"We loved it here so much. The view from the pool is nice as well as from the gym. I wish we would have stayed longer. The breakfast buffet is tasty and they give you 2 waters per day. Loved the big smart tv, the water pressure and cleanliness of the room. We went to lifestyle mall close by, took a grab to chinatown, visited iconsiam and 2 temples while staying here. It's lovely and relaxing after a long day out and the pool bar makes good drinks too. Thank you for the kindness, we hope to come back soon"

"I always stay at this hotel. Located near the airport, perfect if you have a layover on your trip. The pool is amazing and the service is good. I always go shopping on the different outlet malls. I will for sure book this hotel next time I come to Bangkok."

"Honestly, just book it. Best stay ever! 🙌✨ I’m on such a high from our stay at Vela Dhi Glow Pratunam that I just had to shout it from the rooftops. If you’re heading to Bangkok, seriously, look no further. This place is an absolute gem. First of all, the reception staff? Total rockstars. From the moment we checked in, they treated us like royalty but with the warmest, most genuine vibes. They are SO good at actually listening to guest requests and making things happen without any fuss. Right from the start, they hit us with their amazing amenities—specifically, their unlimited fresh welcome drink. Trust me, after walking around in the Bangkok heat, walking into that lobby and having access to that delicious, ice-cold drink is easily one of the best perks ever. It instantly refreshed us every single time. The real game-changing moment, though, was on our last day. We wanted to do one massive, final shopping run before leaving, and the staff didn't even blink when we asked them to hold onto all of our heavy luggage. Because of them, my wife and I got to tear through the malls completely hands-free without dragging bags around. It made the whole day so much fun instead of a logistics nightmare. The hotel itself is just stunning and everything feels super fresh and modern. Also, a random but massive plus: their ironing service is incredible. My clothes were looking pretty sad and wrinkled from the suitcase, but they got everything looking crisp and perfect so fast. It’s rare to find a hotel where the staff genuinely seems to care about your trip, but these guys nailed it. Huge thank you to the team—you guys made our trip fantastic."

"The reception is exceptionally amazing, friendly and helpful, creating a cozy ambiance for the guests. The room I book is spacious and super clean. The gym here is well equipped with complete things you need like a commercial gym do you have visited. However, the attitude of the staff at the bar is the opposite. Different people will get different treatment , if you are white, maybe you get different and better treatment than our race as asian. Unlike those white guests, as white supremacy, you have got to walk to the counter and bag them to give you the menu , once to place the order you have got to pay upfront before the cooking or the preparation starts. If you ask, they will make face to you like you are not welcome. This is rude."

For the second time, she provided outstanding service and did everything possible to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. "The hotel is reasonably close to the metro, about a 12-minute walk. There's a 7/11 nearby. While it's a bit further from Sukhumvit, the overall location is very convenient. For dining, there are some good Thai restaurants within a 5-minute walk."

"It was super convenient that we could walk to ICONSIAM from the hotel's back entrance in about 7 minutes. The hotel was very stylish, and the peppermint green furniture was adorable, really boosting my mood! The room, while lacking a bathtub, was perfectly adequate for our needs. The birthday bed-making and cake plate were such a lovely surprise, I was so happy! It's a shame we could only stay for one night. The breakfast restaurant is also very chic. Having a convenience store inside the hotel was another plus. We arrived in the evening and immediately booked a spa treatment next to the convenience store within the hotel. Luckily, we managed to get a reservation. Thank you!"

"Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Rating I recently stayed at Livotel Hotel and unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. First, I was required to pay a 1000 baht deposit on arrival, which felt excessive considering the overall standard of the hotel. For a place that appears to be rated higher, I would honestly say it struggles to meet even a basic 2-star standard.The biggest issue was cleanliness. The room was in a shocking condition—there were visible stains on the pillow, and it was clear the room had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. As shown in the photos, there were even ***** hairs left on the toilet seat, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, there were mosquitoes everywhere, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. I wasn’t expecting luxury, but at the very least I expected a clean room and basic hygiene standards. Even the most basic expectations weren’t met.Overall, very disappointing. I would not stay here again."
