The fitness center is well-equipped for a standard workout, and the swimming pool area is clean and modern. High-speed Wi-Fi worked smoothly throughout the property without any interruptions. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the front desk team was warm, courteous, and ready to assist with any inquiries. Location Located conveniently in Puchong, the hotel offers quick access to local shopping malls, nearby dining spots, and major highways, making it an excellent choice for both business travelers and leisure stays. "Hotel Review Overall, I was quite impressed with the swimming pool, and I really appreciated getting the pool-view room and connecting room as requested. The breakfast was also good. There are just a few areas that could be improved: 1. Bell service: There was no bellboy available, so I had to ask the security guard for assistance with the luggage trolley. I understand that the security team has their own responsibilities, but having a bell service available would make the arrival and departure experience more convenient for guests. 2. Accessibility: The parking was generally okay, but for OKU or wheelchair users, the distance from the drop-off point to Room 701 may be quite far and could be challenging. 3. Ironing facilities: The iron board was not in very good condition and could be replaced or maintained. 4. Curtains: I noticed some mould on the curtains. It would be good if they could be cleaned or replaced to maintain a more comfortable and hygienic room environment. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and I hope these small improvements can make the experience even better for future guests."
