"Ideally located in Oludeniz. Close enough to the bars, restuarants and beach and far enough away from the noise. Spectacular sea views. Swim up infinity pool waa a nics feature. B&B stay only. Breakfast was basic but was not expecting anything more. All as advertised and expected. Value for money good in comparison with nearby alternatives. Worked for me, would happily use again."

"I was staying here for two nights. On the last day when I left the hotel, the experience was not good with the breakfast. I was sitting there and waiting for at least 17 minutes and still was not served, the staff walked and passed around me at least 10 times and no one even brought me a menu list. At the end I just had to go to bar and asked the staff for making me an order. I understand that maybe it was a rush hour at 08:50 am. I would not say any single word if anyone could only bring me at least a menu list. I am not sure if this is the standard of Roome hotel.
The hotel itself has clean rooms and facilities. Good value for money."

"The staff are one of the least helpful during my Türkiye trip, you can feel they are very robotic. Does’t feel welcomed at all but the room is really lovely as seen on the pics. Bfast is great with lots of choices. Location is great cause it is close to all the yacht and the old town. From the balcony of our room we have the view of the marina.
Ps: when i booked the room I saw theres a swing in the web however the room I stayed doesnt have one."

"Fethiye is a wonderful city, and this is a lovely hotel with a delicious breakfast. Without exception, all the staff are focused on making guests as comfortable as possible. There's a regular bus stop just a four-minute walk away, which takes you to the city center for a stroll through the clean and well-maintained streets. From that same bus stop, you can also get to the Blue Lagoon in Ölüdeniz, the cable car up Babadağ mountain, and the former Greek town of Kayaköy. This town was abandoned by its local population during a forced exchange with the Turks to avoid another genocide. This 'ghost town' has stood for over 100 years, and they kindly charge 160 Lira for entry. To catch the 7:30 AM bus to Antalya from Fethiye station, I walked 20 minutes to the first morning bus at 6:54 AM, which runs on a parallel street to the nearest bus stop."

"The rooms were very clean, the room service ladies did my laundry really good, the hotel breakfast was great (although we almost got scammed at their restaurant/bar when I was there and they did a scan called “menu-switching” thinking I’d not notice).
When it was 3 of us, they showed us a double bed room with only 1 bed and didn’t offer a Family deluxe room with 3 beds UNTIL I asked them if they have such a room (Cause I saw it on trip.com). At the end we decided to get into 2 rooms. But somehow now the Family deluxe rooms with 3 beds says they are sold out, and only the rooms with 1 bed are available on this app. I wonder why. Is it another scam to make customers get separate rooms and pay more."

"This hotel is amazing! In terms of transportation, it is next to the bus station, and there is also a supermarket and ice cream shop, which is very convenient. The hotel has all kinds of facilities, including washing machines, kitchens, and swimming pools. You can really relax in the hotel for the whole day. The boss was also very friendly and helped us solve many problems. This hotel is worth staying in again next time!"

"The hotel with a nice new renovation, everything clean, fresh, shower is excellent, beds are comfortable, there is an elevator, WF is good, a refrigerator with a freezer. Our room consisted of two rooms with two balconies, one of which is sea-viewed. Breakfast is excellent, diversity. Go to the sea 2 minutes. The only thing if you sleep a little bit is that under the windows are singing karaoke and other music grim, but we didn't stop it. One sadness that I forgot in the room on the balcony part of my favorite swimsuit, eh."

"Our stay at Hotel Unique was amazing. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, and quickly became to know my partner and I. The breakfasts were amazing, freshly prepared and great portion sizes! I recently stayed at Liberty Lykia Adults Only, and the experience exceeded all expectations. This is the adult-only section of the larger Liberty Lykia resort, and although both sections share the same vast territory and facilities, the Adults Only zone offers a much more serene and premium atmosphere.
✅ Rooms: The rooms in the Adults Only area are significantly larger and designed with comfort and privacy in mind. Perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for peace and quiet.
✅ All-Inclusive Dining: The quality of the food was fantastic — from generous buffet spreads to à la carte options, everything was fresh and well-prepared. Drinks and snacks are available throughout the day.
✅ Shared Facilities: You still have access to the main Liberty Lykia resort, which includes multiple pools, beach areas, and entertainment zones — but you return to a peaceful adult-only space.
✅ Greenery & Space: The resort is surrounded by lush pine trees and beautifully maintained gardens. It really feels like a nature retreat by the sea.
✅ Perfect Value: The price difference between the family and adults-only areas is minimal, but the experience is vastly different — much quieter, more exclusive, and better suited for true relaxation.
💯 I highly recommend Liberty Lykia Adults Only for anyone seeking a luxurious, quiet, and beautifully maintained resort experience. If I return to this region, I will absolutely stay here again.

