"This ryokan left mixed feelings. We decided to walk from the bus stop to the ryokan, and that was a mistake. Along the way, we passed dilapidated and abandoned ryokans, one of which still had a wreath from a funeral. What we saw was truly terrifying. At the ryokan itself, we were greeted warmly. They took our suitcases and took us to our room. They treated us to cold matcha and canelé. I was shocked and very upset by my room. It felt like it hadn't been renovated since the ryokan opened. The walls were very dirty, there were cobwebs on the lamp, and the bathroom mirrors were all dirty. The only thing we enjoyed was the beautiful view from the window. We weren't able to try the onsen, as people with tattoos are not allowed. At 7 PM, they laid us out on a tatami mat. The pillow had bones and wasn't very comfortable. In the morning, we went to the restaurant for breakfast. They served classic Japanese dishes. Everything was delicious and beautiful. After check-out there was a transfer to the bus stop."

"You have not experienced the hot springs of Unzen until you enjoy our hot springs". Finally, you can experience a real hot springs.

"The location is located on the mountain, so when I went to rent a car, the driving difficulty was quite high. The view and the promenade on the pilgrimage road were good. The Hell Pilgrimage Promenade is made up of a deck that is easy to go with comfortable shoes, so it is easy to walk, and if you come down after looking around, you can spend about an hour leisurely if you have time. There are not many shopping streets in the village, and there are many places that close around 5:30 pm, so it is difficult to buy alcohol. If you want to have a drink at the ryokan, we recommend that you buy it in advance. There is one Izakaya that runs until 12 pm ^ Although it is an old ryokan, the service of the staff was good and tidy. We stayed in an outdoor private bath, but if there were two adults, it was a small bathtub structure that felt like a water car, but it was good to spend time outdoors and have a private hot spring every time you Warner. I was satisfied. There are not many places to visit, and on a rainy day, walking in hell created an unparalleled atmosphere. The hot springs were very satisfied and I had a lot of hearts to come again next time. Very good value for money. Breakfast and Kaiseki were better than flat."

"Happy Hot Spring This time I stayed at Unzen Kyushu Hotel, which is worth recommending. The hotel charges a certain level of fees, but in terms of quality and quantity, it is very cost-effective. Room - The superb semi-Western-style room is over 600 square feet, with a Japanese-style living space, a Western-style sofa, a large terrace with a corner outdoor sofa, plenty of living space, a king-size bed, and most importantly, the room has its own private semi-open-air hot spring bath, which is private and comfortable, without having to go to a public hot spring. Hotel positioning and layout - The hotel is positioned as a prestigious hotel. When guests check in, they first sit on the sofa in the lobby. The front desk clerk will come forward to give an overall introduction to the hotel and its various facilities, and arrange dinner and breakfast times. The hotel has been renovated in recent years, and the interior and exterior are still clean, stylish and elegant. Landscape - Each room faces Unzen Hell, with spectacular and beautiful scenery. It is equipped with one-way reflective glass, so you don't need to draw the curtain when walking in the room. It is private and safe, with plenty of natural light. One night and two meals + free alcoholic drinks - The hotel offers one night and two meals (two meals and one night). Dinner is Japanese-French fusion cuisine with a total of 8 courses, as well as desserts, coffee and tea. Each dish is very exquisite and must be eaten with a camera first. The breakfast was amazing, the western breakfast had four courses, the Japanese was very rich and the milk was delicious. We had dinner in the restaurant building, which faces the first section of Unzen Hell. It had a wide view, western-style seats, and was very spacious. The waiters provided first-rate service and changed tableware for every dish. The dinner experience alone paid for the room. In addition, the hotel provides free flow alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in the second-floor lounge and rooftop leisure space in the afternoon and evening, which is really worth the money. Service - All the bartenders are professional, polite and friendly. The manager speaks good English and other colleagues are equipped with translation equipment. Communication is completely trouble-free and guests are provided with good service and a homely feeling. If you are traveling to the Unzen area of the Minamoto Peninsula on Kyushu Island, Japan, you may consider the Unzen Kyushu Hotel."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this onsen hotel and it was an unforgettable experience! The serene and relaxing atmosphere of the private onsen was exactly what I needed to unwind. The traditional Japanese cuisine served at the hotel was exquisite, with each dish carefully prepared and beautifully presented. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a lovely blend of modern amenities and traditional decor. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel made our stay truly special. "The hot springs are fantastic, and the hotel is truly excellent value for money. The only downside is its location on the outskirts of town. However, if you're here for relaxation, you won't need to leave often, so this is truly the best ryokan."

UNZEN HANZUIRYO

The most surprising discovery of this trip to Japan was the half-water raft of the hotel! From the moment you step into the courtyard, the simple Japanese-style architecture is interesting with the flowing water, as if you have entered an ink painting. The room layout is full of Zen, the tatami is clean and soft, and the dry landscape courtyard outside the window is quiet and elegant, making people instantly relieve the fatigue of the journey. The service is impeccable, the staff is kind and professional, and the Japanese hospitality is conveyed with intimate details. Kaiseki cuisine for dinner is artistic, and each dish is carefully prepared with seasonal ingredients, with a full sense of color and fragrance, and the dining process is full of rituals. The freshly ground matcha for breakfast with exquisite refreshments awakens the taste buds. The location of the pavilion is also very good, the surrounding attractions are within walking distance and convenient for travel. At night, I fell asleep with insects and woke up in the early morning in the bird's eye view. This slow life is unforgettable. Highly recommended to friends who want to experience Japanese style in depth, the half-water raft will definitely become the warmest memory of your trip!

Room facilities are not much more expensive than the other classic hotel alliances below the good at the same time. Mandatory dinner package. Dinner is not delicious except Nagasaki cattle. The advantage is that the location is more private, the public area is still beautiful.

Hotel location is good, go right and turn to the hot spring shrine, then enter the hot spring hell area, walk about half an hour, a very good feeling. The breakfast is rich and the food is served. We live in a Japanese tatami for six people and are very suitable for family trips. The hotel is too old and some facilities can't keep up with the new hotel. The parking lot is large and there is no problem parking. The fly in the ointment is likely to be economically depressed. The nearby restaurants have not been opened. After a long walk, the supermarket's talents have been asked to find a delicious restaurant (the hotel will turn left about 500 meters after going out). There is also the hot spring water is too hot, higher than 40 degrees, can not stand for a few minutes.
