"I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. For a short stay, it's generally a decent hotel. I'm not sure if it's the same in all rooms, but my room didn't have a balcony, so there was nowhere to dry clothes. The clothes dryer in the bathroom didn't dry anything at all. Otherwise, the room was clean and looked recently renovated. It had everything needed: a kettle, hairdryer, robe, and slippers. The only downside was the reusable shampoo, gel, and soap, which was unpleasant as you don't know who used them before you.
Another thing that bothered me was that the hotel asks guests not to leave valuables in the room. Is that a hint about dishonest housekeepers?!
Breakfast is from 6 to 10 am. It's good, and you won't go hungry. However, if you arrive closer to 10 am, you might not find a table and will have to wait. At 6 am, though, it's empty.
The pool is good, but part of it was cordoned off with construction netting, and it was noisy due to ongoing construction work.
The hotel faces a lively street with cafes and bars. There's a 7/11 and a currency exchange nearby."

"I liked almost everything about this hotel: the cleanliness; the service; the responsive staff; the nice, large balconies; the huge TV with Smart TV; the shampoo-conditioner + soap + shower gel smelled wonderful; no need to wait for water as you can fill up your bottles from the cooler right on your floor; and no mosquitoes or other insects in the rooms. But there are a few drawbacks.
First, there are dogs on the property. There are many of them, they are fed by guests, and at first glance, they seem calm, but they are a bit unnerving, especially when they lie on the steps near the hotel or in the road.
Second, without transportation, it's a bit far to get to places like Terminal 21, but you can catch a songthaew right when you exit the hotel grounds onto Naklua Road. However, getting to Wongamat Beach requires a good walk, and it's better to also head out to Naklua Road rather than making my mistake of going through the back alleys. Those alleys are private residences with many aggressive dogs and fighting cocks. One rooster tried to attack me, but its owner caught it in time, and in a neighboring yard, a dog attacked me, but I managed to scare it off myself. In short, it's best not to go to the beach through those alleys.
During my vacation in Pattaya, I stayed at several hotels, and Manditel was the only one I booked twice because I liked it the most. The first time, my balcony had a pool view, but I noticed mold on the wall in the room that they had tried to cover up. In the second room, everything was fine, only the balcony view was of another hotel wall. But those are minor details. If I ever come back to Pattaya, I will definitely book this hotel again and I highly recommend it to you."

"I recently stayed in an Executive Suite Ocean View room at D Varee Jomtien Hotel. The room was very spacious and offered a beautiful sea view. The hotel provides a wide range of amenities which made the stay comfortable and convenient.
The room itself was a bit dated and there was a slight moldy smell when I first entered. Another downside was the prolonged waiting time for the elevators, especially during busy periods.
On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent. There was a wide selection of food, catering to different tastes and everything was fresh and delicious.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay thanks to the spacious room, great amenities and excellent breakfast. With some refurbishment and improvements to the elevator service, the experience would be even better."

"Crystal Palace Hotel Pattaya - My Stay Experience
The hotel is located in Pattaya city center, about a 10-minute walk to the beach. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making its location very convenient. "Traveling with family, the hotel is very close to Jomtien Beach. You can practically walk from the pool, cross the road, and be right on the sand. Jomtien Beach and the beaches near Walking Street are pretty similar – there's no real concept of 'clean' or 'unclean' there; the sand is quite coarse, and the sea is comparable to the non-private beaches in Hainan. So, if you're going to Pattaya to enjoy the sea, you really need to go to Koh Larn, otherwise, it's not much different from a trip to Hainan. My parents even struggled with the local food, which felt like an unnecessary hassle, haha. The hotel's swimming pool is quite small and connects to the breakfast area. The breakfast, however, was plentiful and had a lovely ambiance, where you could enjoy the sea and sunshine while eating."

"This is a good budget hotel. We booked it as a stopover for our trip to Kwai, somewhere to leave our bags and get some sleep before and after the journey. For that purpose, the hotel was perfect. The room was very spacious, with two rooms, two air conditioners (which worked great), and a balcony with a table and chairs. There's also a kitchen (no utensils, but what if you bring your own pot?). It was clean, the bedding was fresh, and they even provided an extra pillow upon request. For its price, it's an absolute steal! We're very satisfied. The staff is very responsive, especially the charismatic guy, Wang, at the front desk. We liked everything about it."

"Booked a sea-view room but got a partial sea view. The front desk staff were very unfriendly, especially towards Chinese guests. The first night was great, probably because it was election day and alcohol sales were banned. However, on the second night, the bar directly opposite was incredibly noisy until the early hours of the morning. There's virtually no soundproofing. All sea-view rooms will experience 360-degree noise disturbance. If you're a light sleeper, definitely don't book here; it's genuinely very loud. A single terrible bar ruined the whole hotel experience. And a bunch of awful Thai people, so stupid."

