With its comprehensive facilities and warm atmosphere, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Environment: Quite quiet, with a view of the Wooden Pagoda. Higher floors offer expansive views.
Service: The service is what truly deserves praise. I noticed they benchmark themselves against Pang Dong Lai (a popular supermarket known for excellent service) and Haidilao (a famous hot pot chain also renowned for its service), and I genuinely feel it's quite similar. Achieving this level of service in a county-level city is truly commendable. Keep up the good work!

This stay was extremely satisfactory, exceeding my expectations overall.
Cleanliness: The room was impeccably clean; the floor, table, and bedding were spotless and odorless. The bathroom was also clean and free of stains. Attention to detail made for a comfortable and reassuring stay.
Environment and Facilities: The room, located on the first floor, had excellent natural light and a well-designed layout. Soundproofing was good, ensuring a quiet night's rest. The facilities were complete and well-maintained; the air conditioning, hot water, and bedding were all very comfortable, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Service: I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 AM, and the front desk staff responded promptly, were warm and polite, and provided efficient check-in and check-out. Their attentive and thoughtful service made me feel very comfortable.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay, excellent value for money, and they paid great attention to every detail. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!
Because it was winter, some breakfast items were served lukewarm. I hope this can be improved.

The lobby is clean and refreshing, the front desk check-in is efficient and intimate, the room has no smell, the cleaning is meticulous, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the sleep is relieved overnight. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hot water is very convenient to use, and the location is convenient for food. When you go back to your hometown, you can live in a comfortable place. What I found through ** was the happiest and most comfortable experience during this trip. Itโs such a tall hotel. Itโs also the best five-star hotel Iโve ever stayed in. Itโs super clean, the room is very big, the design is great, and the breakfast is great. I canโt even eat it! There are more than 100 varieties, and they are super exquisite, including strawberries in sugar water, steamed pork ribs, rice rolls, and shaved noodles. I am so impressed. You can also order freely on the second floor in the evening, which is cheap and delicious! I think we paid back half of the 500-plus room fee, haha๐, I really want to stay here again.
