"The hotel is very close to the metro (about 50m), the rooms are very clean. However, it was a little uncomfortable that the walls are very thin, as you can hear every guest in the hallway. In the breakfast room, a little more space between the tables would have created a more pleasant atmosphere, especially since the waiters started setting up for lunch at around 8:45 (breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00)."

We left our Passport when disembarking the plane and hotel staff help to call the respective airlines and arrange a taxi for us to pick up our passports from the Airport.

"The front desk service was warm and welcoming. We pulled up to the hotel to unload our luggage, and the valet took care of our car. The Alhambra Palace is right across the street. Our room had two tiny balconies. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to the Albayzín neighborhood. The streets there are narrow and complex, and it's difficult to find parking, so I strongly advise against driving there yourself. I highly recommend Restaurante Las Tomasas; you can enjoy an evening view of the Alhambra, and the dishes are exquisite and reasonably priced."

"This hotel is located right in Granada city center. A taxi from the bus station to the hotel costs 5-6 euros. If you're heading to the airport, there's a nearby stop for the airport shuttle, which is 3.2 euros per person. Bus C34 stops right outside the hotel and takes you to the attractions. In Granada, the main way to get around is via the C30, C32, and C34 mini-bus routes.
**Cleanliness:** The room had a strong disinfectant smell.
**Security:** You need to confirm the front desk's operating hours in advance, as it's not 24/7. The hotel will send an email beforehand with directions and ask for your arrival time. If the front desk isn't open when you arrive, the manager of the shop next door will help you check in."

"Lobby: The hotel lobby boasts modern decor. The restaurant, designed in an Arabian style, features white walls and intricate carvings, offering a beautiful and refined aesthetic.
Rooms: Both the rooms and corridors are predominantly white, exuding an elegant decor.
Service: The service was excellent. The gentleman at the front desk was fluent in English, friendly, cheerful, and incredibly helpful. The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the El Corte Inglés department store. Right next door, there's a chain brunch spot called 'Granada Artisan.' It offers fair prices, and two people can have a filling meal for 10 to 20 Euros – definitely worth trying. However, be aware that the staff's English isn't strong, so knowing some basic Spanish for ordering would be beneficial. For visits to the Alhambra Palace, it's advisable to take a taxi or public bus, as the path leading up to it is a steep incline, making the walk quite tiring."

"I didn't expect much from just staying one night, but it was the cleanest and most organized hotel I've ever stayed at during my 25-day trip to Europe. AAnonymous UserLocation: Located in Downtown, Granada, it is a minute walk to the Cathedral and the Alhambra Palace. There are many local restaurants to choose from.
Service: This is the only one on the Spanish trip to contact me and ask about the itinerary, arranged the room in advance according to the arrival time, no need to wait; Also recommended the Alhambra tour guide and cave flamenco dance performance, help after booking can be unified at the hotel checkout, very convenient. It is worth mentioning that the tour guide Jesus Gutierrez Aparicio is very good, explaining in English, because he is a local, so he shared a lot of Granada stories. Traveling can let the hotel help to call the rental/booking to the airport and so on.
Room: Booked a room with a small patio terrace, very convenient for men... The room space is suitable, you can spread two large boxes, the room decoration is very special. There is also a complimentary 1-hour SPA, which needs to be reserved in advance. This is generally the same, the water temperature is not hot enough. Massage works with outside masseurs, so reservations are also required.
Breakfast: There are many choices of breakfast styles, I like Benedict very much. If there is a itinerary in the morning, it is recommended to eat at the hotel. Many restaurants in Spain open late.

SShiyexingkongGranada is entirely walkable, haha! I actually considered taking a taxi to some further attractions at one point. But when I asked the front desk how to get to the sights, they just said 'city walk.' My travel companion also thought it wasn't too far to walk, so we decided to go for it and treat it as exercise. We had an early morning appointment at the Alhambra, and the streets were completely empty, making Granada feel so peaceful and quiet. The hotel front desk staff were great; they proactively gave us a map and marked out our route.

