Cleanliness: I've stayed in many hotels, and cleanliness has never been an issue, and it's the same here. Environment: There are many restaurants, subway stations, and bus stops nearby, making it very convenient to get around. Service: Quite good."

"Overall, the stay was pleasant. We received two room cards upon check-in, which was very convenient for two people as we didn't have to constantly wait for each other. The location is excellent, very close to the BTS station, making it easy to travel to various attractions. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, which is handy for grabbing drinks, late-night snacks, or daily necessities. Additionally, if you need to do laundry during your stay, there are several self-service laundromats nearby within walking distance, which is very convenient for longer stays. Overall, the biggest advantages are the convenient transportation and good amenities. If you're primarily visiting Bangkok for tourism and plan to use the BTS daily for your itinerary, this is a very convenient place to stay."

"The hotel’s location is one of its biggest strengths, with easy access to many parts of Bangkok. Whether you’re heading to Siam, Silom, or crossing over to the Thonburi side, travel is quick and convenient. The hotel has a fitness center, although there is no swimming pool. Breakfast was decent but fairly basic, with a limited selection. The buffet included an American breakfast, congee, noodle soup, a few Thai dishes, bread, pastries, and bakery items. Parking was plentiful and convenient. The only area that needs improvement is the service. Compared with other branches, the staff’s hospitality and service mind were noticeably below expectations. With better customer service, the overall experience would be much more impressive."

"The location is a bit out of the way, but it's a quick taxi ride to Chulalongkorn University. They upgraded me to a higher floor for my birthday, which was nice, and they even provided a birthday cake – very thoughtful! The hotel bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious; I had a very pleasant stay. It's also very convenient to catch a taxi right outside. The pool is also large!"

"First time at Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok. Stayed for a night and location is considered a little far from the main BTS or CentralWorld with no shelter walkway. However, hotel provided free shuttle tuktuk service to Chitlom Station and CentralWorld/Siam Paragon. Have been using this service whenever I had to go to places! Room is extremely spacious for a solo traveller. Will recommend this hotel."

"I had a wonderful time at this hotel, and I was particularly impressed by the excellent service. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always proactive in offering help. Many times, they would even ask if I needed assistance before I had to say anything, which made me feel very welcome and well-cared for throughout my stay. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with many restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, and easy access to public transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What I appreciated most was the incredibly comfortable bed, with soft pillows and high-quality bedding, allowing me to get plenty of rest and a good night's sleep after a busy day. Overall, I am very grateful for the warm and thoughtful service provided by the hotel staff. Their proactive and helpful attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again."

"Pros: The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good with a decent variety, including pho. The price was reasonable, around 750-800 for an adult and a child. It's about 1.5 km from Central World, which isn't really walking distance. Cons: The location isn't very close to the shopping centers. The pool is small and dirty, and the rooftop has no shade, so it's very hot. I didn't see anyone swimming there. We stayed for two days and gave up on the pool, which made our child quite bored. The air conditioning was too cold; even set to 28 degrees, it was still chilly. Turning it off made the room a bit stuffy."
