"This house villa is in a village 20 minutes away from Arusha city. I like it very much. The room is clean and tidy, with a private bathroom, and the yard is also very tidy and interesting. The owner of the yard is also a very interesting person and the other staff are very friendly. By the way, if you want to stay in the courtyard and relax, they provide simple meals for three meals a day, which is delicious. In the evening, everyone would warm themselves by the fire and chat in the yard. Friends from all over the world would gather in front of the fire and tell their own stories. Very interesting. The people in the village are also very friendly and enthusiastic. When I went out for a walk, I even made local friends, the children of the neighbors. There are schools, churches, and local markets nearby, which is very interesting. I will stay here again next time. Miss you my friends. Highly recommend this place."

"The night I spent here was great and it was a nice and comfortable experience. It's definitely not a luxury stay by any definition, but the place was clean, the breakfast was decent and the reception was amazing. They were especially helpful with figuring out directions and storing my luggage while I waited for my night flight."

"Restaurant is very good for a variety of food options and beers.
Room is dated and can be noisy (road, noisy bar on the weekend) but good for a short stay before safari. A few food options around / cafes as well as convenience stores and currency exchange.
The exchange is much better in Tanzania than Kenya but it seemed harder to pay with a bank card in Tanzania."

"I'm a Japanese woman traveling with a friend to Arusha and stayed here for two days. Arusha was very safe, and the people were very kind.
The owner of Raha Leo Inn was very kind from check-in to check-out. We stayed for two days, and he checked if we needed breakfast in the morning and prepared it right away. We were also planning to travel to Dar es Salaam after our stay, but we hadn't yet booked our express bus, so he recommended an express bus company the day before we left. This was very helpful, as we weren't sure what to do.
Our room was a single-story building on the first floor and was just the right size for two people. Amenities included toilet paper and hand soap. There were no bugs, and the bed and interior were clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi was available. The hotel's exterior and lobby were very stylish, which I really appreciated.

"The hotel opened in 2019. The design and facilities in the room are very new. The safe does not need to enter the password every time, and the makeup 🪞 is also automatically dimmed. The design and decoration color matching of the hotel are very fashionable. The view from the rooftop bar is very good. If you miss the dinner time, you can have a light meal there and enjoy the Meru Mountain opposite, which is said to be the second highest mountain in Tanzania. The only shortcoming of the hotel is that the city view room is very close to the hotel's equipment room and the noise is very loud. It's okay to close the balcony door during the day, but people who are sensitive to noise at night should not choose the city view room."

Even though I had paid for the hotel in advance, I was charged a bill, so I needed proof.
I was afraid of being charged later, so for dinner I bought Mayai chips at the supermarket or on the main street.
The facilities were clean and good."

"The front desk upgraded the suite, but the location is far away and there is no elevator, so you need to climb stairs. The hotel is in a garden style, and the breakfast is just okay. The location is in the city center. But the hotel is a bit old"

YyxineMy friend and me stayed here for four nights after our safari ended in Arusha.
Our room is spacious with many amenities available such as table/chairs and a TV. There are also three power sockets, which is always appreciated. There were no wardrobe and fridge but some hooks were available for hanging clothes. Hot water is available in the bathroom although the water pressure could be stronger. Our shower area tends to flood due to bad drainage, and I even dropped my clothes into the water once. The room is clean but a little dim at night. Windows have anti-bug screens and curtains, which are essential to block the sun’s intensity in the morning. Wifi works like a charm.
The front reception counter is usually empty as the hotel staff tends to congregate in the kitchen instead. They were quite helpful and lent me a laptop to do some file transfers between my various devices when asked. The daily breakfast provided tasted average. The location is a little far from town and we needed to engage a driver from Bolt app for most day activities. There are no grocery stores nearby but it’s possible to buy some mineral water from the kitchen staff.
This hotel is near to a mosque so it’s periodically noisy in the morning and evening. It is also near to the main road so we will hear loud traffic every now and then. That said, I was able to sleep relatively well every night. The rate here is pretty cheap for a twin room so I felt this stay was quite value for money.

The room was separated from the room where the TV was seen and the bedroom was cheap, but it was wide 々. Breakfast was delicious and he was willing to accept me when I asked him to get the time earlier. All the staff were kind and friendly. I was relieved that there were many female staff. It seems to be a new hotel and the facilities are beautiful. This is a very recommended hotel!

GGuest UserWe arrived in Arusha at the same time as the President! So, trafic was chaotic. Entry is down a rough gravel road, but once the security gate slides back: welcome to paradise. A stunning large home set in a beautifully maintained garden. Idyllic!! Walter is a fantastic and obliging host. Food was great; room was clean and well serviced. Cannot fault the stay and will return.

KKevin romanThe staff were very friendly and helped to organize the transport to Kilimanjaro airport. The driver was extremely kind and friendly. The rooms were also quite clean. I had an issue with some noise from the AC units in my room, also the wifi does not really work in the room, making it very difficult to contact people. The food in the restaurant is decent, though took longer than expected. The place is well maintained, though seemed to be quite empty.

FFabian Lemuel Pillay Very friendly front-desk woman who carried my bags in. Room was clean and they even agreed to hold my bag for me while I do my safari trip. Restaurant was great too and well-priced and good quality. One of the better places I’ve stayed at. Also near to an ATM and a supermarket which helped! Would definitely recommend.
