We are frequent Savoy guests. Our check-in was excellent (paid early check-in at 7:00 AM, room upgrade, and confirmed late check-out until 3:00 PM by Vanie).
However, on the day of departure, we were repeatedly called at 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM by a different front desk officer, who disputed the confirmed 3:00 PM check-out time. This staff member demonstrated a severe lack of coordination, empathy, and professionalism, attempting to bargain and failing to honor a promise made by a colleague due to a system oversight.
Recommendation: Staff require urgent refresher training on communication, coordination, and emotional intelligence.
Minor Feedback: The lobby scent is still bothersome and does not mask the surrounding drainage odor. Please consider a clean, refreshing scent like peppermint or eucalyptus."

"We had a nice and comfortable stay at Stone House Hotel. What we liked most is its location. It's very accessible to MRT , LRT, jeepneys and buses . We just walked from.the hotel to MRT Taft / LRT Edsa stations. About the hotel, we stayed in a Double standard room with shared bathroom ( meaning the bathroom is not inside out room ) , but the shared bathroom was complete with amenities such as soap and shampoo and hair dryer. Hot and cold showers are available
All parts of the hotel are clean . Water dispenser was provided in the lobby of each floor level . You can take the stairs or elevator on going up and down
There's also a restaurant with good food. As for the hotel staff, all of them were accommodating, friendly, courteous and helpful. You can check in early as long as there's available room with minimum pay like 400 Php.. We extended for 3 hours and we paid only Php 300. . The front desk officer booked grab taxi for us from.the hotel to the airport with Php 162.00 only as fare because it's not peak hours."

"Got this room last 11.11 sale, this is beyond expectations. Staffs are friendly even if there are so many people checking-in. Cons is that, I called the front desk twice for a hair blower but unfortunately, it didnt come. I hope simple things like that is readily accessible if needed. But overall experience is 10/10! "Since I have a plan to go to arena for volleyball match, the hotel location is really help me out with just 5 minutes walking distance. One female staff was not so friendly (I guess coz we check in at 4am since our flight land late) and helpful but the rest is fine, they actually provide great customer service so will definitely book there again on my next trip."

"the hostel is 3kms far away from the international airpot so if you're having a flight very early in the morning very late at night its location is very good; even more, the hostel has a private shuttle that can bring you there for a fair price. If you want privacy and confort I suggest to book a room with private WC and shower, those rooms are on the 2nd floor and are quite nice and good space, hot water very time. You can book your food from a restaurant that its near by, and they will bring it to your room, the food is nice and cheap. The manager oft he hotel its a lady, very nice and speak a very good English, if you have any request talk to her, she will do everything to solve it and make your stay confortable and safe. _thank you so much for your help! "

"Our stay was an amazing experience. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful.
This is my third time booking this hotel, and I will definitely continue to come back. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Dragon Mall where most government offices such as NBI and Passport Renewal are located. It is also close to Baclaran Church, as well as 24-hour shopping and food spots.
It only cost me 100 pesos by Grab from MOA to the hotel.
We extend till 1pm cos my son love to swim at the pool.
I am simply in love with this place."

PPrincess PeaI book this hotel after landing in Manila and discovering the roads were flooded and I was stuck near the airport.  Even with the last-minute booking, my check-in was fast and  smooth. The second I walked into the room. I felt an ease wash over me. I am a pretty light packer, but there was still plenty of room for all of my things where I could easily live out of my suitcase or unpack, and really settle in if I chose. The room was absolutely perfect. The bed was a large, clean and comfy. The bathroom was large, clean and came with all the amenities anyone would  need.
The hotel in general is absolutely beautiful. All types of food and drinks are served or delivered to your room 24/7. The hotel has their own bars and restaurants and a lovely lobby area where you can sit and work or just relax The only thing that comes close to being better then the aesthetic of the hotel is the customer service (it IS a Marriott after all). 
The hotel has a lot of amenities to offer, including a pool, a spa and a gym (none of which I had the time to experience during my short stay). The buffet breakfast was really nice. It has local and international foods for all taste buds. (I highly recommend the guava jam.) the hotel is also connected to a casino and a mall. There are additional restaurants and stores outside of the hotel all in walking distance. 
If you ever have the chance, I would highly recommend staying at the Marriott on purpose…It’s also a WONDERFUL place to be “stuck”.

