"So many people! Everyone checked their luggage online, and the check-in and check-out were self-service. The location is absolutely fantastic, you can see tourists from all over the world. The downside is that the entrance is hard to find. Well, Osaka Station is huge after all! We spent a long time looking for the entrance near Yodobashi Camera and couldn't find it. Turns out there's a dedicated entrance from the first floor, don't go through the shopping mall. There's also an entrance on the second floor, connected to a skywalk."

"The room was very spacious and had no strange smells. The hotel staff even helped move our stored luggage into the room and provided complimentary snacks and water, which was a very thoughtful touch! The TV showed the occupancy of various public areas, which was super considerate. The hot springs were also very comfortable, with good ambiance and cleanliness. After a dip, they offered popsicles, which was a nice treat. There were two large bookshelves nearby where you could pick out your favorite manga to read, and right outside was the massage chair area – absolutely perfect! In the evening, they offered free late-night noodles that were quite tasty, and there was a self-service drink bar. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, and I even got to try local specialty sushi, which was a unique experience. There was an electronic scale at the stairwell for weighing luggage, which was very convenient. I'd love to visit again if I get the chance!"

Although the hotel’s renovation and interior are slightly outdated, the room was still clean and comfortable. Considering the price and the excellent location, it is more than acceptable and offers great value for money.
What truly stood out was the excellent service from the front desk staff. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. We encountered a problem with our car during our stay, and the staff kindly assisted us by contacting the police and helping us handle the situation, which we really appreciated.

Our room was spotless, and the public bath, featuring genuine hot spring water, was a truly relaxing experience. "The facilities were clean and tidy and the equipment was well equipped. The children were also overjoyed.
But the staff was one now.
The reception was not friendly, and when I was sent to the lodge by cart, I started without a signal to leave and there were children, so I felt dangerous. I was guided to the lodge again and I was returned without saying anything.
The same was true at the time of payment. I also met a cleaning staff heading for the lodge in a group, but they were also walking while chatting instead of saying anything to the guests.
Unlike inns and hotels, is this kind of facility like this?
It was a disappointing response just because I wanted to use it again."

MouseSkyOn my second night, I discovered the soundproofing was terrible. There was a bunch of 'monsters' in the room next door – it sounded like people from several rooms had gathered, chatting loudly, opening and closing doors constantly, and laughing and shouting hysterically. This went on for a long time. By past midnight, I couldn't take it anymore and went down to the front desk.
I was worried there wouldn't be anyone at the front desk, but there were two gentlemen on duty. They told me a sports team had checked in that day and were probably just overexcited. I told them they either needed to talk to them or I'd have to change rooms. The front desk staff went up and knocked on their door, greeting the group (signaling me to go back to my room first). Not long after, the group finally dispersed.
The hotel service was still very good. Running into those ******* was just bad luck for me. Next time I encounter a similar unexpected situation, I definitely shouldn't think, 'I'll just bear it, maybe they'll finish soon.' I should go down immediately and seek help from the front desk.
I'm curious, which country do those selfish, loud people who disturb others in the middle of the night come from?
The hotel breakfast is complimentary and included by default with the room booking. Although simple, it's completely filling. The restaurant is also open during the day for relaxation and offers free drinks.

Very good, simple and clean. Just don't choose this if you don't smoke, as it might smell. You can open the window. Very convenient for going out. The surrounding snacks are all pretty good; the skewers, kani-ya, and Shizutetsu supermarket are all very good and the food is fresh. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, and the beer there is pretty good.

Overall: This hotel is superb!
Location: It's about a 10-minute walk from Wakayama JR Station. There are restaurants on the south street nearby and a FamilyMart, but generally, the area feels a bit desolate. However, that's perfectly fine.
Service: Excellent! You can store your luggage. When checking in, you choose your breakfast and delivery times. We tried Japanese, Western, curry, and udon, and both of us thought they were all very good.
Room Amenities: This is absolutely incredible!
They even have a curling iron in the room! Plus, many other items like hair clips and hair ties – basically, everything you could think of is provided.
Additionally, on the first floor, they have various brands of shampoo and shower gel available if you're interested (there are also some in the room). Every day you can pick up some snacks and drinks on the first floor (limited per person). Although I never used this service because I was always full after eating out, I really appreciate it!
Cleanliness: Very clean!
Room Size: Satisfied! It's a very spacious room for Japan, with a separate wet and dry area.

The hotel is situated at a secluded corner of Wakayama prefecture. It is much preferable to drive here rather than relying on the infrequent hotel shuttle. Public transport is otherwise non existent.
There are no restaurants around the hotel. However the hotel provides delicious meals with abundant fresh seafood. The in room dining experience is superb. The hotel staff service is impeccable.
The room has a spectacular sea view allowing you to see the sunset on clear days. The onsen also faces the sea which provides a relaxing experience.
A downside is that the hotel does not seem to sanitize the slippers for indoor use. All hotel guests had to change to their slippers to access their indoor facilities.

#Praise#For mosquito control measures, hotel smell, bedding comfort, location, toiletries, room lighting satisfaction; I like this hotel so much! It is also an ideal hotel! The so-called ideal is that every aspect is very practical! Although there is no breakfast, there is a refrigerator microwave in the room. It is very convenient to buy and eat at the nearby convenience store supermarket. The room is large and the bathroom is large, and the toiletries are complete to even the curling stick! The kettle said that the insulation can be kept warm for one night, not to mention that it is so cheap not far from the station! I will only live here on the West Line in the future. ps: This ideal hotel comes from a 40-generation hotel that has lived in various large and small Japanese hotels in a variety of sizes and sizes. The room is small and the location is remote, but the hotel scenery is really great! The hotel restaurant needs to be booked in advance, and there are no convenience stores nearby, and the restaurant is also far away. Remember to book a restaurant when you check in, otherwise you will have to go hungry. The hotel does not have Chinese service, and English communication is a bit difficult. The hotel's public bathing is free, and there are open-air bath seats. It was windy and rainy on the day I went there, and it was super cold. It was very comfortable to bathe. The location of the men's and women's bathrooms will be swapped, so remember to look at the sign at the door and don't go the wrong way.
