"Ganwoljae is located in a cluster of hotels at the foot of the Yeongnam Alps. I chose this hotel for a family event because I liked the traditional Hanok atmosphere. While the service was satisfactory, the stay was stuffy and hot due to poor ventilation caused by the building's structural issues. The noise from the upstairs floor was also very loud.
The breakfast buffet provided on weekends was light yet balanced Korean cuisine, and I really appreciated that small portions were served frequently, helping to maintain a comfortable temperature.
The Suite Balcony room does have a significant advantage, as it features a large bathtub that can accommodate up to four people."

The styler and spa bathtub were so good.
The price is also cheap.
There is also a simple breakfast.
There was plenty of parking space.
There are also many restaurants nearby.

Me and my friend visited the hotel at the beginning of April. The location is great. We were happy to know that the hotel decided to give us a room upgrade. The room was spacious and light with a great view of the sea. We were provided all the things we needed such as slippers, shampoo, hair dryer etc. According to the rule, the hotel doesn't provide toothpaste and toothbrushes. But it wasn't a problem at all. The only things that disturbed me were dirty windows.

Hotel was decent. But they did not provide shampoo, toothbrush etc. You have to buy it there. Also, bathrooms were a bit awkward for friends. Cuz when you are in the bathroom it looks like a mirror, but outside it is actually see-through.

It's been a long time since I stayed at the hotel and I feel good.
The price was reasonable, and there is a Jangsaengpo Whale Museum nearby, so it would be great if you come with children.
There is nothing big in the commercial area around, so if you want to have a late night snack in the hotel, I recommend buying it.
And the hotelier who guided me was very kind.

Guest UserI booked this place because of the swimming pool, but the usage fee was separate. I mostly hung out in Samsan, and since the taxi fares were so high during my two-night stay, I regretted not just booking a hotel in Samsan. The staff didn't seem very friendly, and the shower and bidet were a bit inconvenient, but the bed was really good. There were only high pillows, so I rolled up a towel to sleep on. They also gave me a draft beer coupon, but it's a shame I couldn't use it because I was out having fun.

I really loved my stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and spoke English. My room was clean and had all the amenities that I needed for a comfortable stay. My favourite part of my stay was the view from the balcony. The breakfast was good but they don’t offer a variety of options. The location was perfect, it’s close to the beach and a variety of restaurants. The area is also very peaceful. I will definitely be returning to this hotel the next time I want to relax and enjoy the the beach.

A good hotel.
Cleaning every day. Also with cleaning all the expenses were filled.
There is a kitchen with the dining room. You can cook the frame. Also there is a washing machine in the kitchen.
The room is spacious with a big TV.
The hotel is a little twisted, but it didn't stop. The only window in the strong wind was sounding.
The staff was kind, though we didn't know each other's language

The staff were friendly and everything was perfect, except for one thing: breakfast was included, but when I went to get my keys, they didn't ask me anything, so I'm not sure if it was included. They didn't even tell me where the restaurant was, so I felt embarrassed to ask.

I stayed on a business trip and it was a remote place than I thought. The parking space was small, so I set it up on the street, but there was no inconvenience and the convenience store was a minute walk away. Maybe it's because there's nothing around, so there's almost no place to deliver food The facilities are very satisfactory for the price. The toilet, bathtub and washing place are separated, so it's very clean, with bidet and water pressure. Personally, I don't care about the view, but it was an ocean view, but it was nice to see the sea. I used it in a very important way because I had a styler.
