"Lebua State Tower delivers an experience that feels both spacious and elevated—literally. The rooms are impressively large, and the riverside views are nothing short of stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. The breakfast is a real standout as well: incredibly varied, beautifully presented, and easily one of the best spreads you’ll find in the city. Service throughout the hotel is consistently excellent. Everything feels clean, well-maintained, and supported by a team of genuinely friendly staff who make the stay feel effortless. Overall, it’s close to perfect. The only real downside is the swimming pool. It gets sun only in the morning, which leaves the water uncomfortably cold for most of the day. If the pool is a priority, this might be a consideration. Still, for comfort, views, and service, Lebua remains a fantastic choice."

"My overall experience at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam was extremely satisfying! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's right next to Palladium World Shopping, and just a few minutes' walk to Pratunam Market, Big C, and CentralWorld. Shopping is an absolute breeze with no transportation worries. The room was more spacious than I expected. The twin room was very comfortable, the beds were great, and the room was generally clean and tidy with excellent housekeeping every day. Although not the most modern design, it's well-maintained and very pleasant to stay in. What I loved most was the breakfast. The selection was extensive, featuring freshly made noodles, salads, fruits, bread, and Thai dishes. The restaurant also has large floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing you to enjoy breakfast while admiring the Bangkok city view, which was incredibly relaxing. The high-rise pool is spacious and includes a children's play area, making it perfect for family trips or unwinding after a long day. The lobby is grand and impressive, and the staff were friendly and courteous. Check-in and check-out were both smooth. Considering the location, room size, and facilities, the value for money is truly excellent. If you're looking for a hotel in Bangkok that's conveniently located for transport and shopping, has spacious rooms, a pool, and a fantastic breakfast, I would highly recommend The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam. I'd definitely want to stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok."

"Close to the MRT with massage parlors nearby. The free minibar was a nice touch. The pool water was a bit warm but clean. Although the hotel is a bit older, everything was great. The shower had good water pressure, and the air conditioning was strong enough for a comfortable night's sleep. Breakfast was extensive, the staff were polite, and the facilities were comprehensive. Excellent value for money."

Hotel near Sukhumvit,Bangkok
Welcome to Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke, an upscale retreat in the heart of Bangkok’s vibrant Asoke district. Located just steps from Asoke BTS Station and Sukhumvit MRT Station, the hotel offers easy access to Bangkok’s business, shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations. Explore nearby attractions including Terminal 21 Asoke and the renowned EmDistrict shopping malls. Featuring spacious contemporary guestrooms and suites with modern comforts and city views, the hotel is ideal for both business and leisure stays. Guests can relax by the outdoor swimming pool, stay active at the fitness center, and enjoy a variety of dining experiences, all complemented by Hilton’s signature hospitality.

"Among hotels in the same price range nearby, this one stands out for its comprehensive service. The front desk staff are incredibly polite and their thoughtful greetings make you feel at ease. They also provide two room keys, which is a nice touch. I appreciate that the shower and bath are separate, and the hot water gets genuinely hot. Be aware, though, that filling the bathtub takes a while. Having two complimentary bottles of water each at the vanity and the mini-kitchen is extremely helpful. Although I got a good deal this time due to the low season, prices fluctuate significantly in December, making it difficult to consider this a regular stay. However, for a hotel of this caliber, it still feels like a good value, and I am very satisfied. If I had to pick one minor downside, it would be the lack of an outlet on the left side of the bed, which can be inconvenient for those who prefer to sleep on that side."

Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok

9.5/10
Amazing

The room was okay, but the amenities felt a bit old. The lobby, however, was absolutely beautiful, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious. The location is very convenient, with lots of shopping malls nearby. My only dissatisfaction was that I left a tip for the housekeeping staff to fold towel animals, but when I returned, the tip was gone, and no towel animals were folded for us. I was extremely, extremely disappointed! For those planning to visit the Erawan Shrine, I highly recommend staying here. Though, there are some newly built hotels nearby that offer better prices. Still, I'd suggest coming here for afternoon tea; the lobby on the first floor is just too stunning, and I took so many photos. It would be even better if the room amenities could be upgraded, for example, changing the hairdryer to a Dyson and the toilet to a washlet, which would greatly enhance the experience.

Everything at Centara Grand at CentralWorld was great.  The location is superb!  The spa and gym are great.  The staffs are so friendly.  The welcome drinks at the top of the hotel was beyond words.  The tapas the Spanish restaurant, Uno Mars, was lovely.  It is also connected to the convention centre as well as the shopping mall.  The only downside is the mall will be closed at night.  We have to walk outside on the street to get back to the hotel.  It could be tricky when it rains.  Otherwise, it was a very nice experience at this hotel.  Awesome!

This hotel has just been renovated, so everything inside feels brand new! I love its design style, which perfectly balances vintage charm with modern simplicity. The lobby is grand and full of artistic flair. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the smart home system significantly enhances the convenience of the stay. The hotel offers a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling Silom business district, making for a quiet and comfortable experience despite its central location.

This hotel was the last stop on our trip to Thailand. Compared to The Nai Harn, it felt grander and more business-oriented, which was evident from the breakfast spread – definitely geared more towards business travelers. We stayed on the executive floor, though it wasn't an executive room itself... which I found a bit odd. The hotel's decor has a retro, old-fashioned vibe, making it feel less like a holiday retreat for me personally. However, these weren't major issues. The staff's service attitude was consistently excellent. The main pool was quite busy, possibly because two youth football teams were staying there, so there were lots of people playing and having fun. It was still a good experience overall.

