GGuest UserThe room was dirty from the floor; it was seen land, hair... in bed one as another hair too. I understand that it was high season, there was too much people flow; but that doesn't remove that they should deliver the impecable facilities for the next guest entrance. I didn't want to complain or want to change room. For times. But if I had had more time or had come to that reservation for other reasons if I had done so.

GGuest UserLa atención en recepción es pésima y molesta las actitudes que asumen y el trato que dan, les falta empatía y practicar los valores para mejorar la atención al público que para mí es pésima. LLizeth GilExcellent central hotel if you go to passport procedures or in the government offices, the restaurant with delicious breakfast and very good attention from the staff, the cleanliness leaves a little to be desired, since the floor was not very clean and they did not give cleaning service the next day even if we request it
