They even upgraded my room upon check-in, which was a nice bonus. I'd definitely consider staying here again, especially if I'm with a friend who can ride an e-scooter, as it would be perfect for exploring the surrounding area."

"I fell in love with this hotel after just one stay, and I have to give a huge shout-out to my dedicated butler, Ella! As an established Marriott resort, the quality is truly exceptional. The location is absolutely fantastic, boasting a 700-meter golden coastline on Le Tao Bay. Step right out onto soft, sandy beaches with clear, blue waters. The popular lighthouse is just a 10-minute walk away, perfect for stunning photos. The rooms are spacious with simple yet elegant decor, and the 'Sweet Dreams' bed is incredibly comfortable. The balcony offers expansive views, making afternoon tea with the sea breeze an absolute delight. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a huge outdoor pool, kids' club, and gym. Breakfast is plentiful and authentic – you must try the Hainanese noodles and coconut jelly! But what truly impressed me was the service from Butler Ella, who was available from pre-booking to post-stay – a true service benchmark! She provided a detailed check-in explanation, clearly outlining nearby attractions and dining recommendations. During my stay, any request I had was promptly and efficiently handled by Ella. Her responsiveness, friendly attitude, and professionalism were outstanding, making me feel completely safe and at home in an unfamiliar city! My entire experience exceeded expectations. The hardware is top-notch, and the service is incredibly warm, largely thanks to Butler Ella's dedicated efforts and attention to detail. I've already recommended it to all my friends heading to Wanning!"

"Escaping the winter chill in Hainan, I decided to try Wanning Shimei Bay instead of Sanya, which I hadn't visited before. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at Le Méridien. It boasts a private beach, a heated massage pool, and a luxurious breakfast buffet. The enormous 2.2-meter bed with a very comfortable mattress truly lives up to its five-star rating. However, there were three minor downsides: first, there were too few EV charging stations, and they were poorly managed, often occupied by non-charging vehicles. Second, the in-room entertainment was limited to TV; there was no option to connect via USB or HDMI to play personal movies or shows. Third, the hotel's organized activities felt a bit lackluster, and the staff seemed somewhat perfunctory and not genuinely engaged, which detracted from the experience. I hope these areas can be improved. Despite these points, I would still consider staying here again on my next visit."

"This newly opened hotel is very well-designed, and the room facilities are brand new. The grounds are also very clean. A special thanks to Lydia, the front desk staff, for upgrading our room. We stayed for five or six days, and Lydia was always patient and helpful in coordinating our extended stay, providing excellent service. Our whole family, including seniors and children, had a wonderful time. The heated pool was also very clean. The kids really enjoyed the complimentary surfing experience. Overall, our experience was great, and we would definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Wanning."

"I was torn between the Le Meridien splash room and the Westin Premier Ocean View for a while, and I'm so glad I chose the Westin. I even went to see Le Meridien in person later and was relieved I made the right choice. Our Westin butler, Mile, proactively added me on WeChat to understand our needs. She specifically reserved a room on the 6th floor with a better view for us. Upon check-in, the kids received a small gift, and our luggage was delivered directly to our room. Throughout our stay, she thoughtfully sent us information about relevant activities, and even brought a small cake for the kids on the second day. It was a wonderful travel experience."

"The hotel 8 is situated about 2km from the high speed railway station (taxi 10rmb) and has 25 floors with a number of the lower floors used for functions such as weddings. Nice pool and gym, both open 14:30 till 22:30, staff is friendly but as not many foreign people stay Chinese is useful to communicate. Rooms are comfortable and large size, style of decoration is classic. Buffet breakfast in morning. Note for none smokers, smoking is common in all of the hotel including lobby and restaurants."

"Although the room is not very big, it is well designed, simple and comfortable, full of modernity. The laundry room and swimming pool in the store are good, and of course the service is great. The front desk is very enthusiastic and forced us to give two bottles of water when we checked out. The surrounding area is cozy and relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle. It is a good place for vacation. It is very close to Luwan Ranch. It is good to take children to have close contact with small animals in nature. In addition, Hainan is really a beautiful place to take pictures. You can enjoy fresh air and bright sunshine at any time. There is also a large duty-free shop nearby, which is very convenient for shopping. In short, it is a good place worth recommending."

"The hotel is in a very convenient location, and there are free washing machines and dryers. Electric scooters can be rented downstairs. The hot pot with fermented vinegar at the Coconut Cow Restaurant on the first floor is especially delicious, and my friend also said the stir-fried dishes were very tasty."

"Beautiful resort with nice Hot pools and spacious rooms. Probably Best for locals in area. However not for foreign tourists yet. We should pay on reception, buylt courd not change a currency anyhow, in any bank - there are no such an options - you must have chinese ID and telephone number. Also it was an issue with a taxi each time - we should use local app, every time someone from hotel stuff helps us, good that they always was super fine l, helpful and friendly. First 2 rooms were nice, but cold, as located in shadow area of hotel. So we asked for Room in other sector. That one was sunny, but in smoking and loud area (works on a Garden, it was a paper with shedule in-Room). Many freebies were mentioned - we use free breakfast and cookies upon arrival. Attemps to events know more about the others were failed. Same with facilities - there are some bows & arrows on-site etc. - we did t really get how to join it. So, if you are local and speak the language - i highly recommend it, perfect for children as well. Otherwise be ready for some hassle. (its look like I am ready again!). Ps Own farm and plants are amazing!"

"The All Seasons Hotel, newly opened this year, offers new and comprehensive facilities. The front desk staff is proactive, friendly, and attentive, always responsive to requests. Laundry facilities and other amenities are also readily available, and wait times are minimal. The blackout curtains in the rooms are excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The only downside is that some guests are known to smoke in the elevator, something the hotel should be aware of. If this can be improved, the hotel will be truly exceptional."
