"The hotel was very well located near the Old Town. The female receptionist on arrival was very welcoming and helpful. That's where the positives end. The room was very basic, not large enough to access the far side of the bed or window. Unfortunately nothing electrical was in working condition, such as air conditioning, TV, fridge, bedside lamp. Breakfast time was fixed. Very little choice of food, bread, eggs, cheese, salad. No fruit or cake. Electric coffee machine was permanently broken down. I don't drink tea so there was a problem. Tiny lounge/ waiting area, only accommodating 6 people."

"I forgot to take pictures of the hotel, haha. It's quite nice and very convenient for exploring the Old Town. However, as a 10-year veteran driver, I honestly don't think it's necessary to drive all the way to the Old Town, as the roads there are quite complex. There is parking right in front of the hotel, but honestly, it's probably because it's so popular, so when we got there, it was completely full. Luckily, we opted to park at the nearby AVM shopping mall, which is the spot in the photo. Parking at this mall is free, but it's a bit of a walk from the hotel, over 10 minutes. As you know, it's inconvenient to lug suitcases through the streets of the Old Town. It's best to park outside and bring your backpack inside to travel light. Also, some people mentioned the attic rooms and the low ceilings, and that's certainly an issue. We stayed in a attic, but the height felt fine. It's normal for this type of room in the Old Town. We also enjoy quirky rooms, but if you're a bit bothered, be careful. The room and the overall ambiance of the hotel were very nice. I had a great experience and highly recommend it."

"This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach."

"The service was excellent. We were staying in the stone room. Lovely big room in the annex. The room would have been excellent if it had a small amount of outdoor space. Just a table a 2 chairs to relax in the afternoon. Breakfast was fab but a little repetitive if you stay for a week. The burgers were the best in the area, soo good we ate there twice."

"The hotel allowed us to check in early as we arrived from Goreme by overnight bus. Hence, we could leave our luggages in our room instead of just leaving them in the hotel's luggage storage & took a shower to refresh before heading out to explore Antalya. Room size was decent however it seems like the centralised heating system wasn't working well. It was pretty cold at night."

"Excellent hotel and friendly and professional reception. He gave me a lot of information about the city, flexibly let us check in early and showed us where to get bus tickets. I felt a lot of kindness compared and I instantly extended my stay in this hotel. Would recommend to all."

"I would highly recommend this hotel for a short rest before or after your trip. It’s an absolute must for some relaxation and recovery either after a long flight or in preparation for one. An oasis amid dusty roads, yet just 7 minutes from the airport. I tried the spa and didn’t regret it — the service was excellent. Just be aware that the prices are comparable to London, but well worth it. My room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a lovely view of the outdoor pool. I also used the indoor pool, which was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a delight, especially with the company of a fluffy resident cat. The staff were professional, polite, and spot-on with taxi timing. One more thing worth mentioning — the hotel offers a very comfortable transfer service, even late at night. Many thanks to the team!"

"A genuinely great place for a solo traveller in particular. Good selection of buffet breakfast (included in the price), a nice clean pool and a FANTASTIC spa (best massage I’ve had to date). The only thing that lets the property down is the cleanliness. My floor had wires sticking out the wall, a rickety staircase railing, dust everywhere, etc. To be honest, this didn’t bother me and I would stay here again happily but sharing as I know this is a deal breaker for some people. Access to and from the airport is really only possible by taxi, which is approx. €30 (to and from)."

"The room was clean, but the inside of the refrigerator was very dirty and had been used with food and cigarette scraps left by someone else. I asked several times during the five days we were there for it to be cleaned, and they always said yes, but it was never done during the five days we were there. There were three different male receptionists and one female receptionist. Only two of them were friendly, and the other two were not friendly and were not warm people. They had bad faces all the time, didn't solve anything, and just made more and more excuses not to help you. So I'm complaining about the poor service at reception. However, the location is excellent and the surrounding area is very safe."

"Great apartment hotel close to the airport! It has everything you need—you can cook and do laundry, which is super convenient. Just note that you may need to ask the reception for laundry detergent or dishwashing liquid. Overall, a very comfortable stay"
