They stored my extra luggage for 4 days while I went to Chiang Mai. When I returned, they upgraded me to a king room and had a birthday message and cake displayed in my new room. When I’m able to return to Bangkok, I will choose them again."

"I could easily find a hotel with better value for money in Bangkok. Given the price of this hotel, the front desk staff were incredibly short-tempered. As new arrivals, we asked them a couple of times for directions because we weren't familiar with the area, and they immediately became impatient. A hotel's service should aim for the highest quality in both service and facilities, yet they completely overlooked this crucial aspect."

"We stayed at Maison Hotel Bangkok in the Natee Deluxe King room from June 18–23, and honestly, we wish we had booked a few more nights! It was also our wedding anniversary during our stay, and the hotel surprised us with a bottle of champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries. It was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture that made our celebration even more special. We truly appreciated the extra effort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality really made our stay extra special. We'd also like to give a special shoutout to the cleaning lady on the 10th floor. She was always so warm and cheerful, greeting us with a big smile every time we saw her. It's little interactions like that that made us feel even more at home during our stay. One of the things we loved most was the location. You get the best of both worlds—it's just a short walk to the lively Nana area with its vibrant nightlife, restaurants, and BTS Nana Station, but once you're back at the hotel, it's surprisingly peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood on foot, but on hot and humid days, the complimentary tuk-tuk ride to Nana Station was such a thoughtful perk. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to either make the tuk-tuk service available with a bit more flexibility or provide guests with a copy of the shuttle schedule in each room. We only found out about some of the time slots later during our stay, and having the schedule readily available would be really helpful. The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention—it was AMAZING! There was a great variety of food every morning, and everything we tried was delicious. The restaurant staff were just as warm, welcoming, and attentive as everyone else in the hotel. We also tried the Somtum restaurant right across the lobby, and wow... the food was incredible! I was never really a fan of som tam before, but after eating there, I completely changed my mind. Everything we ordered was so flavorful and authentic. Overall, our stay was everything we hoped for—comfortable, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. Maison Hotel truly felt like a little oasis in the middle of Bangkok, and it's definitely one of the highlights of our trip. We left wishing we had stayed longer, and we'll absolutely be back on our next visit. Kudos to the entire management and staff for creating such a wonderful experience. Thank you for making our wedding anniversary and our Bangkok trip so memorable. We can't wait to come back! ❤️"

"I'd been curious about this place for a while, so I decided to stay here. The high ratings online definitely made sense. The good points were: - A large washing machine - A bathtub - Amenities provided (though no slippers or toothbrush) These were the biggest pros. The downsides were: - The Wi-Fi occasionally disconnected (you have to log in via a web portal with your room number and password). - To fill the bathtub, you have to use the shower, which had unstable water temperature and pressure, making it inconvenient. - The TV had the Tver app, but it seemed to need an update, so I couldn't watch it. YouTube and Netflix worked fine. - It's about a 20-minute walk from the nearest BTS station. The road in front was under renovation, and with luggage, the path from the station partway to the hotel was rough and had a lot of traffic. There's a 7-Eleven next door, and if you head towards the station, there's a TOOS. If you go into the residential area, there were various shops. It's clearly designed for long-term stays, with plenty of hangers, a reclining chair, other chairs, kitchen utensils, and a proper refrigerator. A 1000 baht deposit is required. The staff had a good vibe. However, when I returned at night, there was a guard smoking by the entrance who opened the door for me, but it left a bad impression. I'd rather he wasn't by the entrance at all if he's going to be smoking. In conclusion, if you're not planning on going out much, it's an option. But as a train user, I wouldn't rebook. The price isn't bad, but access is my top priority, so it's a tough sell."

"The room was great. Clean and hygienic, not big but quite comfortable. The front desk service was also warm and friendly; when I was checking in, the lady at the front desk saw me queuing and immediately went to another computer to help me process it quickly. Room service was also efficient; a quick phone call and items were delivered promptly. The only downside was seeing a small yellow stain on one of the towels. I suggest checking and providing clean and hygienic towels in the future. The location is also good, close to Chulalongkorn."

"First off, there's a major flaw with the hotel: it seems most rooms, except for corner ones, are connecting rooms. This results in terrible soundproofing. You can clearly hear if your neighbors speak even a little loudly. On the first night, I was woken up at 2 AM by the sounds of the couple next door. When I went to the front desk the next day to switch rooms, I was met with eye rolls and impatience. Then, the room change itself was a hassle with all sorts of procedures and time restrictions; I couldn't move to a new room until 2 PM, even though rooms were clearly available. My second issue is with the bathroom. The shower has no door or curtain to prevent water from splashing out. This means every time you take a shower, the bathroom floor will be completely flooded. Your towel will also be soaking wet. The sink design is also a disaster; water splashes out every time you turn on the faucet. My third and biggest issue is the absolutely, incredibly, exceptionally poor service. I specifically want to call out the young, slightly overweight female front desk staff with a ponytail. She gave me constant eye rolls and showed extreme impatience. I don't know what her problem was. When I was changing rooms, she was sighing and rolling her eyes, and she was giving me side-eye even when I was just checking in."

"Although the hotel is relatively new, we noticed quite a few signs of wear and damage in our room, which was a little disappointing. We're not sure if it's due to a lack of maintenance or damage from previous guests. Room cleanliness also needs improvement, as we found quite a lot of hair in the bathroom, toilet and basin, as well as dust on the shelves and bedside table. We also experienced the same issue mentioned in other reviews. The A/C was extremely cold and couldn't really be adjusted. We ended up turning it on and off throughout our stay to stay comfortable. We really liked the hotel's green initiative. By placing the card on the pillow, you can choose not to have your bed sheets changed and receive a complimentary drink voucher, such as Thai milk tea, which can be enjoyed in the lovely seating area with a nice view. However, we were disappointed that the following day, when we didn't place the card, our bed sheets still weren't changed, and we didn't receive a complimentary drink voucher either. One thing we really appreciated was the five lifts, so we never had to wait long. The hotel also provides umbrellas to borrow, which are very useful in Bangkok's hot weather, and the shuttle service was convenient and easy to use. Overall, the hotel still offers great value, and the location suits our style of travel perfectly. Despite a few areas that could be improved, we would happily stay here again in the future."