The property is a three star hotel and it shows some signs of wear and tear (albeit being very clean), but the services, amenities and staff are certainly worth 4 stars. The location is about 10 min from the beach, if you walk at a swift pace, but it’s so much better than any hotel that is close to a very tacky and noisy main street.
Note: the beds didn’t have standard linen. They made the beds with a bottom sheet but no top sheet. It was just a bedspread left at the bottom of the bed. That was unusual and not exactly to my liking. We spoke to reception who sent the housekeeping staff over to our room. We asked for sheets but it was clear this is how they made all beds and no top sheet was provided.

UutanyaI highly recommend this hotel! A beautiful room with a mountain view and a luxurious bathroom. I really enjoyed the traditional Turkish breakfast - it was extensive and hearty. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. I would especially like to thank the hotel owner for her help with the transfer and the lovely conversation!

Let me begin by congratulating the whole team including the cleaning team, service staff, the customer satisfaction reps and many others behind the scenes. Their attention to detail, smiley faces and attentiveness made our holiday all the more enjoyable. Rooms were spacious and full of all amenities one may ever need; though it wasn’t available during booking the management has kindly arranged two twin beds for us instead of a double. The facilities themselves were superb: two big pools, a secret beach that can be reached with a 5 minute shuttle boat ride, a 24/7 gym, nightly concerts, and boat tours to explore the turquoise waters of the region - all included in the booking (except for the Spa/Turkish bath which would have been nice to include in the package). Food and drinks were of optimum quality available all day and night. Again, I thank the whole team for this amazing experience and I can’t wait to book my next holiday at this incredible establishment!

CCynthia991The location was good, near the beach where you could easily find restaurants there. The room was clean, decent in size with a balcony. The most disappointing part was the bathroom. It was small with poor ventilation, so it was very humid. The shower cabin was super tiny. Water could not come up to the hand shower head because of water leakage in the hose. The rain shower head could be used but difficult to adjust the temperature of the water.
Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the young man at the reception. He spoke good English, very polite and attentive. He showed us the rooms and served us a fruit platter when we checked in. Service was excellent.
Breakfast was good for food but bad for coffee. Only instant coffee was provided and the taste of the coffee was so bad.

GGabí XaminHotel is ok, in a nice location, just the cleaning is not so great, hot water for a shower I could get just slightly warm, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work anywhere over there, not even at the reception!
Checking is 2pm it’s ok, but even they have the rooms ready and the guests arrived before 2pm, they holding us and don’t let us to go to the room before 2pm!
Breakfast was not great, say’s till 10:30am, one of the days I went 10:20am and more than half of the things were gone, and also I have asked a drink (tea) that never had been served!
They didn’t have any drinks available that day for the guests!
I think missing lots of think, the construction is old, but really great if they would have a bit more care about, need some refurbishment but still ok, the cleaners were very nice, friendly, but need to clean a bit better, always when I went to have shower was liking water under the shower box to all the bathroom, and the water stays there till they went to clean the next day!
And also my small fridge was on, but didn’t work at all!

AAlex1982Nice small hotel on the seashore, 1st line. There is no private beach, it is a public one with paid sunbeds. The hotel is mainly visited by foreigners. The rooms are clean, bright, with a good view of the sea. The hotel has its own restaurant with good food and service. Although the hotel is on the 1st line on the embankment, it is quiet at night, because... Fethiye itself is a retirement resort.
Breakfast is good and filling.

XXinchunyuI just checked out of the room this morning. I have to say that this hotel has a very good location, on a hillside. When I sat and had breakfast in the morning, I could see the sea and the sky full of paragliders. The view was much better than the hotels on the flat ground below. The breakfast was also rich. It is a 9-minute walk to the beach and the D400 coastal highway is at the door. Today I drove from the hotel to the hotel in Kas town, a two-hour drive.

GGuest UserIt was an impressive staycation. I enjoyed to sit on the front of the restaurant and see the the sun sets. The room and towels are very clean. The location is perfect for having vacation. Most importantly, the people here are super nice, especially the receptionist, a uncle who is really helpful, although he cannot speak English, but he tried his best to use translation app and fulfil our need, once we need help, he always give a helping hand. He is really caring, I sincerely thank for his service and kindness. The waiters in the restaurant are nice as well. The people here had became the precious memories of my journey. If I have second change to come here, I will definitely choose to stay in this hotel again.

TTiechuimeimei0921It's really amazing to stay there for couples of days. The staff are friendly and helpful. We arrived a little late, and it provided room meal service. T The amount of food is far from expectation. We had a big meal that night. The view of the hotel is quite nice, that we had breakfast with a pleasant mood, many kinds of food and drinks can choose from. Walking to the beach, enjoy the sunshine, and go paraliding is quite interesting. We spent a nice holiday here, and would recommond to all.