Great location! It's within walking distance to the beach and right across from a shopping mall with a large supermarket downstairs, making shopping super convenient. The room is spacious with new facilities, a comfortable bed, and a kitchen and washing machine. There's also a kids' play area similar to a soft play zone next to the restaurant, which is perfect for families with children. If you're driving, the very last stretch of road to the hotel can be a bit congested, but it's a short section. Overall, highly recommended!

ipreawWe stayed in room 502, a three-bedroom suite with a central swimming pool. There's also a large red pool right in front of the room. It sleeps 6 people, with an additional 2 allowed, totaling 8 people. There's a bathtub in the room.
Complimentary amenities provided by the hotel included 6 macarons, 1 Happy Birthday cake, 6 glasses of punch, an excellent minibar, and a baby cot. We even got extra drinking water upon request before checking out, which was great, but you need to inform the hotel beforehand.
Booking through Trip.com allowed for a very late check-out. We checked in at 3 PM and checked out at 3 PM, which was fantastic.
**Atmosphere**: Lots of trees, very refreshing.
**Cleanliness**: Very clean, and the air conditioning was wonderfully cold.
**Hotel Location**: Right by the road.
**Breakfast**: Served in a large room, delicious, with plenty of food options and a neutral taste.
**Service**: Absolutely excellent! All staff members were polite from check-in to check-out. The driver service was always available and very helpful. I highly commend them!
**Activities**: There are many large swimming pools, including a saltwater pool. The activities were great, and the kids had so much fun and were very happy. The staff were helpful in finding things for them. There are bicycles to ride, a Sen Onsen, a fitness center, and a sauna.

Guest UserExcellent hotel! We were a bit worried that there wouldn't be any quiet and peaceful areas, as it's mainly families with children who stay here, but everything turned out perfectly! Everyone can find a spot they like!
The suite rooms are very good, as are the club lounges. The lounge on the 12th floor now offers decent drinks and cocktails with snacks from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
At breakfast, you can enjoy a glass of Australian brut.
Juices, water, tea, coffee, fruits, and cookies are available throughout the day!
The staff are very polite and friendly!
The sea in mid-July was calm and very warm, with no waves. The water temperature near the shore reached up to 35°C.

三樹The hotel has a new wing and an old wing. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are very considerate. The balcony pool view is superb, and there's free parking and two swimming pools. It's a bit more relaxed than the city center, but attractions are close to the beach. The value for money is unbeatable, especially with breakfast included!

This is a very nice, new, almost brand-new hotel, with a backpacker vibe.
It's just 5 minutes from a beautiful and very quiet beach.
The staff are very welcoming and kind.
The room is a standard size, neither big nor small.
It's an eco-friendly establishment, so the room furniture is minimalist but sufficient.
It's close to Terminal 21 shopping mall, which is a pleasant place where you can eat cheaply on, I believe, the 4th floor. You can find dishes for around 40 baht, which is surprising for a shopping mall.
The bed is comfortable but a bit high, which is convenient for taller people.
I recommend this hotel.

We booked this hotel for a two-night stay, arriving late around 22:00. While we originally booked a small twin room with no balcony, we decided to upgrade to a Junior Suite with a balcony upon arrival.
🛏️ The Room & Comfort
The Good: The room is exceptionally large and completely pest-free (no bugs, roaches, or bad smells). The bed is excellent, featuring a large, comfortable mattress with fresh white bedding and a warm blanket. Sockets are conveniently located in every corner.
The Bad: Our second-floor balcony sat directly above a designated smoking area. In the shower, it was hard to make the water just warm, it was always either too cold or too hot.
📺 Appliances & Tech
WiFi: Did not work upon arrival, though staff resolved the issue by the second day.
Television: Very old, non-smart TV with no Netflix, YouTube, or international channels. The screen flickered constantly, making it look like a bad 90s video filter.
Air Conditioning: Old and noisy, but it successfully cooled the room down very quickly.
Kitchenette: Includes a microwave and a stove, but no pots or frying pans are provided. You must bring your own cookware if you plan to use the stove.
🍳 Dining & Breakfast
Served buffet-style and tasted amazing.
Features plenty of eggs, chicken, pork, fresh/cooked vegetables, fresh fruit, and baked goods.
But there were no seafood or fish available.
🌳 Hotel Grounds & Location
Ambiance: Very cozy, traditional Asian-style property decorated with beautiful elephant statues, koi carp ponds, and fragrant blossoming trees.
Unbeatable location. A 7-Eleven is less than a 1-minute walk away. Jomtien Beach and the main bus terminal are both a short 5-minute walk. Local songthaew run directly past the hotel.
🔄 Verdict
We would happily stay here again for a short-term visit, but the outdated electronics and shower issues might make a long stay frustrating

Guest UserThe hotel is large and spacious, with a lush, shady environment. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and the service is excellent. The air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy, but when we informed the staff, they fixed it immediately. The swimming pool is huge, and the kids absolutely loved it!

mdksnAbsolutely stunning, incredibly impressive! I'll definitely be back to stay here again. It's such great value for money. This has to be one of the happiest moments of my life; it's truly beautiful. I wish I could stay here every day. The staff were also wonderful.

Anonymous UserThe location is still great. I stayed here before when I was on a budget trip. The room isn't huge, but it's very clean, so if you don't have high expectations, it's pretty good. The tuk-tuks on the street outside can be a bit noisy at night, but it's bearable. There's no breakfast, but you can store your luggage, and the front desk service is excellent. The Wi-Fi wasn't great, and the air conditioning was old-fashioned but quite cold.

This hotel is in North Pattaya, right next to a hotpot buffet, which I never got a chance to try. The prices can be a bit inconsistent though; I managed to snag a great deal for my three-night stay. Pattaya is a lovely place. I only realized there was a gym on the first floor when I was checking out today – I hardly spent any time at the hotel, to be honest.