I chose several Meliá hotels during my Spain trip to experience a trusted Spanish brand. But after staying here, I canceled all my other Meliá bookings. The reason was simple — the reception was shockingly rude, especially a staff member named Elda.
Everything else about the hotel was fine. The rooms were clean, the lounge was great, and the location was convenient. But the reception completely ruined the experience.
Elda never greeted me. She didn’t confirm my booking details or explain anything about the room or hotel services. The first thing she said was that I needed to provide another credit card if I wanted to check in. Only after I asked did she mention it was for a deposit.
Afterward, I checked Google reviews and saw that this issue has been mentioned for years, yet nothing has changed. It’s disappointing because all other staff members were kind and professional — except the reception.

GGuest UserLocation — On the hill, 10 min walk to the Alhambra Palace. If you fancy a short morning stroll in the same natural environment that surrounds the monumental complex, it should serve the purpose. Rooms on the city side have good views overlooking the Granada landscape, but prices are also much higher.
Service — Staff are very well trained and carry with them the old English-style professionalism and dignity, being polite but not condescending or ingratiating.
Amenities — Probably once modern during the first half of the 20th century, they are very old and out of date by today’s standard for a 5-star hotel. For example, the toilet is flushed by pulling (instead of pushing) the plug on the lid, something I’ve never seen in real life, but only in movies. Also the toilet had a bit of smell, not sure if it’s due to cleaning or in the pipes.
Overall, this hotel should suit visitors who look for classy service and/or an immersive experience of living in close proximity to the cultural complex and overlooking the Granada city as the emirs and kings did in the past.

GGuest UserWe had a good stay in the hotel. It’s very near to the train station, around 4-6 mins walk. The staff is also very accommodating and nice. On our check in day we were greeted by this male reception, he was nice and he helped us typed out a letter to state our time of arrival in the hotel as we had our luggage delivered after being lost during our Vueling flight from London to Malaga and our insurance company was asking for it due to some claims. The staff also assisted me in calling Vueling using their phone a few times, thank you.
The rooms were nice too and it’s very spacious. They had a gym and spa, we enjoyed using both. There ha a bus stop outside the hotel, about 5 mins ride to the Cathedral and if you choose to walk, it’s about 20 min. Lots of eating places around the hotel too.
Highly recommended for your stay in Granada. ☺️

GGuest UserThis Aparthotel was in an absolutely perfect location and easily accessible to the main sites of Granada. The communication with the customer support was excellent and it was easy to check in and out or get an early check in for an additional cost. The app was really useful as I could check in that way and had a note of my entrance key in case I forgot the number. The facilities, cleanliness and little extras provided such as water, coffee and crisps were really appreciated after a day of travel. The studio I was in was absolutely gorgeous, modern, clean and whilst in the centre of the town, quiet, so I could get a good night's sleep. The only thing that was a slight disappointment was that I booked the apartment thinking I would be getting a view of the town/square, but I did have balcony views over the balconies and into the apartments of the identical building directly in front of me. So, no view to speak of, but I didn't spend much time in the apartment as there was plenty to do in Granada. Overall, 4/5 for the experience and will be staying in the Libere again when next travelling to Spain.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located just behind Plaza Neuva, so great for the hop on, hop off bus tour, taxis and the back alleys with bars, restaurants and shops.
The room was clean, a good sized double bedroom with a bathroom.
It was easy to find. There is a proper reception with a human being on duty.
Free coffee from a machine in the lobby, but very sweet.
We had a few blips; only 1 cup for 2 people with the kettle and a struggle to convince the receptionist two people needed 2 cups, no milk, just sachets of coffee and tea bags, no plug for the bath, an even bigger struggle, but I succeeded, and you cannot park anywhere close by. We used an underground parking lot, €1.99 an hour.
