"Lovely hotel. Brand new so immaculate and very clean.
Roof top bar and view over Glos great place for drinks. They need more cushions though and seating uncomfortable if you don’t manage to sit on a cushioned chair.
Wine okay- limited rose options.
Room well designed and high tech offerings such as coffee machine, milk in the fridge and biscuits.
No earl grey tea or oat milk options sadly.
Hairdryer and steamer all top tech.
Shower powerful and spacious. Products fresh and okay quality.
Comfy bed and air con.
Dressing gown missing the belt!"

"We have been to thia hotel a few times and always loved it. Hoovered on this occasion since it has had new owners we have found it has changed. The breakfast choice has gone right down, just to have loads of different choices however not much variety and didnt seem very fresh. The place felt a bit dirty lots cobwebs and on first entry into our room there was a sewage smell in bathroom. Best thing about visit to hotel was the burger that we had from the lunch menu 10 out of 10 but it was a little expensive for a burger so im glad it was nice has I didnt mind paying for it."

"Great location. A very nice spa. The hotel room is unfortunately quite old, the shower was cold, the bed was uncomfortable and the walls are very thin making it hard to sleep."

"Very beautiful resort hotel, halfway up the mountain, very quiet, suitable for a small weekend holiday, need to drive by yourself.
The room is large and clean. There is heating to turn on. It can be imagined that the British summer mountain is really cold.
The quality of breakfast is very high, there are some in the English breakfast, the fruit variety is rich, the price ratio is very high."

"Friendly and welcoming staff and in great location. However, very dated, shower mouldy, toilet didn’t flush properly and room in need of a good clean and referb. Was offered a use of a kitchen which was a good added bonus."

Easy to check in and out. Plenty of parking and very clean. Had a room on ground floor and could hear a dog barking so not sure where that came from but it didn’t really bother us (odd bark at night and in morning). Really good that price includes pool and sauna etc. would definitely stay again for the price paid.
We didn’t eat there as just slept there whilst visiting family nearby. Quality fittings and comfy beds and decor, much better than a lot of places around the area!
The room was a bit thin, but there was a microwave and a kettle. I stayed for two nights. The next day, there were new towels and coffee at the door, so that they did not disturb the guests. The hotel is not too far from several attractions in the city center. The train station is also a minute walk. We went to Bath by train in the morning. 𨔼, the train ticket bought a more cost-effective return ticket open ⋯⋯ The only hotel is fine to provide face tissue .
We stayed there over Easter holiday. Finding the hotel was easy. There is a ski slope right opposite the hotel which is good for something to do. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment but the gym, steam room, swimming pool, and sauna were in good condition. The sauna was always packed so we ended up waiting for people to leave. The bar was nice. Overall it was a good stay.
The surrounding environment is very good, the hotel is good, I love the large fireplace on the first floor, the room soundproofing is a bit poor, but the soundproofing of British hotels is average
I only needed the room for 1 night, so I wasn't too fussed about the 'Lovely' view out of the window. The room was a bit dated, but quirky, with out of shape walls.
The restaurant looked nice, but I didn't stay to eat.
