"My husband and I were extremely happy with our stay at this accommodation in Boracay. From the very beginning, we felt genuinely welcomed, and the hospitality we received was outstanding. The location is exactly as described – very quiet and peaceful, and equipped with all the facilities presented in the listing. The room was spacious, spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a lovely fresh smell. There was no trace of any damp or musty odour; it was clearly well-ventilated and thoroughly cleaned. Everything was impeccable. Each room also has a minibar, which is very convenient if you would like to enjoy drinks or local snacks (available at an additional cost). Breakfast was very tasty, with only a few limitations. You can choose one menu and one drink per person, and not all beverages from the drinks list are included in the complimentary breakfast, but you can order extra items for an additional charge if you wish. We also had lunch at the hotel (paid separately), and the food was delicious and very fresh. The service was excellent, and the reception staff were always available and willing to help. At one point, I got sunburnt, and they kindly offered me after-sun cream free of charge to soothe my skin, which was a truly thoughtful gesture. Overall, everything was wonderful, and we would definitely recommend this place. We were genuinely disappointed that we could not find availability for more nights, as we would have loved to stay longer. The only downside was the sea directly in front of the property, as that area tends to gather a lot of seaweed, making swimming difficult. However, this is easily solved by walking a few minutes towards Station 2, where the water is much clearer and perfect for swimming."

"We booked this hotel at a discounted rate through Trip.com, and the whole process was super hassle-free. They also provided welcome drinks, and the staff were very warm and accommodating throughout our stay. The room was nice and spacious, and the breakfast was decent as well. However, the Wi-Fi connection was quite weak, and there was no elevator, which made carrying luggage upstairs a bit difficult. Good thing the staff were always willing to help with the luggage. The only downside was the unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which seemed to be coming from the drainage. Although the staff tried to address the issue, the odor unfortunately did not completely go away. Overall, we still had a pleasant stay because of the excellent service and welcoming staff."

"The hotel was good. The staff was very kind, respectful, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. It had all the basics to make a stay good and comfortable. Everyone was nice and welcoming. They were willing to help with everything. That really made it easy for me as a solo traveler."

"This is a wonderful hotel, exactly as described, and the photos are completely accurate. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay throughout your vacation. Any issues that arose were resolved in minutes. You can tell they truly value their reputation. Just a heads-up: payment at the hotel is cash-only. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, beyond words. It's right in the heart of all the entertainment and leisure spots, and only a 5-minute walk to the sea. I do want to mention one significant drawback: there was a lot of noise from equipment operating near our room, which was quite unpleasant. You do get used to it over time and eventually tune it out, but it might be an important consideration for some. In the last few days of our stay, the hot water started to disappear, becoming only lukewarm, and this issue couldn't be resolved. Also, the Wi-Fi suddenly stopped working completely on our last night (Friday to Saturday) without any explanation, so we had to use mobile internet until check-out. For us, the breakfasts were a notable downside – the selection of dishes was extremely limited. Coffee was only served from a pot (likely instant), and coffee from the machine was an extra charge. However, after I brought this up, the issue with the coffee machine was resolved. For the next six breakfasts, they made complimentary machine coffee for my partner and me. Special thanks to the entire hotel team and for the lovely daily notes in our room that brightened our mood and made our vacation even more enjoyable!"

The grounds are beautifully landscaped, filled with lush greenery, towering trees, and vibrant tropical flowers that instantly make you feel relaxed. Walking through the pathways to your room feels like exploring a hidden paradise. Amenities & Pools One of the biggest highlights is the pool selection. They have multiple expansive swimming pools, complete with fun water slides and shallow splash areas that are absolutely perfect for families. The main pool area is surrounded by trees, offering plenty of natural shade when the midday sun gets a bit too intense. Rooms & Service The rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained. The air conditioning works wonderfully, and the beds are incredibly comfortable after a long day of swimming and island hopping. What truly sets this resort apart, though, is the hospitality. From the front desk to the pool attendants, the staff goes above and beyond with their warm hospitality and ready smiles. The Verdict Whether you are traveling as a couple looking for a serene getaway or a family wanting great amenities for the kids, Paradise Garden delivers. Excellent location, beautiful green surroundings, fantastic pools, and top-tier service. We will definitely be back!"
