"The room was spacious, and the hotel's location was fantastic, right near the bar street but with excellent soundproofing from outside noise. It was super convenient for grabbing food, and there were plenty of convenience stores nearby. The facilities were very comprehensive, even including a washer and dryer. The front desk staff (butlers) were incredibly responsive whenever we needed anything. And the night view was unbeatable!!! Highly recommend!!!"

"The hotel is good and affordable, with a very strategic location in the city center of Chengdu. It’s close to shopping areas and the station, which made getting around very convenient. The hotel staff are friendly, and the room was clean.
The only downside was the there is small space in shower room, so when we showered, water tended to spill out and made the floor wet. However, overall we really liked this hotel and enjoyed our stay🙂"

"Good overall experience, the rooms here have a very interesting design, but there were some problems that I encountered.
First of all, the room amenities included a city view, but actually there is just a small window placed very high, through which you cannot see anything else than a wall. In addition to that, the window does not even close, so I was constantly hearing noise from outside.
Second, the sink did not function too well,resulting in a slow decreasing level of water, almost like it was clogged.
Lastly, in the amenities included there was a minibar, snacks, soda drinks and instant food, all for free. The only things that were actually available were water, tea and some biscuits, which didn't quite fit what was written on Trip."

"Spotless and clean! We booked the 180 Panorama Room to experience the large bath in room and it did not disappoint. The hotel is located inside a building along with a couple other hotel properties but it’s easy enough to locate. The design aesthetics is more cyber and lots of glass and mirrors so if that’s your thing you’ll like it. (I personally would like a bit more warmth.) Comes with butler service and coffee every morning which is a lovely feature. Location is about 15 min walk (a very uninteresting walk) to the closest metro so we hauled a cab every time we went out. The toilet is japanese style which is cool. My only grievance is that the sliding door is basically see thru so might be a bit awkward when using the toilet lol."

The room was perfect; the 2.2-meter bed was incredibly comfortable, and they even thoughtfully provided an extra duvet. The service was also excellent. Most importantly, the breakfast was delicious. "The service was excellent! Both the concierge and front desk staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful. They even arranged a baby crib for us, so we didn't have to worry about our baby falling out of bed.
The breakfast was truly amazing! Much better than Marriott's! Especially the almond croissants – they were absolutely divine. I stayed for two days and ate four of them!
Our double bed was a bit small, and the room's living area was also a bit cramped. However, the bathroom and toilet were very spacious, so overall it was still quite good.
The location is superb; it's convenient for getting anywhere. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit!"

"Traveled with my parents during the Chinese New Year and booked a family room that accommodates three adults.
**Environment:** The location is not far from Wenshu Monastery, but it's quite a long walk from inside the subway station to the ground level. It would be a bit annoying if you take the subway every day.
**Facilities:** The hotel clearly has a lot of history, so it's generally a bit old. The soundproofing in the rooms is very poor!!! You can hear conversations from next door, which is really disruptive! The room is on the smaller side, but the bathroom is quite large. It would be great if some of the bathroom space could be allocated to the room; with three adults and two large suitcases plus a small one, the room felt completely packed. Also, on the higher floors (25+), there's a very noticeable wind noise, and the windows don't close completely.
The pillows are really uncomfortable 😫 One is too flat, and two are too high 😫😫 This really needs improvement.
And I'm not sure where the smell came from, but there was a smoke smell every night, especially before bed. I recommend addressing this!
**Hygiene:** The hygiene is acceptable; they tidy up the room daily.
**Service:** The service was very enthusiastic, and luggage storage was very convenient."

GGuest UserI was incredibly satisfied with my stay at this hotel in Chengdu! The environment is fantastic, a peaceful oasis amidst the bustling city. Every evening, there's even live classical music to enjoy. The room is very spacious, exactly like the pictures, and comfortably accommodated my family. It was exceptionally clean, which as a germaphobe, I really appreciated! Every staff member we encountered was incredibly warm and friendly. Even my child said we have to stay at Pushi Hotel again next time we're in Chengdu!

Check-in was incredibly attentive, with friendly and efficient front desk staff, and a very chatty concierge who recommended lots of great places to eat, drink, and explore. The room was spacious and clean, with a cozy and elegant Japanese design. The highlight was definitely the outdoor hot spring baths at the spa center; soaking in the natural springs, all my fatigue melted away – it was a truly amazing experience. Breakfast offered a good variety, including exquisite à la carte set meals, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The hotel's location is a bit out of the city, in a quiet and secluded area, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

You can walk to popular photo spots and even see the 'blue tears' phenomenon. Plus, it's really close to the Dujiangyan scenic area. The best part was the owner; she was incredibly warm and gave us excellent tips for exploring the area.

GGuest UserThe family room was quite spacious (I only took a picture of half of it after the kids messed it up). The cleanliness was great, and they even had robots to deliver items. Breakfast was good too, and the staff were all very kind. Right in front of the hotel, there are two snack streets with lots of delicious food. It's also very close to Kuanzhai Alley, just a 10-minute walk away.

The price of cocktails is a bit expensive. It is about the same as the pricing level in Shanghai. The hotel corridor looks very ordinary. The room is generally very good and clean. The location of Huapaifang is very convenient. Wenjiaxiang and other places nearby can feel the atmosphere of the old community in Chengdu. It is very relaxing and comfortable. I like it very much. I spent a wonderful May Day holiday!

MM2crmc3cs****Tianfu Airport pickup service: Tianfu is really far away, but as soon as I got off the plane, I received a call from the driver. The service was warm and thoughtful, and I really appreciate it.
In-room minibar: The hotel provides complimentary soft drinks and beer, so you can relax and unwind even without leaving the hotel. There are also snacks and capsule coffee provided, which is very thoughtful.
Overall, my stay was fantastic and very comfortable. The hotel's decor is stylish, and both the lobby and the room are elegant. It's very close to the scenic area, and the accommodation is nestled within Kuanzhai Alley, so you can step right out and explore. The exterior also blends in with the Kuanzhai Alley style, with a traditional Chinese feel that's ancient and charming, full of character. The room was clean and tidy. My room's interior, based on a modern Chinese style, also incorporated some purple tones, giving it a very mature and stable feel. Front desk staff Rora, Zoe, and Nancy provided warm and thoughtful service. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis is not a holiday inn/holiday inn express, (the chain) even though that’s the name. Other than that it’s a fine hotel. They offered free airport pickup service, and were very friendly in helping us.
The hotel is in a very remote location, 20 minutes away from the airport. It’s in a beautiful setting in the countryside, and we could hear birds and chickens outside the window. The lobby is a bit sp****, and the bathroom is small, but it worked for us after getting in late at night.