AAnonymous UserThe BEST !!! You would not expect very nice interiors for such a low price (less than 800 pesos). The common area is also very comfortable. Ito yung lugar na kahit common toilet, hindi ako nagdadalawang-isip pumasok.First time ko rin magupload ng pics sa review. The rules on being silent make it a good place to work, esp with many electrical sockets. Wifi is fast, and you can do video calls. Bunk beds have their own light. Perhaps the only negative I saw was that not all showers are working and some of the hooks are broken. Also, there may be some travelers who may be disrespectful so if there is a way to control them (this is a challenge!), then it would be great. But when I stayed, it was very quiet, except for one person cursing. Staff is very helpful..even when you dont ask them to help with bags, they do.

MMR NOBODY76First stay here. Arrived around 12pm and met by Kierk. Received a warm welcome. Fortunately room was ready for me. Check in was a breeze. When I got into my room, my first impression was WOWWWWW! Big room with a sofa bed. Nice carpeted room with a big comfy bed and pillows. A set of soft and firm pillows. Big working desk and complete drink amenities. The shower needed some trial and error though. But I finally manage to adjust the hot water (there’s a safety knob). Strong and warm. Will definitely stay here again.

The cleanliness of the room was impressive—the linens were fresh, the bathroom was spotless, and everything felt well-maintained. The location is another major highlight, with easy access to nearby attractions and great views of Manila Bay, especially from the seascape-facing rooms.
However, there is room for improvement in terms of staff service. While the team was generally polite, I felt the service could be more engaging and welcoming. A little more warmth and attentiveness would have enhanced the overall guest experience.
Despite that, Lime Hotel Manila offers great value, especially for travelers looking for clean, comfortable accommodations in a convenient location. The seascape view alone makes it worth considering.

KKSENIIA ABEIDULINABest choice to stayed at this hotel. It's conveniently located near the airport and the largest shopping mall, the Mall of Aysha. The rooms are small but very comfortable, and most importantly, the hotel has an amazing rooftop. There's a swimming pool and plenty of outdoor chill areas. I always recommend this hotel to my friends!

AAI.TRAVELI've been to 3 different locations of Maine City, because of my work I travel a lot and have been to different hotels too. This hotel is the best of giving service among the 3 Maine city hotels. I tried their shared Ac room and it was excellent I can say. The room is clean and the shared bathroom too was fine. But the best thing about this hotel is their great service to their guests. The guy from reception was the best. The check-in time was at 2 pm but I arrived early at 11 am and he told me if the room was ready at 1 pm he could let me check-in. And I got checked in at 1:15. He was polite and professional, and had an amazing personality he was smiling throughout the time. When I got into my room, maybe the hk was in a hurry and I forgot to turn on the AC but I was really tired of going down the stairs I just slept through luckily there was a fan in the room. When I went out I passed by reception and asked the woman if she could help me with my AC, she then apologized and said that she would assist me in my room. I went up first and after maybe 3 mins she came with the controller and assisted me. She said that she would come back after 30 mins to check the temperature but I insist that it's already fine. She was really helpful and quick to assist the guest with the problem. The only thing I'm not really fond of in the room is that there's no window but it was okay because it was written in the room category. Maine city's lobby was also immaculately clean the aroma was subtle and the décor was warm and comfy, love it. Thanks to the Hk team too for the cleaning I really love your Tramo Branch. If I come together with my family or friends I will definitely bring them there and I would really recommend this place to my circle. Thank you Maine City Tramo I had a wonderful stay.
