"The hotel is directly opposite Kushiro Station, with a bus terminal downstairs. It's also just a 10-minute walk to Nusamai Bridge. If you walk right for about 10 minutes, there's a large supermarket. Overall, it's very convenient. The breakfast is abundant and varied, with salmon, tempura, and beef bowls every day, plus fruits like mango and grapefruit. The room is a bit small, but that's standard for Japan. The public bath isn't large, with a small soaking tub and five shower stalls."

"Good and clean hotel. Amenities were good too. Only thing was the aircon, it is not very strong in the summer. So our room was slightly warmer. We tried to open the window at night but we were close to a drinking/eating street, so there was smoke smell and loud noises from people partying."

The paid parking lot (900 yen/day) is not big enough, when it is full, you have to go to a private parking lot not far from the hotel, and then go to the reception to get a free voucher. Very impractical...

"While the rooms were a bit small, the hotel boasts an excellent location right by the river, adjacent to Nusamai Bridge. Just two blocks away, the evenings come alive as a vibrant food and entertainment district. The hotel's public bath was impressively large, featuring a sauna and an open-air rotenburo. A fantastic bonus was the big screen TV in the rotenburo! Breakfast options were limited, but the food was delicious. Kushiro Station is a mere 10-minute walk away, and MOO Pier is even closer, just 5 minutes on foot. Overall, the convenience was outstanding!"

"Very cleanly managed facilities, good value breakfast, very close to Kushiro Station, friendly and attentive staff, everything was excellent. In particular, the drink corner is open until 11 p.m. and offers a variety of drinks, making it one of the most satisfying experiences I've ever had at a hotel. Also, the coin laundry with free detergent and dryer was impressive. However, the large bath is very small and is operated alternately by men and women, which is a shame."

"Facilities: Although small, it has everything. The breakfast is delicious. We put the two beds in the room together, which is spacious for sleeping with the baby. Hygiene: Very clean. "The hotel is located at the south end of the Bimai Bridge, and it is very convenient to go out and enjoy the scenery. The environment of the lobby is also very good, and there are free drinks for guests to taste. The bathroom in the guest room is commendable. It is not a one-piece bathroom. There is a separate shower room, and the bathing products are not bad. It is a pity that we live on the 5th floor. When you open the curtains, you can see the roof of the podium building, and there are many air conditioner outdoor units. In addition, it was a bit cold on the night of check-in. The first-class teppanyaki restaurant is a must-try amongst the several restaurants that boast the freshest seasonal seafood and other fare to satisfy the palate. Complete your evening with a variety of quality spirits and cocktails and soak in the breathtaking seascape. The ANA Crowne Plaza Kushiro is conveniently located just a 10 minute walk from JR Kushiro Station, with Kushiro Airport just a half hour away by car.
"The most praiseworthy thing is the towels. They are new and soft. Unlike other hotels, they put towels on the first day and replace them the next day, which are hard and old. In addition, there is a cake shop in the lobby, which is delicious.
The worst thing is the breakfast. We arrived at 8:15 on the first day (end at 9), and many things were gone, but no one added them. As for the supermarkets, they don’t control the inventory so much. On the second day, we had to hurry and arrived at 7:45. Finally, we figured out that everything was only the amount at the beginning, and they would not be replenished after eating them all. Haha.
The room size is OK, but the layout is a bit strange. Only a thin person can pass between the wardrobe and the bed. If you are a little fat, you have to turn sideways. I had a hard time putting my 26-inch suitcase on the luggage rack inside. The air circulation is not very good. It would be better if the window could be opened. There is a note in the drawer that says there is only heating in winter and the temperature cannot be adjusted. If it's too hot, you can turn off the air conditioner (I've tried it and almost suffocated me, and the temperature was still high because the rooms above, below, and around me had heaters) or ask the hotel for an air cooler (but where to put it?). I guess there are too many guests complaining."

GGuest UserLocation is great, right in nature. Rooms are Japanese design, spacious and cozy. The lobby is not a nice atmosphere, it looks messy and crowded with a gift shop and too many messy things. There is no feeling of design and elegance.
What is really bad and low level quality is the fact that all drinks are being served in cheap single use plastic cups. There is a beverage bar where you only get plastic cups. At breakfast in the restaurant you only get plastic cups. In the evening for the snacks bar, they also only have plastic cups and cheap paper plates. This is not in line with a hotel of high quality and standard, nor sustainability. I can only imagine the amount of waste that they have every day from only the single use cups and plates. And the feeling of quality and luxury is mainly disturbed by this. Sorry but you cannot serve sparkling wine, wine and any type of beverage in a plastic cup, this is unacceptable. There should be reusable glasses, it’s much better for customer experience and the environment.
Also, the customization level of breakfast and dinner is a bummer. We asked for a vegetarian option and they emphasized that customization is not possible. I guess we have to accept that. They also said that food allergies and any other preferences (like vegetarian) cannot be accommodated. Then we simply asked to just not serve the meat, just leave it out. They said this is not possible - how can this be?? You can simply leave out and keep the meat if the guests do not want it. This aspect of customer service needs to be improved. If you cannot accommodate a vegetarian alternative that’s bad enough. But not being able to make this tiny adjustment when you serve the dishes means a refusal to recognize your customers’ needs. We were not asking for anything extra, we were only asking to leave something out and not serve the meat so that it’s not wasted because we do not eat meat. Ultimately we were served the meat and did not eat it - what a waste. I am still lacking an explanation for this inflexibility, bad customer service and food waste approach.
The hotel needs to improve this.

TTutusThis was the most anticipated part of our entire trip, and it certainly didn't disappoint!
#Hotel Location: Excellent. It's right on the hot spring street, and behind it is the pier for lake boat tours (Happy Boardwalk).
#Hotel Service: They upgraded us to a large suite for free, and the view was absolutely fantastic. I loved the suite's layout, amenities, and the smart toilet. The outdoor hot spring faces the lake, and the male and female baths rotate at different times, so you can try them all (っ˘ڡ˘ς)♨️
The buffet was also good, and we additionally ordered a red king crab which was delicious. You can book many activities and experiences at the hotel. There's an outdoor shop called Siri on the first floor of the hotel where you can book activities like hiking and lake tours. My friend and I booked the night forest light show at the front desk. The only thing worth complaining about is how ugly the hot spring robes are – absolutely no desire to take photos in them!

TTSUBINVery cost-effective hotel, the room is clean and comfortable, there are two washing machines available in the lobby on the first floor, the parking lot needs to be paid separately, but it is very cheap, although the breakfast options are not many but very delicious, the Lulu station and the coin dance bridge can be reached on foot, there is a convenience store opposite the hotel.