The hotel service is excellent, with a complimentary shuttle boat to the Sathorn pier. If you want to go to ICONSIAM, it's only 12 baht, with round trips every hour, which is very convenient. There's a Ferris wheel night market nearby that's great for strolling around. The hotel provides tuk-tuks to take you to the night market anytime, allowing you to enjoy it as much as you like. The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get anywhere. They offer airport pick-up and drop-off services; booking these in advance yourself is much cheaper than booking a taxi online. The hotel staff are very welcoming, and I had a very comfortable stay. If it's your birthday, the hotel even provides a small complimentary birthday cake. Exploring the night market and taking a cruise on the Chao Phraya River at night was a wonderful travel experience.

I originally booked another hotel around the Asok area, but with the price and size for 4 nights complete with the proximity to BTS and the good reviews, I went for it. There's much to appreciate about the hotel, but there are also a few things that may chase away more discerning travellers. The pros - it really is a 5 minute walk from Asoke and Terminal 21, and everything else in that region. The staff is very kind and friendly, and were helpful without being intrusive (including lending me an umbrella when it poured one night). The bed was comfortable enough, power was good and wifi was generally decent. The room size was great, and despite overlooking the road it wasn't too noisy. However the room does come with some issues - the aircon only seems to blow from one side of the room and thus it took rather long for the room to cool down. There was no shower except for the rain shower and the overly huge jacuzzi tub. The room was also very dark and the light switches were not central, so I had to run about at night before sleep. Also I couldn't get the tv to work. Still, it wasn't bad, just maybe not up to a 5 star expectation. Wouldn't mind staying here again for another solo trip though.

Good hotel in a convenient Bangkok location and in excellent condition. Everything was clean and worked properly. The staff were polite, friendly, and attentive. Breakfast and housekeeping could be arranged for an extra charge, although we didn’t use these services since there are plenty of places nearby for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The only downside was that you can hear the neighboring room’s doorbell, even when the “Do Not Disturb” mode is on. Also, fresh water and toilet paper were not replenished automatically. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, we were satisfied and can confidently recommend this hotel.

Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium

Addressed to Jon Warmington, the General Manager I recently stayed at Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium room 842 from 27 May to 1 June and would like to share some feedback regarding my experience. First and foremost, I would like to emphasize that I genuinely enjoyed my stay. The hotel, facilities, and the majority of the team members provided excellent service, and overall I had a pleasant experience. In fact, I am not the type of guest who frequently raises complaints. During my travels, I spend very little time in my hotel room. Most of my day is spent outside the property, and my interaction with the hotel is generally limited to breakfast and sleeping. As such, it takes a significant issue for me to feel compelled to formally raise a concern. The first issue relates to breakfast. During my stay, I invited a Muslim friend to join me for breakfast. He entered the restaurant with me but did not consume any food because he was unable to find suitable options that met his dietary requirements. While I acknowledge that I did not raise this directly with the restaurant team at the time, I was surprised when Reception later informed me that they had verified that my friend had taken breakfast. From my perspective, entering the restaurant should not automatically be considered as consuming breakfast when no food was actually taken. Nevertheless, I have decided to let this matter rest and move on. The second issue is far more serious and is the primary reason for this email. On my final night at the hotel, I was expecting a visitor. However, Reception did not contact me to verify whether I was expecting anyone before allowing my visitor access to the guest floors. Instead, my visitor was simply directed to my room and arrived at my door unannounced. Having worked within the Accor group for approximately 15 years as a Duty Manager in Singapore, I am very familiar with hotel operational procedures, guest privacy standards, and security protocols. It has always been my understanding that when a visitor arrives for an in-house guest, Reception should first contact the guest to obtain authorization before granting access to the room floors. While my visitor was indeed expected on this occasion, Reception had no way of knowing that without contacting me first. Had the visitor not been known to me, this could have resulted in a serious security and privacy issue. In my professional opinion, allowing a visitor direct access to a guest room without prior verification is unacceptable and falls short of the standards expected from an Accor property. What further disappointed me was the handling of the matter after I raised my concern. I wish to be clear that I am not seeking compensation of any kind. My concern is not financial. Rather, I expect an appropriate resolution and acknowledgement of the seriousness of the issue. Simply being told ”sorry” was not sufficient given the nature of the security lapse. The alternatives presented to me by the Night Manager were also, in my view, unreasonable. One option was for me to move to another room on my final night. Considering that I was due to check out the following morning, I found this solution impractical and disruptive. Being asked to pack my belongings and relocate because of an issue that was not caused by me did not seem to be an appropriate resolution. I was also informed that a Reception Manager would speak with me. However, I was unable to wait indefinitely for the manager's arrival. As a guest who was raising a legitimate concern, I do not believe I should have been expected to delay my evening plans or remain available for an uncertain period of time. Furthermore, I was scheduled to leave the hotel at 7:00 AM the next morning in order to arrive at the airport early for my flight. For these reasons, I felt that the issue was not properly addressed during my stay, which is why I am bringing it directly to your attention. I am raising this matter not only as a guest but also

As a solo female traveller, I booked this 5-star hotel hoping to recharge and relax before continuing my travels. I was surprised to arrive from my red eye flight to find there was a nightclub directly connected to the lobby, which was not clearly stated in the description. The noise was intense, it made checking in difficult and I didn’t sleep until around 6am on the first night. Unfortunately no other rooms were available to move to. Reception were kind and helpful in moving me the following night, which I appreciated. However, I was told that room would likely also have road noise. The room itself did not feel 5-star. The linen was ripped, the bathtub shower setup flooded the bathroom floor (which occurred in both rooms), and overall the maintenance felt lacking. However the bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. As someone travelling alone, feeling comfortable and well-rested really matters. Unfortunately, this did not reflect the standard I expect from a Marriott property.
