"Very good hotel for a family stay. The kids’ facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool, which feels like a mini water park and is perfect for children. There are also two playgrounds, giving kids more options whether they want to play or swim. Overall, we are very satisfied with the stay. The hotel also has a 24-hour self-service laundry, which is very convenient. There are nearby shops such as Speedmart and Orange, as well as several food options like Kopi Ping and Ayam Penyet, making it easy to find meals and daily necessities. I would also like to highlight the honesty and helpfulness of the staff. I accidentally left my tablet behind, and the staff contacted me promptly and helped arrange its return. Their service was truly appreciated and made our stay even better."
