"Highly recommend this hotel! Initially, there was a slight miscommunication regarding our honeymoon package decor, which was a bit frustrating. However, the staff took responsibility and kindly offered us a free room upgrade. The room interior was beautiful, and the amenities were complete, including an electric kettle. Our room was comfortable and had a great city view. The bathroom was excellent, and the water heater worked perfectly. There's a swimming pool located on the 5th floor, shared with the lobby and restaurant. All the staff were kind and friendly. My only minor feedback is that one of the towels had a torn edge when we first checked in. The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of shopping areas and close to the town square (Alun-Alun), Asia Africa Road, and Braga Street, making it incredibly convenient to explore. They also have motorcycle parking available in the basement."

"This was not our first stay at bobopod, which we appreciate because of its cleanliness in the first place. Here, however, the place was not as clean as the other bobopod's we have stayed in the past. The bed sheets had stains on them, also the community areas were a bit dirty. I was surprised not to have found any trash bins in the common areas, neither a cup to make myself hot the with the warm water provided."

"I highly recommend this hotel especially for its best location. It is very close to most favorite tourist spot called Braga street where you can find a lot of local pride, from its inheritance sites, building, and so old-style street design. Braga street also offers you to a lot of aesthetic cafe and restaurants surrounded which makes this area so special amongst the locals and tourists."
