The accommodation is very central – what is curse and blessing at the same time. Although you are in the middle of the event, but unfortunately it is so noisy until late to the night that it was hard to think of relaxing sleep.
The single room was very simplely furnished. The closet was defect, the bed was wacky, and in the bathroom it smells permanently unpleasant to waste water – even if it was in principle clean.
The operator was friendly, but seemed rather restraint and not very engaged. Overall my stay was okay for one night, but for a longer stay I would not recommend the accommodation."

"The hotel is located close to the bustling area, although the entrance is in the alley but the transportation is convenient. The hotel room is large, the breakfast is rich and delicious, there are a variety of novel coffees to taste at the bar on the first floor of the hotel, we tried barley coffee, very interesting. In addition, the small desserts given by the hotel are delicious, not too sweet and greasy but the taste is very layered.
In addition, the alley of the hotel is a bit strange, close to the business district and there are photo attractions but there are few people.
Disadvantages: Hotel entrance is not very good

"Since there is a little distance from the station and the long distance bus terminal, it is better to go to towelmina and Siracusa for a day trip near the station. There are many shops in the city and there are many shops where you can enjoy Sicilian cuisine and wine. The hotel itself is not a cozy, crisp city hotel like a guest house, but it will be enough to sleep. Everyone is very kind. I was very grateful for the printout of the boarding pass and the luggage storage.
It's a little far from the station and the long-distance bus terminal, so if you're planning a day trip to Taormina or Siracusa, it's better to stay near the station. There is a downtown area nearby, and there are many shops where you can enjoy Sicilian cuisine and wine. The hotel itself isn't a homey, crisp city hotel like a guesthouse, but it's good enough for a good night's sleep. Everyone is very kind. They were very helpful in printing out my boarding pass and keeping my luggage."

"We chose the closest accommodation in Catania to the airport bus stop available at the time and in our price range. We were very pleased. The room matched the photo. It was spacious, although a little tired, but the price was reasonable. There's a large refrigerator in the lobby, along with dishes, tea, coffee, and other snacks. The host was very pleasant. There are shops nearby, and the historic center is also a short walk away. If you're lucky, you can see Mount Etna from the window to the right (see photo below). Overall, the price-quality-location ratio is excellent."

"This area is relatively off-site, it is not convenient to walk from the train station, taxis or buses are better. The people staying at the hotel are quite mixed but the hotel service is attentive. The breakfast is not rich but fresh. Personally, I feel that the whole city of Catania does not have many characteristics, so it is suitable for staying during long-distance rest."

"The hotel is located in a good area of Catania just near the hospital in the centre of Catania. The stay would have been enough but we have been a whole day without electricity.
It is true that it is not the manager's fault but by law, having bought a number of services, it would be a refund for failure to pay, and then it is clear that the manager will compete with the company that operates the electricity network in Sicilia. However, I am glad to know that despite the B&B having made ears from merchant, customer service Trip.com was fabulous because it has loaded my accpunt with a number of Trip coins equal to one night of stay ....."

Star all spoke English beautifully the room was a upstairs downstairs loft very comfortable with a magnificent ensuite.
Great views great location fantastic rooftop restaurant with bar both indoor an outdoor seating, which was terrific becauseit was quite chilly for a couple of nights I stayed there"

CClaire MPapali was on the first floor of a very old building, so expect to walk up a few steps with your luggage, because there's no elevator ... But, the Signore who welcomed us was very friendly and even went downstairs - while I already could go into our room - to help my husband find a parking spot on the street nearby.
We had a very good night in a simple, but super clean and quite big room, comfy bed as well ... Bathroom was nice and clean with plenty of towels ...
The first picture I took in the morning after our night at Papali out from the balcony, the second was taken in the morning when we had our breakfast served kindly in the little dining area ...
Btw, Papali is located wonderfully - it's an easy walk to all the main sightseeing spots of Catania! I added some pictures of our evening walk ...
Summary: Papali is a great choice locationwise and if you do not want to spend too much, but still want to have a cozy night at a simple but friendly and nice place.

GGuest UserI recently stayed in this newly opened hotel and was excited around. The Interior Design is modern and tasteful – you note that there has been a lot of value for details. The room was excellently equipped: a Nespresso machine, a small refrigerator, safe, pleasant quiet air conditioning and a great rain shower. Specially to highlight the quiet location is ideal for relaxing sleep.
The hotel is small and charming, all rooms are on one floor. The entrance is on the ground floor, the reception is not occupied around the clock, but thanks to the room card you have access at any time. The staff was very friendly – a special thank you to Martina, who made my stay even more beautiful with her tips.
Breakfast is not offered in the hotel, but there are many good possibilities in the direct surroundings.
Conclude: A stylish, quiet hotel with a well-being atmosphere – I'm happy to come back!

But I cannot understand why there’s never a plug beside the bed. People need to charge their phones.
The bathroom is ok but there is nothing to place the toiletries in the shower, so you’re forced to either bend over in a very small space either open the shower multiple times and make a mess.
The main issue is the breakfast. It’s the land of desolation and it’s really a pity.
The croissants and the brioches are good, but regardless of the time of your arrival it’s never refurnished.
No marmalades, 3 butters, 2 Nutellas, only one typeof cereal, no milk.
Everything is missing, it seems raided.
Why pay for an hotel breakfast if there’s less food that at home or any café?
It could happen once, not constantly.

SsundncrThis is a wonderful location to stay a night before an early morning flight to the airport. The stay was wonderful too. The hotel has a big pool to relax and the grounds are kept neat. The room had a view of Mount Etna and it was thrilling to see the Mountain during Sunrise. The staff were friendly and receptive. Rooms were large with a big clean bed and linens. Bathroom was more than average size. It was a good and relaxing stay. I think parking is free here. There is a bit of Industrial area around the hotel, but it is very safe. Saw plenty of families with kids enjoying their stay. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant to try the local food. English is spoken by almost all the staff.
